Abstract

本发明公开了铅酸蓄电池的端子防腐油,该端子防腐油由变压器油、机油、黄油按质量比5∶1∶2混合而成。本发明的端子防腐油由三种物质混合而成,机油在高温下不易分解,变压器油具有良好散热作用和绝缘作用,通过黄油将机油和变压器油有机的结合在一起,即使是在温度比较高的情况下,此防腐油也不会分解或变质,能够在端子表面形成一层保护膜,阻止硫酸对端子的腐蚀,提高了铅酸蓄电池的耐腐蚀性能,对铅酸蓄电池的端子起到保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池,特别涉及一种铅酸蓄电池的端子防腐油。
背景技术
众所周知,湿荷铅酸蓄电池在出厂前要进行初充电,生产过程中往往加入过量的酸,初充电结束后再把多余的酸抽干净,因此在初充电过程中往往存在酸洒在端子表面的问题,如果不能及时清理就会造成端子腐蚀。目前,许多厂家选择将医用凡士林涂在电池端子上再进行初充电,但是到了气温比较高的季节,充电过程中往往会造成凡士林分解或老化,失去保护作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种铅酸蓄电池的端子防腐油,该端子防腐油即使在高温条件下也不会分解或老化,有效的对蓄电池端子起到保护作用。
本发明的技术解决方案是:该端子防腐油由变压器油、机油、黄油按质量比5:1:2混合而成。
本发明的端子防腐油由三种物质混合而成,机油在高温下不易分解,变压器油具有良好散热作用和绝缘作用,通过黄油将机油和变压器油有机的结合在一起,即使是在温度比较高的情况下,此防腐油也不会分解或变质,能够在端子表面形成一层保护膜,阻止硫酸对端子的腐蚀,提高了铅酸蓄电池的耐腐蚀性能,对铅酸蓄电池的端子起到保护作用。
具体实施方式
实施例:将变压器油、机油、黄油按质量比5:1:2倒入玻璃容器中,搅拌使三种物质全部混合溶解,得端子防腐油。
使用时,在蓄电池加酸初充电以前在端子表面涂上上述端子防腐油,覆盖端子表面即可。
