一种抗静电遮光面料
技术领域
本发明属于纺织行业工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电遮光面料。
背景技术
对于以高密纯涤纶为基材制成的遮光面料,一直深受市场欢迎,销售量逐年稳步上升。但是,该遮光面料的功能单一,限制了产品的使用范围,不能满足当前人们的快节奏,讲时尚和高品质的生活需求。因此,通过技术创新,应用新的功能助剂,进行遮光面料的功能改进,进一步提高遮光面料所固有的优异遮光效果的同时,增加面料新的功能效果就显得尤为重要,因为面料的功能性直接决定了面料的价值。当前,研究、开发新技术、新工艺,对遮光面料进行特殊功能性改进,以提高遮光面料制品的功能性,已成为遮光面料行业开发研究的一个重点。尤其是近几年来,新型的防污抗静电技术通过织造和适当的整理加工,从根本上提高了遮光面料的性能和品质,更加突出了遮光面料的功能性。市场上的服装多数由棉、毛、丝、麻、涤纶化纤等纱线制成,人们在穿衣活动时,衣物面料之间相互摩擦产生静电,为避免静电带来困扰,研究具有抗静电功能的面料就显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题就是提供一种抗静电遮光面料,在保留现有遮光面料所特有的优越性能和风格的同时,使遮光面料产品突破单一遮光性能的局限而兼具抗静电效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种抗静电遮光面料,其特征在于:该面料是由一组经纱与一组纬纱交织而成的双面组织织物,经纱是由50-85D/30-300F的涤纶长丝与50-85D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用150-300D/30-300F的低弹丝;经丝总数为38000-46000根,经丝密度为75-120牙,纬丝密度为55-90牙。
进一步的,所述经纱是由75D/72F的涤纶长丝与60D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用300D/96F的低弹网络黑丝;经丝总数为40230根,经丝密度为85牙,纬丝密度为76牙。
进一步的,所述经纱是由65D/105F的涤纶长丝与75D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用200D/150F的低弹网络黑丝;经丝总数为42050根,经丝密度为90牙,纬丝密度为80牙。
进一步的,所述经纱是由82D/200F的涤纶长丝与82D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用230D/190F的低弹网络黑丝;经丝总数为45030根,经丝密度为102牙,纬丝密度为85牙。
本发明的有益效果:通过植入导电纤维,使得面料既具备抗静电功能,又能保留遮光面料所特有的优越性能和风格,使遮光面料产品突破单一遮光性能的局限而兼具抗静电遮光的双重效果;如将面料再经过抗静电整理液增效处理后,还能获得更为良好的抗静电效果。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种抗静电遮光面料,其特征在于:该面料是由一组经纱与一组纬纱交织而成的双面组织织物,经纱是由50-85D/30-300F的涤纶长丝与50-85D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用150-300D/30-300F的低弹丝;经丝总数为38000-46000根,经丝密度为75-120牙,纬丝密度为55-90牙。
实施例1:经纱是由75D/72F的涤纶长丝与60D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用300D/96F的低弹网络黑丝;经丝总数为40230根,经丝密度为85牙,纬丝密度为76牙。
实施例2:经纱是由65D/105F的涤纶长丝与75D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用200D/150F的低弹网络黑丝;经丝总数为42050根,经丝密度为90牙,纬丝密度为80牙。
实施例3:经纱是由82D/200F的涤纶长丝与82D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用230D/190F的低弹网络黑丝;经丝总数为45030根,经丝密度为102牙,纬丝密度为85牙。
面料依次浸轧抗静电整理液、预烘及焙烘,其中整理液配置中需注意添加剂品种的选择和整理剂的浓度设置。带液率通常保持在60-70%,带液率若太高,则会因泳移现象使整理剂布面分布不匀,影响最终功能整理效果;预烘工序设备尽量采用红外预烘,或进行烘筒二次预烘,避免烘筒直接加工,导致功能整理均匀性变差和织物的轻微损伤,焙烘工序需注意车速、温度、和幅宽变化,同时防止油点、破洞、色泽过深等疵病。面料在经过抗静电整理液增效处理后,可以获得更为良好的抗静电效果。
除上述优选实施例外,本发明还有其他的实施方式,本领域技术人员可以根据本发明作出各种改变和变形,只要不脱离本发明的精神,均应属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。

1.一种抗静电遮光面料,其特征在于:该面料是由一组经纱与一组纬纱交织而成的双组织织物,经纱是由50-85D/30-300F的涤纶长丝与50-85D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用150-300D/30-300F的低弹丝;经丝总数为38000-46000根,经丝密度为75-120牙,纬丝密度为55-90牙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电遮光面料,其特征在于:所述经纱是由75D/72F的涤纶长丝与60D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用300D/96F的低弹网络黑丝;经丝总数为40230根,经丝密度为85牙,纬丝密度为76牙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电遮光面料,其特在于:所述经纱是由65D/105F的涤纶长丝与75D的导电纤维混织而成,纬纱采用200D/150F的低弹网络黑丝;经丝总数为42050根,经丝密度为90牙,纬丝密度为80牙。
