本发明公开了一种电池连接板,特别公开了一种电池组合连接板。该电池组合连接板,其特征是:包括导电板和钢壳,导电板和钢壳之间设有连接片,连接片与导电板、钢壳分别通过焊点相焊接。该电池组合连接板,结构稳定,安全可靠,可焊性高,同一批次的电池组合内阻减小30~210毫欧,放电时间延长2~9%,电池组合性能进一步得到提高,而且以铜替代了镍,节约制造成本,解决了电池行业大容量、高功率电池组合的连接,促进各大中小企业电池组合事业的发展。

一种电池组合连接板
(一)      技术领域
    本发明涉及一种电池连接板,特别涉及一种电池组合连接板。
(二)      背景技术
    目前若干电池在串并联连接组合时,需有一种导体把这些单体电池串并联连接组合起来,目前电池组合的串并联是镍带横竖叠加焊接连接方式,镍带的载流量局限于大容量、高功率电池组合,从经济和电阻率考虑,镍的价格是200元/Kg,电阻率为0.0684Ω.m(m2/m),而铜的价格是120元/Kg,电阻率为0.0175Ω.m (m2/m),从电阻率数据和价格可知铜能代替镍,但是由于电池钢壳的钢带与铜的晶体结构相差很远,导致钢壳与铜不能进行激光焊和点焊,所以铜没有替代镍,从而增加了成本,影响到各大中小企业电池组合事业的发展。
(三)      发明内容
    本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种结构稳定、制造成本低、适合各种激光焊和点焊焊接设备的电池组合连接板。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种电池组合连接板,其特征是:包括导电板和钢壳,导电板和钢壳之间设有连接片,连接片与导电板、钢壳分别通过焊点相焊接。
该电池组合连接板,导电板平面上设有焊接内孔和散热孔,导电板四周设有工艺圆弧。导电板的材料为铜。散热孔的形状为圆形或多边形。连接片上设有与焊接内孔相适配的凸台,凸台四周设有通气孔,凸台中间设有十字花。十字花的形状为Y型、V型、X型或*型。
本发明的有益效果是:该电池组合连接板,结构稳定,安全可靠,可焊性高,同一批次的电池组合内阻减小30~210毫欧,放电时间延长2~9%,电池组合性能进一步得到提高,而且以铜替代了镍,节约制造成本,解决了电池行业大容量、高功率电池组合的连接,促进各大中小企业电池组合事业的发展。

(五)      具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该电池组合连接板,其特征是:包括导电板1和钢壳7,导电板1和钢壳7之间设有连接片3,连接片3与导电板1、钢壳7分别通过焊点2相焊接。导电板1平面上设有焊接内孔8和散热孔9,导电板1四周设有工艺圆弧10。导电板1的材料为铜。散热孔9的形状为圆形或多边形。连接片3上设有与焊接内孔8相适配的凸台11,凸台11四周设有通气孔5,凸台11中间设有十字花4。十字花4的形状为Y型、V型、X型或*型。
该电池组合连接板,每个钢壳7内都设有电池6,在充放电时,热量由散热孔9进行散热;电池6在恶劣环境受潮或内压泄露时,由通气孔5进行工作;这样既保证了组合的安全运行,特别在焊接时,以连接片3为介质,使导电板1和电池钢壳7间接焊牢,获得良好的可焊性,组合模块结构稳定,使同一批次的电池组合内阻减小30~210毫欧,放电时间延长2~9%,电池性能进一步得到提高。同时实现了以铜替代镍,节约了制造成本。

1.一种电池组合连接板,其特征是:包括导电板(1)和钢壳(7),导电板(1)和钢壳(7)之间设有连接片(3),连接片(3)与导电板(1)、钢壳(7)分别通过焊点(2)相焊接;导电板(1)平面上设有焊接内孔(8)和散热孔(9),导电板(1)四周设有工艺圆弧(10);连接片(3)上设有与焊接内孔(8)相适配的凸台(11),凸台(11)四周设有通气孔(5),凸台(11)中间设有十字花(4);十字花(4)的形状为Y型、V型、X型或*型;导电板(1)的材料为铜;散热孔(9)的形状为圆形或多边形。
