Abstract

一种沼气回流式厌氧消化工艺与装置由池体、进泥管、熟污泥排出管、出水管、泥水分离沉淀设备、沼气回流设备所组成。由于采用了污泥接种,沼气回流及池体内装有竖向管束装置,是一种高效厌氧活性污泥与高效厌氧生物膜法的结合,其传质速率快,处理效率高,处理效果好。

技术领域:
本工艺及装置属于污泥,污水处理工艺与装置。 
背景技术:
现行的污泥消化处理工艺,其处理工艺效率低,处理时间长,工艺过程不稳定,其根本原因是污泥粘度大,流动性远远不及水的流动性。其微细部位传质速率远远小于厌氧反应速率。 
污泥厌氧消化反应生成的水不能及时从反应源处流走,而待处理的污泥不能尽快地接近反应源,致使消化反应不能继续进行。提高污泥消化工艺的关键就是提高污泥细微部的传质速率,使厌氧反应生成物尽快离开反应源,使待反应的污泥尽快接近反应源,使厌氧消化反应得以连续进行下去。 
发明内容:
本发明就是从加速污泥细部传质速率角度出发提出一种全新的污泥处理工艺。本工艺及装置由厌氧消化池池体1,进泥管22,处理后熟污泥排出管4,沼气排出管14,出水管17,搅拌叶片6,泥水分离斜板沉淀设备13组成。其特征在于:在厌氧消化池池体1顶部设沼气回流干管10,沼气回流干管10上设容积式气泵18,沼气回流干管10从厌氧消化池池体1外两侧向下延伸,与水平沼气回流干管10相接,从水平沼气回流干管10上接出多根穿孔排气支管7,穿孔排气支管7两端都接自动开啓阀门8,在沼气回流干管10上端接沼气排出管14,其上接阀门15,当气压达到上额定值时阀门15自动开启,当气压达到下额值时阀门15自动封闭,厌氧消化池池体1上接接种污泥回流管19,该管与进泥管22接通,接种回流管19上设污泥回流泵21,厌氧消化池池体1内设竖向管束装置12,竖向管束装置12由多根竖向管组成,或多根竖向管互相连接组成。 
工作原理: 
由进泥管22进入厌氧消化池池体1的污泥与接种污泥回流管19内的污泥混合,由于搅拌叶片6的作用两种污泥混合均匀。由于接种污泥回流管19污泥内含有大量性能良好的厌氧菌,故接种后进入的污泥中已含有大量性能良好的厌氧菌,这就大大的增加污泥中厌氧反应源。当这些污泥流入到竖向管束装置12区时,因回流沼气轮流通过每根水平穿孔排气支管7。这样回流沼气就轮流通过竖向管束装置12的每一个部分。当沼气沿每一根竖管上升时,受壁面约束,产生强烈湍动,特别在上升气流的尾端产生小漩涡,在他们的动力作用下大大的加大了细部传质速率,使厌氧生化反应的生成物迅速离开反应源,而待处理的污泥迅速接近反应源,因此大大的提高反应速率。另一方面竖向管束的壁面又是厌氧生物膜的附着面,而且由于回流沼气在管束内上升造成强烈扰动,大大加大了厌氧污泥膜附近的传质速率,也就大大的提高厌氧生物膜的处理效率,大大提高了工艺本身对污泥的处理效果。经过厌氧消化反应的污泥变成了熟污泥,其性质稳定,比重大,沉入厌氧消化池池体1底部,由排泥管4排出。反应中产生的沼气上升到厌氧消化池池体1的顶部。因此顶部沼气压力越来越高,当当达到上额定值时,阀门15自动启动,一部分沼气由沼气排出管14排入沼气储罐。当池体顶部气体压力降到下额定值时阀门15自动关闭。当污泥进入泥水分离斜板沉淀设备13时,污泥沉淀在斜板沉淀设备13表面,并沿其滑下,而清水由斜板沉淀设备13上部流出,由排水管16排出。

实施方法 
厌氧消化池体1、厌氧消化池体底坡2、厌氧消化池池体污泥斗底部3均是由钢筋混凝土制成。搅拌叶片6是选用件。处理后熟污泥排出管4是不锈钢管或塑料管为选用件。阀门5是自动开启阀,为选用件,沼气回流干管10、接种回流管19、进泥管22、沼气排出管14材质均为不锈钢管或为塑料管,均为选用件。设备所有阀门均为自动关闭开启阀门,均为选用件,污泥回流泵20、容积式气泵18均为选用件。穿孔排气支管7是塑料管或不锈钢管,在其底部开一排小孔。竖向管束装置12材质为塑料或玻璃钢,其断面形状是正六边形,其加工方法与沉淀池斜管沉淀设备加工方法相同。竖向管束装置12支撑在其托架11上,托架11的材质为不锈钢,托架11与厌氧消化池池体1相接。泥水分离斜板沉淀设备13材质是塑料,它们支撑在其托架上,该托架材质为不锈钢,并与厌氧消化池池体1相接。

1.一种沼气回流式厌氧消化装置,由厌氧消化池池体(1)、进泥管(22)、处理后熟污泥排出管(4)、沼气排出管(14)、出水管(17)、搅拌叶片(6)、泥水分离斜板沉淀设备(13)组成,其特征在于:
在厌氧消化池池体(1)顶部设置沼气回流干管(10),沼气回流干管(10)设容积式气泵(18),沼气回流干管(10)从消化池体外两侧向下延伸与水平沼气回流干管(10)相接,从该管上接出多根水平穿孔排气支管(7),穿孔排气支管(7)两端均接自动开启阀门(8),在沼气回流干管(10)上端接沼气排出管(14),其上设阀门(15),当气压达到上额定值时阀门(15)自动开启,当气压达到下额定值时,阀门(15)自动关闭;厌氧消化池池体(1)上接接种污泥回流管(19),该管与进泥管(22)接通,接种污泥回流管上设污泥回流泵(21);厌氧消化池池体内设竖向管束装置(12),竖向管束装置(12)由多根竖向管组成,或多根竖向管互相连接组成;竖向管束装置(12)位于穿孔排气支管(7)的上方。
