Abstract
一种脚轮装置,用来安装在一箱体的底部,所述脚轮装置包括一支撑件、一连接件及固定于所述连接件的滚轮,所述支撑件设有一收容腔,所述连接件与所述支撑件螺纹连接,所述滚轮收容于收容腔,所述支撑件相对于所述连接件运动而露出所述滚轮或罩盖于所述滚轮。当所述支撑件罩盖于所述滚轮时,所述支撑件支撑在地面上,使该箱体稳定的放置在地面。当所述滚轮露出所述支撑件时,利用滚轮而方便移动箱体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种脚轮装置。
背景技术
一般来说,推车或者体形较大的设备如伺服器机柜等多在底部加上脚轮以方便移动。但是加上脚轮后会出现新的问题,就是稳定性差,若支撑面不平整或者这些设备受到轻微撞击后容易发生移位,给使用带来不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可定位的脚轮装置。
一种脚轮装置,用来安装在一箱体的底部,所述脚轮装置包括一支撑件、一连接件及固定于所述连接件的滚轮,所述支撑件设有一收容腔,所述连接件与所述支撑件螺纹连接,所述滚轮收容于收容腔,所述支撑件相对于所述连接件运动而露出所述滚轮或罩盖于所述滚轮。
一种脚轮装置,用来安装在一箱体的底部,所述脚轮装置包括一支撑件、一连接件及固定于所述连接件的滚轮,所述支撑件设有一收容腔及一与所述收容腔相连通的螺纹孔,所述连接件包括一螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆穿过所述螺纹孔后固定于所述箱体,所述滚轮收容于收容腔,当所述支撑件绕所述螺纹杆旋转时,所述支撑件沿着所述螺纹杆远离或靠近所述箱体。
本发明脚轮装置通过旋转支撑件使其沿所述螺纹杆远离所述箱体而支撑在地面上,使该箱体稳定的放置在地面。或者反向旋转支撑件使其沿所述螺纹杆靠近所述箱体而露出滚轮以移动箱体。

具体实施方式
请结合参照图1和图2,本发明脚轮装置20用于安装到一箱体10的底部,以方便移动及定位该箱体10。箱体10可以是伺服器机柜、推车等设备。
脚轮装置20的较佳实施方式包括一固定板21、一支撑件23、一与所述支撑件23螺纹连接的连接件25、一滚轮26、一固定销27及一固定螺母28。
固定板21的中部设有一D形的紧固孔212。固定板21的四角处分别设有一固定孔214。
支撑件23包括一钟形的本体232及焊接于本体232的顶部的螺合件234。本体232设有一收容腔235(见图3),用来收容连接件25及滚轮26。螺合件234设有一螺纹孔236。螺纹孔236与收容腔235相连通。本体232还相对设有两操作部,在本实施方式中,该两操作部为与收容腔235相连通的操作孔237。在其他实施方式中,所述操作部亦可为自本体232向外凸伸的突片或突耳。
连接件25包括一大致呈U形的支架252。支架252包括一横梁251及垂直该横梁的且相对的两延伸臂253。横梁251垂直向上延伸形成一螺纹杆254。螺纹杆254的末端延伸一D形的固定端256。两延伸臂253分别设有一通孔257。在其他实施方式中,螺纹杆254亦可是焊接于横梁251。
滚轮26轴向设有一贯穿滚轮26的相对侧的通孔262。
固定销27包括一头部272及由头部272延伸的杆部274。杆部274的末端设有外螺纹276,以便与固定螺母28相固定。
请结合参照图3,组装脚轮装置20时,滚轮26位于支架252的两延伸臂253之间,固定销27穿过支架252的通孔257及滚轮26的通孔262。再将固定螺母28固定于固定销27的外螺纹276,以将滚轮26固定于连接件25。连接件25的螺纹杆254旋入支撑件23的螺纹孔236,并使连接件25的支架252连同滚轮26均收容于支撑件23的收容腔235。螺纹杆254的固定端256穿过固定板21的紧固孔212,并焊接于所述固定板21。此时,固定板21与连接件25的螺合件234的顶端间隔一段距离。滚轮26位于支撑件23的底面所在的平面的上方。
使用时,利用若干螺钉(图未示)分别穿过脚轮装置20的固定板21的固定孔214,并旋入箱体10的底部,以将脚轮装置20安装于箱体10。手或工具伸入脚轮装置20的支撑件23的操作孔237使支撑件23绕着螺纹杆254旋转,而使支撑件23向箱体10靠近,直到脚轮装置20的滚轮26自对应支撑件23的收容腔235内露出。此时,即可利用脚轮装置20的滚轮26来移动箱体10,以达到省力、方便操作该箱体10的目的。
当需使该箱体10定位于地面时,反向旋转支撑件23,使支撑件23远离箱体10而使滚轮26缩入支撑件23。此时,支撑件23罩盖在滚轮26上,利用支撑件23的底部支撑在地面上将该箱体10定位于地面。
在其他实施方式中,该脚轮装置20亦可不设置所述固定板21,而直接将所述连接件25的螺纹杆254固定于所述箱体10的底部。
在其他实施方式中,亦可于所述支撑件23上设一螺纹杆,并使螺纹杆的一端固定于箱体10,另一端延伸至所述收容腔235。所述连接件25设有一螺纹孔,所述螺纹杆穿过所述螺纹孔。所述支撑件23的本体需设置穿孔,以方便旋转所述连接件25相对于所述支撑件23运动。
Claims (10)
1.一种脚轮装置,用来安装在一箱体的底部,其特征在于:所述脚轮装置包括一支撑件、一连接件及固定于所述连接件的滚轮,所述支撑件设有一收容腔,所述连接件与所述支撑件螺纹连接,所述滚轮收容于收容腔,所述支撑件相对于所述连接件运动而露出所述滚轮或罩盖于所述滚轮。
2.如权利要求1所述的脚轮装置,其特征在于:所述支撑件设有一与所述收容腔相连通的螺纹孔,所述连接件包括一螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆穿过所述螺纹孔后固定于所述箱体。
3.如权利要求1所述的脚轮装置,其特征在于:所述支撑件设有一螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆的一端固定于箱体,另一端延伸至所述收容腔,所述连接件设有一螺纹孔,所述螺纹杆的该另一端穿过所述螺纹孔。
4.一种脚轮装置,用来安装在一箱体的底部,其特征在于:所述脚轮装置包括一支撑件、一连接件及固定于所述连接件的滚轮,所述支撑件设有一收容腔及一与所述收容腔相连通的螺纹孔,所述连接件包括一螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆穿过所述螺纹孔后固定于所述箱体,所述滚轮收容于收容腔,当所述支撑件绕所述螺纹杆旋转时,所述支撑件沿着所述螺纹杆远离或靠近所述箱体。
5.如权利要求4所述的脚轮装置,其特征在于:所述支撑件包括一本体及固定于所述本体的螺合件,所述收容腔贯穿所述本体,所述螺纹孔贯穿所述螺合件。
6.如权利要求2所述的脚轮装置,其特征在于:所述本体设有相对的便于旋转所述支撑件的两操作部。
7.如权利要求6所述的脚轮装置,其特征在于:所述连接件包括一U形的支架,所述螺纹杆自所述支架的横梁延伸而成,所述支架收容于所述收容腔,且所述滚轮固定于所述支架的相对延伸臂。
8.如权利要求7所述的脚轮装置,其特征在于:还包括一固定销及一固定螺母,所述滚轮设有一通孔,所述支架的每一延伸臂设有一通孔,所述固定销穿过依次穿过所述延伸臂及所述滚轮的通孔,且所述固定螺母固定于所述固定销的末端。
9.如权利要求8所述的脚轮装置,其特征在于:所述固定销包括一头部及由所述头部延伸的杆部,所述杆部的末端设有与所述固定螺母相配合的外螺纹。
10.如权利要求4所述的脚轮装置,其特征在于:所述螺纹杆固定于一固定板,所述固定板固定于所述箱体的底部。
