挠性耐压耐油软管
技术领域
本发明涉及实现轻型化、低成本化、且耐久性优良的挠性耐压耐油软管。
背景技术
一直以来,如图4所示,作为除了引导粒状体、粉状体的软管之外还流通引导泥水、食品用液体等的软管等的用于引导气体、液体者、粒状体或粉状体的挠性软管提供有挠性耐压软管101,该挠性耐压软管101包括:内表面为大致平坦且筒状的软质主体部102、和为了进行该主体部的加强而在该主体部102上埋设有一部分或全部的螺旋状的硬质芯材部103,硬质芯材部103是以硬质的聚丙烯为主成分,并对其混合了硬质的聚乙烯等而成的部材,主体部102是对烯烃类弹性体混合了EVA树脂而成的部材(例如,参照专利文献1)。
另外,作为使主体部与硬质芯材部的粘接性能进一步提高而获得充分的扁平强度的部材,如图5所示,提供如下这样的挠性耐压软管101:其具备内表面为大致平坦的主体部102和为了进行该主体部102的加强而在该主体部102上埋设有一部分或全部的螺旋状的硬质芯材部103,硬质芯材部103由硬质的聚丙烯构成,主体部102是对烯烃类热塑性弹性体混合了EVA树脂和聚丙烯而成的部材(例如参照专利文献2)。通过这样对主体部102混合EVA树脂,能够改善熔融状态的材料的流动性,在成形上(制作上)变得有利,并且能进一步提高挠性,由于构成为外表面大致平坦的软管,所以不仅能够防止尘土的附着体积,还能够易于进行外表面的擦拭工作。
但是,这些挠性耐压软管的内侧面不具有耐油性,不能输送废油或煤油等油性流体。作为兼具耐油性的挠性耐压耐油软管,以往提出有如下结构的部材:将由软质氯乙烯等软质树脂材料构成的外侧周壁部与由橡胶材料构成的内侧周壁部一体接合,且在该软质树脂制品的外侧周壁部上使硬质氯乙烯等硬质芯材部在不与橡胶制品内侧周壁部粘合的状态下进行粘固保持,由此,能进行原油或重油的高压输送(例如参照专利文献3。)。但是,这种橡胶制品的内侧周壁部与合成树脂制品的外侧周壁部的相溶性差,不能充分地获得粘合性,在耐压性和耐久性方面存在问题。
因此,如图6所示,提供了如下结构的现有的挠性耐压耐油软管,即:通过由加强软线构成的网状部104使由兼具耐气候性的耐油性橡胶材料构成的外侧周壁部122与由耐油性的橡胶材料构成的内侧周壁部121互相粘合,且在该外侧周壁部的外表面呈螺旋状地缠绕而附着有硬质氯乙烯等硬质合成树脂制品的硬质芯材部103。由此,能够充分地得到相同的橡胶制品的内外周壁部121、122的粘合性,并且由于网状部104和硬质芯材部103的存在,也被赋予耐压性,成为耐久性优良的挠性耐压耐油软管101。
但是,橡胶材料比合成树脂材料重,叠层有2层由该橡胶材料构成的周壁部121、122的图6的软管的重量大,从运输或施工时的操作性提高的观点来看,要求轻型化。另外,在外侧的周壁部需要具有耐气候性的橡胶材料,也成为提高成本的原因。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
于是,鉴于上述状况,本发明要解决的问题在于,提供一种耐久性、耐压性优良、并且能实现轻型化、低成本化的挠性耐压耐油软管。
用于解决问题的方法
为了解决上述问题,本发明为一种挠性耐压耐油软管,其具备内表面为大致平坦的软质主体部、和为了进行该软质主体部的加强而在该软质主体部的外表面上或内部设置的螺旋状的硬质芯材部,该挠性耐压耐油软管的特征在于,上述软质主体部由耐油性的热塑性弹性体构成。
在此,优选在上述软质主体部内设置由许多加强线构成的网状部,并且在软质主体部的外表面上呈螺旋状附设有上述硬质芯材部。
另外,具体而言,优选上述硬质芯材部由金属线构成,在上述软质主体部的外表面附设上述硬质芯材部,并且在其外表面侧设置由热塑性弹性体构成的外侧覆盖层。
或者,优选在软质主体部的内部设置上述硬质芯材部,并且以盖住其内侧面的方式设置由同样的耐油性的热塑性弹性体构成的内侧覆盖层。

根据如以上的本发明涉及的挠性耐压耐油软管,由于软质主体部由耐油性的热塑性弹性体构成,所以与现有的橡胶制品相比,能实现轻型化(比重小,可轻型化5~30%左右),提高运输或施工时的操作性(handling)。另外,具有优良的耐气候性,不需要使用高价的耐气候性橡胶,而且不需要做成橡胶层与树脂层这样的两层结构,因此能够实现低成本化。特别是,由金属线构成硬质芯材部时,能获得防静电效果。另外,还能够做成现有橡胶制品不能实现的透明的主体部。

具体实施方式
下面,根据附图详细地说明本发明的实施方式。
图1是表示本发明涉及的挠性耐压耐油软管的第一实施方式的部分剖切侧视图,图2表示第二实施方式,图3表示第三实施方式,图中符号1表示挠性耐压耐油软管,2表示软质主体部,3表示硬质芯材部。
本发明的挠性耐压耐油软管1如图1所示那样,其特征在于,包括:内表面为大致平坦的软质主体部2、和为了对该软质主体部2进行加强而在该软质主体部2的外表面上或内部设置的螺旋状的硬质芯材部3,软质主体部2由耐油性的热塑性弹性体构成。
作为耐油性的热塑性弹性体,可使用烯烃类弹性体、丙烯酸烯烃(acrylic olefin)类弹性体、聚酰胺类弹性体、聚酯类弹性体、聚氨酯类弹性体、氯乙烯类弹性体等的耐油性优良的热塑性弹性体,还可使用混合了热塑性树脂、例如混合了聚丙烯类树脂或聚乙烯类树脂等的热塑性弹性体。
如图1所示,第一实施方式涉及的挠性耐压耐油软管1是在由耐油性热塑性弹性体构成的软质主体部2的外表面上呈螺旋状附设有硬质芯材部3的部材,在软质主体部2的内部,为了提高因内部压力导致软管破坏的界限值而设置有由芳纶纤维或维尼纶纤维、尼龙纤维、聚酯纤维等的许多加强线构成的网状部4。本实施方式的硬质芯材部3优选由聚烯烃类树脂等硬质合成树脂构成,并添加有加强用的粉状或者纤维状的填充材料。作为聚烯烃类树脂,例如可使用聚丙烯类树脂或聚乙烯类树脂等。
具有这种网状部4的软质主体部2构成为在由耐油性热塑性弹性体构成的内侧层20上配置十字交叉线作为网状部4、并在其外侧层叠由同样的耐油性热塑性弹性体构成的外侧层21,利用该外侧层21保持着进一步卷绕于外周侧的上述硬质芯材部3。网状部4能广泛应用在现有公知的耐压软管中使用的部材。另外,在本例中,沿着硬质芯材部3底面的中央部,呈螺旋状并列地设置两条加强线51和金属线52,能够抑制向软管的外侧的膨胀,并且特别是由于金属线52的存在,作为接地线而具有防静电效果。作为金属线52,可使用钢丝或铜丝等,对于加强线5的纤维,只要采用与上述网状部4相同的纤维即可。在本例中,设置有加强线51和金属线52这两者,当然也可以仅设置任意一方。
接着,根据图2来说明本发明的第二实施方式。
本实施方式涉及的挠性耐压耐油软管1为:硬质芯材部3由金属线构成,在将由该金属线构成的硬质芯材部3配置于外表面的软质主体部2的外侧,还设置有由热塑性弹性体构成的外侧覆盖层6。
金属线可使用钢丝或铜丝等,通过设置这种金属线,具有防静电效果。硬质芯材部3也可以取为仅由金属线构成的裸线,但在本例中,取为在金属线30的外表面包覆了热塑性弹性体层31的包覆线。通过取为这种包覆线,热塑性弹性体层31与由同样的热塑性弹性体构成的软质主体部2及外侧覆盖层6分别具有相溶性,粘接性提高。
作为用于外侧覆盖层6的热塑性弹性体,优选使用耐磨性的热塑性弹性体,例如可使用包含氢化聚苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体和聚烯烃类树脂的混合物、或聚氨酯类热塑性弹性体、聚酰胺类弹性体、聚酯类弹性体等。作为氢化聚苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体,可使用苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-苯乙烯前端共聚物等,此外,作为混合的聚烯烃类树脂,可使用聚丙烯类树脂或聚乙烯类树脂。另外,替代将外侧覆盖层6取为由热塑性弹性体构成的部材,既可以使用由合成树脂构成的部材、例如聚烯烃来树脂,也可以使用聚氯乙烯树脂。
接着,根据图3来说明本发明的第三实施方式。
如图3(a)所示,本实施方式涉及的挠性耐压耐油软管1构成为在由耐油性的热塑性弹性体构成的软质主体部2的内部设置有由聚烯烃类树脂等硬质合成树脂构成的硬质芯材部3。更详细地说是呈螺旋状延伸的大致相同厚度的软质主体部2和硬质芯材部3沿长度方向交替接合而成的内外表面大致平坦的软管。这种结构的软管可以通过将同时连续对软质主体部2和硬质芯材部3的带进行熔融挤压成形的部材呈螺旋状缠绕在旋转轴上,并使之依次熔敷而得到,例如可以将软质主体部2的带部的大致一半部分一体成形的部材呈螺旋状缠绕在硬质芯材部3的带部的前后,并将软质主体部3的带部的大致一半部分彼此依次熔敷而构成。
图3(b)示出了进一步以塞住内侧面的方式设置有由同样的耐油性的热塑性弹性体构成的内侧覆盖层7的变形例。根据本例,能够抑制重量的增大,还能实现耐油性和耐压性的进一步提高。特别是,在上述图3(a)的结构中,硬质芯材部3的部分露出在内表面上,在耐油性方面存在隐患,但如本例这样,通过设置耐油性的内侧覆盖层7就能解决。除此之外,也优选设置耐磨性良好的外侧覆盖层。
实施例
接着,说明针对图1中说明的本发明涉及的挠性耐压耐油软管(实施例1)、图6中说明的现有的挠性耐压耐油软管(比较例1)、图4中说明的现有的挠性耐压软管(比较例2)进行耐油浸渍试验的结果。
制作实施例1和比较例1、2的各软管的最内层(软质主体部/内侧周壁部)的试验体,针对汽油、煤油、切削油,分别基于JISK6258“硫化橡胶物理试验方法”的浸渍试验的项目,在温度22℃、168小时的条件下进行浸渍试验,测量了该试验前后的质量变化率。在下述表1中示出各试验体的质量变化率。

如上述表1的结果所示可知,在本发明的实施例1中具有与比较例1的现有挠性耐压耐油软管的内侧周壁部(耐油性橡胶材料)同等的耐油性,也能进行油性流体的输送。特别是对于汽油,表现出了更高的耐油性。另一方面,比较例2的现有的挠性耐压软管缺少耐油性,可知不能进行油性流体的输送。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明完全不限于这样的实施例,当然,在不脱离本发明要旨的范围内能以多种方式进行实施。

Claims (4)

1.一种挠性耐压耐油软管,其具备内表面大致平坦的软质主体部、和设置于该软质主体部的外表面上或内部而用于加强该软质主体部的螺旋状的硬质芯材部,该挠性耐压耐油软管的特征在于:
所述软质主体部由耐油性的热塑性弹性体构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挠性耐压耐油软管,其特征在于:
在所述软质主体部内设置有由多条加强线构成的网状部,并且在软质主体部的外表面上呈螺旋状附设有所述硬质芯材部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的挠性耐压耐油软管,其特征在于:
所述硬质芯材部由金属线构成,在所述软质主体部的外表面附设所述硬质芯材部,并且在其外表面侧设置由热塑性弹性体构成的外侧覆盖层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的挠性耐压耐油软管,其特征在于:
在软质主体部的内部设置所述硬质芯材部,并且以盖住其内侧面的方式设置由同样的耐油性的热塑性弹性体构成的内侧覆盖层。
