技术领域
发明涉及一种具有至少一个驱动车轴以及至少一个额外车轴,且每个车轴上有对称负荷的车辆气动悬挂的控制系统。
背景技术
具有气动悬挂的车辆,尤其是工业或商业车辆,控制系统控制悬挂配平以及压缩流体(通常气体)的流动。
控制系统被确定为最复杂的解决方案,也就是具有临时负载分布的车辆,因此,每个悬挂控制独立于其它悬挂受控,以便对在其上负载的部分产生正确的反应。
这意味着,为了对悬挂产生理想的控制,并首先为了在不同的车轴之间合理地管理负载比例,每个悬挂需要具有自己的控制元件,例如水平传感器,压力传感器,以及确定在自身气动回路中气流的电磁阀。
系统通过检测框架以及具有水平感应器的车轴之间的距离检测每个轮子上的负载,并控制使空气从风箱进入或出去的电磁阀,使得车辆地面除了其它静态函数,例如车辆的负载地面与负载位置的地面的线性,保持等高。
通常在每个车轴上装配两个水平传感器,一个在车辆框架的右侧,而另一个在车辆框架的左侧。
为了控制车轴之间的负载分布,压力传感器需要安装在每个车轴的左部以及右部的小室上。
因此,这种控制系统比较复杂以及昂贵。
某些车辆,例如具有双轮拖车的拖拉机,在车辆的中间具有连接;或者运输流体的油灌车,不管负载是如何分布的(在双轮拖车的拖拉机,或在油罐或油罐车处),拖拉机悬挂上的所述负载为对称的,因为其应用在支撑的中心点处(拖拉机连接的支轴,油罐车的中心车轴)。
例如,在一个具有主桥以及额外车轴的拖拉机中,上述类型的气动悬挂的控制系统需要至少需要两个水平传感器(左和右),两个至四个压力传感器,以及一组5个电磁阀。具体地,每侧安装一个电磁阀,每个车轴安装一个电磁阀,以及中间安装一个电磁阀,以便负载穿过风箱的气体,四个压力传感器以及两个具有相关管道,导管以及电线的水平传感器。这种方案对于具有对称负载分布的车辆来说,意味着部件,安装,以及零配件的高成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,并提供一种在每个车轴上具有纵向对称负载的车辆气动悬挂的控制系统,这种系统比已知种类的系统更简单以及便宜,但至少在技术上是等效的。
为了减少系统的复杂性以及成本,本申请的系统具有较少的部件,但仍然能够完成车辆悬挂的工作。基于这种想法,具有一种对称的观念,也就是说,在这种车辆上,在右侧或左侧上,尤其位于桥上以及额外车轴上的负载是没有区别的。
根据本发明,在每个车轴上对称负载的车辆气动悬挂的控制系统,主要包括一个单一的负载水平传感器,每个车轴上的单一压力传感器,除了用于充入以及排出气体的一个电磁阀外,每个车轴上的单一电磁阀。
本发明特别涉及一种具有至少一个驱动车轴以及至少一个额外车轴,且在每个车轴上对称负载的车辆气动悬挂的控制系统,在作为本申请一部分的权利要求中将进行详细描述。

图1中,以下的说明特别指代具有在两个车轴,主桥以及额外车轴上对称负载的拖拉机气动悬挂控制系统的一个实施例。
该系统包括一组连同水平传感器12的电磁阀1,压力传感器6和9,以及电子控制单元7,管理在桥上或驱动车轴上气动悬挂10和14的气体小室上,以及额外车轴的气体小室2和5上的压力。
此外,来自气体源13的压缩气体通过电磁阀15控制。根据需要,该电磁阀15与电磁阀4和8一起,通过出口16,提供或排放从悬挂的气体小室2,5,10,14处而来气体压力。
单一的悬挂水平感应器12已经足够,如果需要时,以便检测悬挂配平的变动,尤其是桥的变动,并调节车辆的负载水平。
此外,每个车轴上使用单一压力传感器6、9以及单一电磁阀已经足够,提供负载的对称性。
这些部件通过电子控制单元7控制,并属于现有技术的已知类型。
根据传感器6和9所检测的压力,电子控制单元7管理桥和额外车轴之间的负载分布。为了改善车辆的性能,尤其在弯道处,在连接右边以及左边气体小室的气动管处增加合适的收缩3和11则较为优选。
气动回路的收缩3和11非常有用,以便在转弯处平衡负载的不平衡动力效应,这种效应使过多的气体由于离心力,从回路的一侧穿过至另一侧。因此,这种可以用现有技术方法制造的收缩,限制了同一个车轴上气体小室之间气体的循环。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以在不偏离本发明范围的情况下构想并实施其它替代性的以及等同的本发明实施例。
使用本发明的优点在此明显体现。
部件数量的减少,部件以及安装的成本下降,零配件的成本也下降。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有至少一个驱动车轴以及至少一个额外车轴,且在每个车轴有对称负载的车辆气动悬挂的控制系统,其特征在于,包括:
- 单一的负载水平传感器(12);
- 车辆每个车轴上的单一压力传感器(6,9);
- 车辆每个车轴上的单一电磁阀(4,8),适用于确定相关车轴气体小室(2,5,10,14)内气体的充入以及排放;
- 单一的电磁阀(15),与车辆每个车轴的所述电磁阀(4,8)相连,适用于确定气体的充入以及排放。
2.根据权利要求1所述控制系统,其特征在于,还包括用于控制部件运作状态的电子控制单元(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的控制系统,其特征在于,还包括位于连接每个车辆车轴上气体小室的气动管道上的收缩(3,11),适用于由于转弯处负载不平衡而限制相同车轴上气体小室之间的气体回路。
4.根据权利要求1所述的控制系统,其特征在于,所述气体充入朝着压缩气体源(13)进行,而所述排放通过出口(16)朝着大气进行。
