本发明提供一种支架的熔炼配料,主要解决了现有支架的熔炼配料铸造成型的支架易产生裂纹、抗拉强度低、脆性较大、硬度较低、石墨型态不好的问题。该支架的熔炼配料,其按质量百分比计含有:碳3.1-3.6;硅1.95-2.4;锰0.6-0.9;硫0-0.12;磷0-0.1;铬0.4-0.5;锑0.010-0.055;铜0-0.2;其余为铁。本发明提供的支架的熔炼配料,其熔炼后铸造成型为成品支架,成品支架不易产生裂纹、抗拉强度高、脆性较小、硬度较大、石墨型态好,同时成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支架的熔炼配料,主要用于铸造支架。
背景技术
铸造支架根据材料不同可分为钴铬合金支架、纯钛支架、贵金属支架、钛合金支架、镀金支架等。有的支架由于其熔炼配料的局限,导致其机械性能存在一定的问题,如易断裂、抗拉强度低、脆性较大、硬度较低等。
发明内容
本发明提供一种支架的熔炼配料,主要解决了现有支架的熔炼配料铸造成型的支架易断裂、抗拉强度低、脆性较大、硬度较低、石墨型态不好等问题,同时降低成本。
本发明的具体技术解决方案如下:
该支架的熔炼配料,其按质量百分比计含有:
其余为铁。
该支架的较佳熔炼配料,其按质量百分比计含有:

本发明具体实施例一至十,按质量百分比(%)具体如下:

以下结合具体制备过程中原料的选取,熔炼以及最终成型过程,对上述实施例进行详述:
实施例一
1]原料选取:取生铁700kg,废钢2135kg,回炉料2165kg,合计重量为5000kg,再加入碳化硅40kg,增碳剂70kg,硅铁25kg,锰铁25kg,硫化铁8kg,铬铁33kg;
其中生铁中含碳量为4.13%,含硅量为1.18%,含锰量为0.22%,含硫量为0.05%,含磷量为0.01%,其余为铁;废钢含碳量为0.53%,含硅量为0.24%,含锰量为0.51%,含硫量为0.023%,含磷量为0.021%,其余为铁;回炉料含碳量为3.43%,含硅量为2.49%,含锰量为0.65%,含硫量为0.091%,含磷量为0.023%,含锑量0.03%,其余为铁;
2]将上述原料混合均匀后进行熔炼,熔炼温度控制在1550℃,出铁温度为1510℃;
3]浇注成型:将熔炼好的原料在1380℃浇注进支架铸模中成型,并对其含量进行检测,其中含碳量为3.1%,含硅量为1.95%,含锰量为0.6%,含硫量为0.07%,其余为铁。
对成型后支架的机械性能进行检测,检测结果如下:

  含量   3.50   2.39   0.879   0.042   0.105
硬度要求为:HB207~255,测量值为237;抗拉强度为:≥250N/mm2,测量值为275.2;石墨形状为A型≥90%,石墨长度为4~6级,测量值为4级,珠光体≥90%,均符合要求。
实施例九:
1]原料选取:取生铁600kg,废钢2150kg,回炉料2250kg,合计重量为5000kg,再加入碳化硅45kg,增碳剂75kg,硅铁21kg,锰铁22kg,硫化铁8.3kg,铬铁35kg;
其中生铁中含碳量为4.23%,含硅量为1.18%,含锰量为0.25%,含硫量为0.05%,含磷量为0.015%,其余为铁;废钢含碳量为0.55%,含硅量为0.26%,含锰量为0.51%,含硫量为0.025%,含磷量为0.023%,其余为铁;回炉料含碳量为3.41%,含硅量为2.45%,含锰量为0.65%,含硫量为0.081%,含磷量为0.036%,含锑量0.03%,其余为铁;
2]将上述原料混合均匀后进行熔炼,熔炼温度控制在1550℃,出铁温度为1510℃;
3]浇注成型:将熔炼好的原料在1420℃浇注进支架铸模中成型,并对其含量进行检测,其中含碳量为3.506%,含硅量为2.096%,含锰量为0.849%,含硫量为0.085%,含铬量0.45%,含锑量0.012%,其余为铁。
对成型后支架的机械性能进行检测,检测结果如下:

  含量   3.49   2.40   0.894   0.044   0.108
硬度要求为:HB207~255,测量值为239;抗拉强度为:≥250N/mm2,测量值为270.8;石墨形状为A型≥90%,石墨长度为4~6级,测量值为4级,珠光体≥90%,均符合要求。
实施例十:
1]原料选取:取生铁500kg,废钢2500kg,回炉料2000kg,合计重量为5000kg,再加入碳化硅40kg,增碳剂73kg,硅铁29kg,锰铁23.5kg,硫化铁8.5kg,铬铁36kg;
其中生铁中含碳量为4.35%,含硅量为1.20%,含锰量为0.25%,含硫量为0.05%,含磷量为0.02%,其余为铁;废钢含碳量为0.55%,含硅量为0.26%,含锰量为0.51%,含硫量为0.025%,含磷量为0.023%,其余为铁;回炉料含碳量为3.41%,含硅量为2.45%,含锰量为0.65%,含硫量为0.081%,含磷量为0.036%,含锑量0.05%,其余为铁;
2]将上述原料混合均匀后进行熔炼,熔炼温度控制在1550℃,出铁温度为1510℃;
3]浇注成型:将熔炼好的原料在1430℃浇注进支架铸模中成型,并对其含量进行检测,其中含碳量为3.5%,含硅量为2.4%,含锰量为0.85%,含硫量为0.085%,含铬量0.45%,含锑量0.05%,其余为铁。
对成型后支架的机械性能进行检测,检测结果如下:

  技术要求   3.10~3.60   1.95~2.40   0.60~0.90   ≤0.10   ≤0.15
  含量   3.51   2.40   0.885   0.043   0.106
硬度要求为:HB207~255,测量值为238;抗拉强度为:≥250N/mm2,测量值为270.2;石墨形状为A型≥90%,石墨长度为4~6级,测量值为4级,珠光体≥90%,均符合要求。
