Abstract

本发明提供了一种采用磁流变液制动器的无齿曳引机,所要解决的问题是:无齿曳引机使用的制动器为摩擦式制动器。本发明的要点是:在缝隙的两端各设置一个磁场,形成磁场的装置是一个环状密封组件,环状密封组件固定在外定子组件上,并与内转子留有间隙;磁流变液制动器用螺栓固定在曳引机外壳上,曳引机主动轴插入并固定在磁流变液制动器内转子的轴套内。本发明的有益效果是:本制动器无磨损、开合无噪音,使得无齿曳引机的优点得以发挥。

采用磁流变液制动器的无齿曳引机
技术领域
本发明涉及电梯上使用的的无齿曳引机,具体是采用磁流变液制动器的无齿曳引机。
背景技术
WO2009/032014公开了一种“电梯磁流变液制动器”,它要解决的技术问题是:电梯制动器是在制动磨擦片和动盘之间产生磨擦,长时间使用后,制动片易受磨损。它的技术方案是:在定子和转子之间的缝隙里注制动液--磁流变液(magneto-yheologival fluid)。磁流变液是一种在悬浮液中的磁性粒子,例如可以由85wt%磁性粒子和15wt%液体组成。当永久磁铁和通电线圈的合成磁通为0时,磁流变液为液态,转子在无磨擦状态下运转;通过控制线圈使合成磁通逐渐增加时,磁流变液的粘度逐渐增加直至凝固变成固体,将转子固定,如此周而复始。因电梯运行时磁流变液为液态,所以实现其发明目的还必须要解决密封问题,否则液态的磁流变液会泄漏,导致制动液流失,进而制动失灵,而制动失灵对于电梯来说是致命的问题。为此该文公开的密封措施是“密封物41封在转子38和电梯主机轴36之间,以及转子38和制动箱40之间,以防止制动液30从腔39流出”。其图9显示密封物41是一种环状物,在没有进一步说明时,通常理解为密封环,即采用接触方式密封。密封环的缺陷是经长时间磨损后会损坏,导致磁流变液泄漏。
电梯中广泛采用永磁无齿曳引机,它具有体积小、传动效率高、噪声低、能耗低、使用寿命长、乘坐舒适,且基本不用维修等性能优点。但是,无齿曳引机必须与制动器配合使用,而目前配合的制动器都采用接触摩擦式制动器,因为这种制动器除了存在上述缺陷外,它还具有较大的开合噪音,使得无齿曳引机的优点大打折扣。
发明内容
为了解决磁流变液泄漏问题,及将无泄漏磁流变液制动器应用于无齿曳引机,本发明的目的在于提供一种采用磁流变液制动器的无齿曳引机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它由无齿曳引机和磁流变液制动器组成,该磁流变液制动器包括在制动器内转子、外定子的之间的缝隙注磁流变液,其特征是:在所说的缝隙的两端各设置一个磁场,该磁场的磁通量以缝隙两端的磁流变液形成粘稠状为限,形成磁场的装置是一个环状密封组件,该环状密封组件由密封磁铁(永久磁铁或线圈)和密封磁极组成,环状密封组件固定在外定子组件上,并与内转子留有间隙;磁流变液制动器用螺栓固定在曳引机外壳上,曳引机主动轴插入并固定在磁流变液制动器内转子的轴套内。
整个缝隙里的磁流变液为液态,但在缝隙两端的密封磁铁和密封磁极的作用下,使位于缝隙两端的磁流变液保持为粘稠状,成为密封环,将缝隙里的液态磁流变液密封。当制动器的合成磁通为0时,磁流变液为液态,转子(内转子的轴套及曳引机主动轴)在无磨擦状态下运转,相当于制动器松开;当制动器的合成磁通逐渐增加时,磁流变液的粘度逐渐增加直至凝固变成固体,将转子固定,相当于制动器制动。
与WO2009/032014相比,本发明的有益效果是:它利用已注入的磁流变液自身作为密封环,实现无接触密封,不存在长时间使用后受磨损的问题,从根本上解决了密封环受损后磁流变液泄漏的问题。将无泄漏磁流变液制动器应用于无齿曳引机上,本制动器无磨损、开合无噪音,使得无齿曳引机的优点得以发挥。

具体实施方式
参见图1,所说的外定子组件是:定子磁轭21和22、制动器线圈40和非磁性间隙41,与定子支架27固定在一起。所说的内转子组件是:转子磁轭23、制动器永久磁铁37和轴套29,与曳引机主动轴30固定在一起。在转子磁轭和定子磁轭之间的间隙38内充满磁流变液。
所说的环状密封组件是一个环状密封永久磁铁或线圈25按径向夹在两个环状密封磁极24和26之间组成,两个环状密封组件分别设置在已注入磁流变液的缝隙38的两端,固定在定子支架27上,其中第一密封磁极24的表面有一个齿尖241,齿尖241与转子磁轭23留有间隙。
当线圈40内无电流时,永久磁铁37的主磁通如图2所示。此时间隙38内的磁流变液被磁化而成为粘稠状,在定子磁轭和转子磁轭之间产生制动力;当线圈40内有电流时,线圈40的主磁通如图3所示,在间隙38内与永久磁铁37的主磁通方向相反。
控制线圈40中电流的方向和大小,使线圈40的主磁通和永久磁铁37的主磁通在间隙38内的合成磁通为0,如图4,此时间隙38内的磁流变液因失去磁化作用而变为流体,从而在定子磁轭和转子磁轭之间失去制动力。所以,控制线圈40无电流时,相当于制动器制动,控制线圈40有电流时,相当于制动器松开。
参见图5,密封永久磁铁25的主磁通经第一密封磁极24、间隙38、定子磁轭、第二密封磁极26闭合,并且在第一密封磁极24的齿尖241处形成最大磁通密度。间隙38内的磁流变液在齿尖被局部磁化,形成粘稠状O形密封圈,堵塞了间隙38中磁流变液的泄漏通道,起到密封作用。
本例为两级单侧密封结构。需要更大的密封能力时,可以采用多级密封或多级双侧密封结构。
参见图6、7,磁流变液制动器44用螺栓43固定在曳引机外壳42上,曳引机主动轴30插入并固定在磁流变液制动器内转子的轴套29内,41是曳引轮。

Claims (1)

1.一种采用磁流变液制动器的无齿曳引机,它由无齿曳引机和磁流变液制动器组成,该磁流变液制动器包括在制动器内转子、外定子的之间的缝隙注磁流变液,其特征是:在所说的缝隙的两端各设置一个磁场,该磁场的磁通量以缝隙两端的磁流变液形成粘稠状为限,形成磁场的装置是一个环状密封组件,该环状密封组件是一个环状密封永久磁铁或线圈按径向夹在两个环状密封磁极之间组成,其中第一密封磁极的表面有一个或一个以上齿尖,齿尖与转子磁轭留有间隙;磁流变液制动器用螺栓固定在曳引机外壳上,曳引机主动轴插入并固定在磁流变液制动器内转子的轴套内。
