Abstract

一种便携式电子装置,其包括主体。显示器及转动连接主体及显示器的开合铰链。显示器包括显示屏及固定容纳显示屏的框架。显示器包括与该开合铰链固定连接的支架。框架转动设置在该支架上,使显示屏可在该支架上从面向主体的位置转动至背对主体的位置。上述便携式电子装置设置有两个支架,并将显示屏可转动地设置在支架上,用户可以根据需要将显示屏在支架上转动,方便展示。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式电子装置。
背景技术
一般便携式电子装置包括主体、液晶显示器及铰链。该铰链可转动地连接该主体及液晶显示器,以使该液晶显示器可以相对于主体开合。液晶显示器包括框架及固定设置在框架内的显示屏。用户可转动液晶显示器,展开便携式电子装置,面对液晶显示器进行操作。
如果要将便携式电子装置的显示内容显示给对面的其他人,需要将便携式电子装置整体转动至另外一个方向上,操作不便。尤其在便携式电子装置放置空间比较狭小时,更为不便。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种方便展示显示屏的便携式电子装置。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括主体。显示器及转动连接主体及显示器的开合铰链。显示器包括显示屏及固定容纳显示屏的框架。显示器包括与该开合铰链固定连接的支架。框架转动设置在该支架上,使显示屏可在该支架上从面向主体的位置转动至背对主体的位置。
上述便携式电子装置设置有两个支架,并将显示屏可转动地设置在支架上,用户可以根据需要将显示屏在支架上转动,方便展示。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施方式对本发明的便携式电子装置作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明的便携式电子装置100包括一个主体20、一个显示器22及一个开合铰链24。其中,主体20成长方形板状,其上设置有鼠标板201及键盘(图未示)。主体20的两个角落处开设有用于安装铰链24的开槽203。每个开合铰链24的一端安装在主体20的开槽203内,另一端安装在显示器22上,使显示器22与主体20可转动地连接。本实施方式中,便携式电子装置100为笔记本电脑,当然,便携式电子装置100也可以为手机、个人数位助理或音乐播放器等。
显示器22为液晶显示器,其包括一个显示屏221、一个框架222、两个固定件223、两个枢轴225及两个轴套227。两个固定件223构成一个可分离的支架(图未标)。
显示屏221大致呈长方形,用于显示主体20上的信号图像。框架222为长方形框架,将显示屏221固定收容其中。框架222在其两个相对的外壁上各开设有一个止转槽2221。请同时参阅图3,止转槽2221为异形槽,用于安装枢轴225。固定件223呈长条状,固定件223在其一个侧面于大致长度的中部位置上开设有容置槽2230,该容置槽2230的形状与轴套227相对应,用于安装轴套227。容置槽2230包括圆形的第一容置部2231及与该第一容置部2231连通的长条形的第二容置部2232。固定件223在其靠近一端的位置上开设有安装槽2233,用于安装开合铰链24远离主体20的另一端。枢轴225一端形成有圆形的转动部2251,另一端切削出两个相对的切平面2253,从而形成一个异形的固定部2255。固定部2255与框架222的止转槽2221的形状相匹配,可止转地安装在止转槽2221内。
轴套227为包卷型轴套,其包括圆环形的弹性夹持部2271及卡持部2273。其中,弹性夹持部2271的内径略小于枢轴225转动部2251的外径。弹性夹持部2271与容置槽2230的第一容置部2231相对应,卡持部2273与第二容置部2232相对应。弹性夹持部2271上开设有收缩缝2275,使弹性夹持部2271具有弹性,可以沿该收缩缝2275稍微张开。收缩缝2275沿弹性夹持部2271轴向贯穿弹性夹持部2271的整个轴向长度。卡持部2273呈长条状,其形成在弹性夹持部2271外壁上靠近收缩缝2275侧壁的位置,并与收缩缝2275的延伸方向相同。
组装时,首先将枢轴225的固定部2255插入装在框架222的止转槽2221内,固定部2255的切平面2253抵靠止转槽2221的侧壁,使固定部2255止转地容纳在该止转槽2221内,且转动部2251突出在框架222外。轴套227的弹性夹持部2271稍微张开并套设在枢轴225的转动部2251上,以弹性夹紧枢轴225的转动部2251。然后将一个固定件223以容置槽2230与轴套227相对准的方式贴合在框架222的外壁上,框架222的止转槽2221与固定件223的容置槽2230相连通,共同容纳枢轴225及轴套227。其中,轴套227的弹性夹持部2271容纳在容置槽2230的第一容置部2231内,卡持部2273容纳在容置槽2230的第二容置部2232内,以使轴套227相对于固定件223不可转动。接着,开合铰链24通过螺钉(图未示)一端安装在主体20的开槽203内,另一端安装在固定件223的安装槽2233内,从而使固定件223可相对主体20转动,同时,两个固定件223将框架222夹持在两者之间,使显示屏221与框架222能够在两个固定件223之间转动,而不能与固定件223相脱离。
正常使用时,固定件223整体贴合在框架222上(图1),显示屏221为于面向主体20的位置,方便用户观看并操作,也可以通过开合铰链24转动整体显示器22,以调整显示屏221相对于用户的角度。请同时参阅图4,如果要向对面的其他人员展示显示屏221上的内容,可施力转动显示屏221,框架222将带动枢轴225的转动部2251在轴套227内相对于固定件223转动。由于轴套227的弹性夹持部2271对枢轴225的转动部2251有夹紧作用,会提供一个阻碍转动的摩擦力,使用户在转动显示屏221的过程中手感平稳。框架222两侧都对称设置有两个枢轴225和两个轴套227,可以使转动更加稳定。用户可以将显示屏221转动至背对主体20的位置,向对面的人员展示显示屏221上的内容。用户将显示屏221转动到预定位置后,撤去外力,由于上述摩擦力的作用,显示屏221就将停留在该位置,也就是说,用户可以根据需要,将显示屏221停留在与固定件223成任意夹角的位置,满足用户需求。另外,本发明的便携式电子装置100的显示器22为全拆卸结构,当其中的枢轴225、轴套227或者固定件223在长久使用损坏后,都可以单独更换,无需更换整个显示器22,更换方便,而且使用成本低。
当然,还可以加设两个连接两个固定件223端部的连接件,将支架做成一个外框,可以更为稳定地夹持框架222。
枢轴225也可以通过其他方式与框架222止转连接,例如,枢轴225与框架222一体成型,直接固定在框架222上。
开合铰链24也可以为一个,设置在主体20的中部,两个固定件223均延伸与该开合铰链24相连,可达到同样的效果。
请参阅图5,还可以将固定件223设置为两段式,以容置槽2230偏上一小距离分界,靠近安装槽2233部分是支撑部2234,为硬质材料制作,另外一部分是可弯折部2235,譬如可以用金属蛇管制作,当框架222带动显示屏221转动到一定角度时,弯曲可弯折部2235至显示屏221的背部,可以辅助显示屏221,这样当显示屏221翻转到一定角度时,显示屏221的定位更加稳定。当然,可弯折部2235也可以为塑料或橡胶等其他可弯曲定型的材料制作。
另外,枢轴225和轴套227所设置的位置也可以互换,即容置槽2230也可以开设在框架222上,将轴套227止转地设置在框架222上;相应地,止转槽2221开设在固定件223上,枢轴225止转地设置在固定件223上。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种便携式电子装置,其包括主体、显示器及转动连接该主体及该显示器的开合铰链,该显示器包括显示屏及固定容纳该显示屏的框架,其特征在于:该显示器包括与该开合铰链固定连接的支架,该框架转动设置在该支架上,使该显示屏可在该支架上从面向主体的位置转动至背对主体的位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该显示器还包括枢轴及轴套,该枢轴止转地设置在支架及与之相邻的框架外壁其中之一上,该轴套止转地设置在支架及与之相邻的框架外壁另外之一上,该枢轴部分地转动穿设在该轴套内。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该轴套包括弹性夹持部,该枢轴包括转动穿设在该弹性夹持部内的转动部,该弹性夹持部包卷并弹性夹紧该转动部。
4.如权利要求3所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该转动部位于该转轴一端,该转轴另外一端设置有非圆形的固定部,该枢轴框架外壁上开设有止转槽,该固定部止转地容纳在该止转槽内。
5.如权利要求3所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该弹性夹持部呈圆环形,其内径小于该转动部的尺寸,该弹性夹持部上开设有收缩缝,使该弹性夹持部可弹性张开并收容该转动部。
6.如权利要求4所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该轴套还包由该弹性夹持部外壁延伸形成的卡持部,该支架上开设有容置槽,该容置槽包括第一容置部及第二容置部,该弹性夹持部容纳在第一容置部内,该卡持部止转地容纳在第二容置部内。
7.如权利要求6所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该支架包括两个固定件,该两个固定件分别位于该框架的两侧,该轴套及该枢轴的数量均为两个,每个固定件开设有一个容置槽,框架与每个固定件相邻的位置开设有一个止转槽,每个轴套容纳在一个固定件的容置槽内,每个枢轴容纳在一个框架的止转槽内。
8.如权利要求7所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该开合铰链的数量为两个,每个支架上开设有安装槽,该主体上开设有与该安装槽对应的开槽,每个开合铰链一端安装在一个支架的安装槽内,另外一端安装在主体的开槽内。
9.如权利要求7所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该固定件还包括可弯折部,该弯折部可弯折至显示屏的背面以辅助定位。
10.如权利要求9所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该可弯折部为金属蛇管、塑料或者橡胶材料制作。
