由于平板电脑的触控屏相对较大,受到外部冲击时容易破损,因而需要用于容纳平板电脑的保护套来防止损伤。目前,市场上出现一些可提供支撑的平板电脑保护套,但这些平板电脑保护套通常只具有一种支撑角度,且存在支撑高度不够的弊端。

【具体实施方式】
请结合参阅图1-图6,图1是本实用新型的电子设备支撑架一实施例第一支撑角度的结构示意图,其中,示出了电子设备;图2是图1所示的电子设备支撑架的另一角度结构示意图;图3是本实用新型的电子设备支撑架一实施例第二支撑角度 的结构示意图;图4是本实用新型的电子设备支撑架一实施例第三支撑角度的结构示意图;图5是本实用新型的电子设备支撑架一实施例支撑结构处于闭合状态时的结构示意图;
图6是图1所示的电子设备支撑架的分解结构示意图。本实施例的电子设备支撑架包括保护套10和支撑结构20,电子设备包括但不限于平板电脑、手机、显示设备等。
保护套10包括主板101和沿主板101边缘弯折的侧板102,主板101和侧板102围合形成用于容置电子设备30的容纳空间,主板101背离容纳空间的一侧形成有凹槽103。保护套10的形状可根据不同型号的电子设备进行设置,优选地,为了使保护套10容易加工成型,主板101包括主板体104和安装板105,主板体104与侧板102一体成型,主板体104具有通槽106,安装板105设于主板体104的内侧,覆盖住该通槽106形成凹槽103,用于设置支撑结构20。
请结合参阅图7-图9,图7是图1所示的电子设备支撑架的支撑结构的结构示意图;图8是图7所示的支撑结构的分解结构示意图;图9是图7所示的支撑结构的第一转轴的第一异形段的结构示意图。支撑结构20设于凹槽103内,包括第一板体201和第二板体202,第一板体201一端与主板101枢转连接,另一端与第二板体202枢转连接。其中,支撑结构20处于闭合状态时,支撑结构20折叠收纳于凹槽103内与保护套10形成一体结构;支撑结构20处于支撑状态时,第一板体201可分别绕主板101和第二板体202旋转以形成多角度的支撑。这种支撑结构20不仅相对于现有的电子设备支撑架能够提供多角度支撑,且支撑高度的可调范围更高,可根据消费者的实际使用情况调节支撑高度,进一步,在支撑结构20还可收纳,收纳后电子设备支撑架仅呈现一个保护套10的外观,占用面积小。
枢转连接的方式很多,比如采用各种合页形式或者轴与轴套配合的形式,但通常均会存在枢转轴,而枢转轴会占用一定的厚度空间,要么无法容纳在凹槽103内,要么缩小枢转轴的尺寸导致支撑结构20强度低。在本实施例中,第一板体201的两端均设有用于形成枢转连接的枢转轴或枢转轴套,第二板体202的内壁设有用于容纳枢转轴或枢转轴套的容纳槽80,以减少闭合状态时电子设备支撑架的厚度。
具体而言,电子设备支撑架包括间隔设于主板101上的两个第一安装板301105,两个第一安装板301105的一端均设有第一安装轴套302,第一板体201的一端设有第一枢转轴套303,电子设备支撑架还包括与第一安装轴套302对应的两个第一转轴304,第一转轴304穿设第一安装轴套302和第一枢转轴套303,第一板体201通过第一枢转轴套303与第一转轴304的配合形成枢转连接。优选地,两个第一安装板301105安装于安装板105上。为了方便安装,本实施例采用将第一转轴304设置为两个,在其他实施例中,也可只设置一个。
电子设备支撑架包括间隔设于第二板体202上的两个第二安装板401,两个第二安装板401的一端均设有第二安装轴套402,第一板体201的另一端设有第二枢转轴套403,电子设备支撑架还包括与第二安装轴套402对应的两个第二转轴404,第二转轴404穿设第二安装轴套402和第二枢转轴套403,第一板体201通过第二枢转轴套403与第二转轴404的配合形成枢转连接。
在本实施例中,第一枢转轴套303和第二枢转轴套403均设于第二板体202的容纳槽80内。
优选地,为了成型方便和连接的可靠性,将第一板体201和主板101的枢转结构以及第一板体201与第二板体202的枢转结构设置成相同,但在其他实施例中,也可采用不同的枢转结构,只要是采用两次枢转实现增加支撑高度的均属于本申请的保护范围。
优选地,安装板105上还设有用于加强枢转连接强度的两个第一加强板501,两个第一加强板501与两个第一安装板301对应;第二板体202上还设有用于加强枢转连接强度的两个第二加强板(未标示),两个第二加强板与两个第二安装板401对应。
优选地,第一转轴304包括第一圆形段601和第一异形段602,第一圆形段601与第一安装轴套302配合连接,第一异形段602与第一枢转轴套303连接;第二转轴404包括第二圆形段和第二异形段(未标示,与第一转轴304结构一致),第二圆形段与第二安装轴套402配合连接,第二异形段与第二枢转轴套403连接。通过将第一转轴304和第二转轴404部分设置成异形,能够使得在第一板体201和第二板体202旋转时与第一枢转轴套303和第二枢转轴套403产生阻尼,以保持支撑角度。进一步优选地,第一异形段602和第二异形段的截面呈跑道型。
优选地,支撑结构20处于闭合状态时,第二板体202与主板101卡扣配合。具体来说,在第二板体202的侧边设有凹陷701,在安装板105上与通槽106连接处设有凸起702,凸起702位于凹槽103内,通过凸起702和凹陷701的配合实现卡扣连接。
优选地,为了避免电子设备支撑架放置在桌面上会进行滑动,在第二板体202的外壁设有多个硅胶凸点703。
优选地,侧板102还设有用于容纳笔套的笔套槽704,笔套用于容纳与电子设备配合使用的操控笔。笔套优选与电子设备支撑架磁性吸合,在主板101的内壁设有用于吸合的磁铁705。
优选地,为了避免支撑结构20外露,在安装板105上还设有装饰板706。
优选地,为了避免电子设备支撑架整体显厚,主板101呈中间厚,四周低的形式设置,中间厚的部分对应支撑结构20。
本申请通过在电子设备支撑架的主板设置凹槽,凹槽内设置可支撑结构,支撑结构可进行两次枢转转动,本申请的电子设备支撑架相对于现有的电子设备支撑架能够提供多角度支撑,且支撑高度的可调范围更高,可根据消费者的实际使用情况调节支撑高度,进一步,在支撑结构还可收纳,收纳后电子设备支撑架仅呈现一个保护套的外观,占用面积小。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备支撑架,其特征在于,包括:
    保护套,包括主板和沿所述主板边缘弯折的侧板,所述主板和所述侧板围合形成用于容置所述电子设备的容纳空间,所述主板背离所述容纳空间的一侧形成有凹槽;
    支撑结构,设于所述凹槽内,包括第一板体和第二板体,所述第一板体一端与所述主板枢转连接,另一端与所述第二板体枢转连接;
    其中,所述支撑结构处于闭合状态时,所述支撑结构折叠收纳于所述凹槽内与所述保护套形成一体结构;所述支撑结构处于支撑状态时,所述第一板体可分别绕所述主板和所述第二板体旋转以形成多角度的支撑。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备支撑架,其特征在于,所述第一板体的两端均设有用于形成枢转连接的枢转轴或枢转轴套,所述第二板体的内壁设有用于容纳所述枢转轴或枢转轴套的容纳槽,以减少闭合状态时所述电子设备支撑架的厚度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备支撑架,其特征在于,所述电子设备支撑架包括间隔设于所述主板上的两个第一安装板,两个所述第一安装板的一端均设有第一安装轴套,所述第一板体的一端设有第一枢转轴套,所述电子设备支撑架还包括与所述第一安装轴套对应的两个第一转轴,所述第一转轴穿设所述第一安装轴套和所述第一枢转轴套,所述第一板体通过所述第一枢转轴套与所述第一转轴的配合形成枢转连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备支撑架,其特征在于,所述电子设备支撑架包括间隔设于所述第二板体上的两个第二安装板,两个所述第二安装板的一端均设有第二安装轴套,所述第一板体的另一端设有第二枢转轴套,所述电子设备支撑架还包括与所述第二安装轴套对应的两个第二转轴,所述第二转轴穿设所述第二安装轴套和所述第二枢转轴套,所述第一板体通过所述第二枢转轴套与所述第二转轴的配合形成枢转连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备支撑架,其特征在于,所述主板包括主板体和安装板,所述主板体与所述侧板一体成型,所述主板体具有通槽,所述安装板设于所述主板体的内侧,两个所述第一安装板安装于所述安装板上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备支撑架,其特征在于,所述安装板上还设有用于加强枢转连接强度的两个第一加强板,两个所述第一加强板与两个所述第一安装板对应;所述第二板体上还设有用于加强枢转连接强度的两个第二加强板,两个所述第二加强板与两个所述第二安装板对应。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备支撑架,其特征在于,所述第一转轴包括第一圆形段和第一异形段,所述第一圆形段与所述第一安装轴套配合连接,所述第一异形段与所述第一枢转轴套连接;所述第二转轴包括第二圆形段和第二异形段,所述第二圆形段与所述第二安装轴套配合连接,所述第二异形段与所述第二枢转轴套连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备支撑架,其特征在于,所述第一异形段和所述第二异形段的截面呈跑道型。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备支撑架,其特征在于,所述支撑结构处于闭合状态时,所述第二板体与所述主板卡扣配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备支撑架,其特征在于,所述侧板还设有用于容纳笔套的笔套槽,所述笔套用于容纳与电子设备配合使用的操控笔。
