本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端。
首先,随着智能终端设备行业的发展,人们对智能终端设备的屏幕尺寸要求越来越大,从最初的3.5寸,发展到目前的6寸甚至7寸。即使是目前的屏幕尺寸,仍然不能满足人们观看视频、看书等使用需求;另一方面,屏幕越大,手机尺寸越大,越不便于携带。于是产生了更大的屏幕需求和便于携带之间的矛盾。其次,随着显示屏技术的发展,可反复弯折的柔性显示屏已经出现,与其配合的可折叠终端设备也在业界研发中。由于可折叠(屏幕)终端设备可兼顾用户的大屏需求与便携性之间的矛盾,因此有广阔的应用前景。
使用柔性显示屏的可折叠终端设备,与相关技术中的翻盖终端设备不同,其在展开和弯折的过程中,必须保持柔性屏幕的长度不变,否则便会拉坏屏幕或引起屏幕褶皱。为了改善此问题,一般会采用多轴铰链来改善此问题,但采用多轴铰链存在加工难度大的问题。并且,对于内翻折叠屏手机,如果需要在折叠形式下观看手机,一般要设置一个外屏,会提高产品成本。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种移动终端,以解决柔性屏在展开和弯折的过程中易引起屏幕褶皱和无法在折叠状态下使用柔性屏的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开是这样实现的:
本公开的实施例提供了一种移动终端,包括:
第一机壳;
第二机壳,所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳通过铰接结构铰接;
滑动机构,设于所述第一机壳内,可相对所述第一机壳滑动;
柔性屏,所述柔性屏其中一端固定于所述第二机壳,另一端固定于所述滑动机构。
这样,本公开实施例的上述方案,通过滑动机构设于所述第一机壳内,且滑动结构可相对所述第一机壳滑动,且柔性屏其中一端固定于所述第二机壳,另一端固定于所述滑动机构,可以在移动终端展开过程或盖合过程中,通过滑动机构的滑动带动柔性屏展开或盖合,防止柔性屏褶皱影响显示效果。

本公开的上述实施例中,通过滑动机构4设于所述第一机壳6内,且滑动机构4可相对所述第一机壳6滑动,且柔性屏2其中一端固定于所述第二机壳1,另一端固定于所述滑动机构4,可以在移动终端展开过程或盖合过程中,通过滑动机构4的滑动带动柔性屏2展开或盖合,防止柔性屏2褶皱影响显示效果。其中,铰接结构7可以是转轴,转轴是链接产品零部主件用到的,用于转动工作中既承受弯矩又承受扭矩的轴。常见的转轴有:手机转轴(翻盖或旋转屏手机);笔记本电脑转轴;便携式数字通用光盘(Digital Video Disc,DVD)转轴;发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)台灯转轴;液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)显示屏转轴;全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)等车载支架转轴等;所述铰接结构7可以为单轴转轴。
其中,所述柔性屏2为柔性显示屏,柔性显示屏是由柔软的材料制成,可变形可弯曲的显示装置,可以像纸一样薄,即使切掉电源,内容也不会消失。所述第二机壳1可以通过粘接剂与所述柔性屏2连接,所述粘接剂可以为第一粘接剂12,例如双面胶等。
本公开的一具体实施例中,所述滑动机构4设有滑轨;
所述第一机壳6设有滑槽5;
所述滑动机构4通过所述滑轨滑入所述滑槽5中。
在该实施例中,所述滑动机构4可以通过粘接剂与所述柔性屏2连接,所述粘接剂可以为第二粘接剂13,例如双面胶等。所述第一粘接剂12与所 述第二粘接剂13可以为相同粘接剂,也可以为不同粘接剂。在该实施例中,所述滑槽5可以与所述第一机壳6固定连接。其中,所述第一机壳6的两侧均设有所述滑槽5,所述滑槽5与所述第一机壳6固定连接,可以通过粘接剂或其他可固定方式固定连接;当所述滑槽5与所述第一机壳6固定连接后,所述滑动机构4可以通过所述滑轨滑入所述滑槽5中,从而进入所述第一机壳6中。

在该实施例中,可以通过弹簧11自身的弹性功能,将通过弹簧11连接的所述滑动机构4与所述第一机壳6之间连接点的间距伸长或者缩短,在所述滑动机构4与所述第一机壳6之间连接点的间距缩短时,或所述滑动机构4与所述第一机壳6之间连接点的间距伸长时,所述弹簧11始终向所述滑动机构4施加弹性作用力,以使滑动机构4始终存在复位的弹性作用力。
如图2所示,本公开的一具体实施例中,所述滑动机构4和所述第一机壳6均与所述弹簧11固定连接。
在该实施例中,所述滑动机构4上可以设置有第一铆钉41作为连接点,所述滑动机构4可以并通过所述第一铆钉41与所述弹簧11连接;所述第一机壳6上可以设置有第二铆钉61作为连接点,所述第一机壳6可以通过所述第二铆钉61与所述弹簧11连接;所述第一铆钉41与所述第二铆钉61可以为相同的铆钉,也可以为不同的铆钉,也可以采用其他的连接固定方式将弹簧11固定在所述滑动机构4和所述第一机壳6上。
本公开的一具体实施例中,所述弹簧11可以为扭簧。
其中,所述滑动机构4可以通过第一铆钉41与所述扭簧的其中一端固定连接,所述第一机壳6可以通过所述第二铆钉61与所述扭簧的另一端固定连接。扭簧又为扭转弹簧,属于螺旋弹簧的一种,扭转弹簧的端部被固定到其他组件,当其他组件绕着弹簧中心旋转时,该弹簧将它们拉回初始位置,产 生扭矩或旋转力。扭转弹簧可以存储和释放角能量或者通过绕簧体中轴旋转力臂以静态固定某一装置。这类弹簧通常是密身的,但簧圈之间也可以有节距以减少摩擦。它们对旋转或旋转外力产生阻力。可以根据应用要求,设计扭转弹簧的旋向(顺时针或逆时针),从而确定弹簧的旋向。各圈或是紧密围绕或是分开围绕,能适任扭转负荷(与弹簧轴线成直角)。弹簧的末端可绕成钩状或直扭转臂,从而和所述滑动机构4与所述第一机壳6连接。
如图3和图4所示,本公开的一具体实施例中,所述移动终端还包括:
柔性装饰片3,所述柔性装饰片3包裹所述第一机壳6和第二机壳1连接处的外侧。
在该实施例中,所述柔性装饰片3可以在移动终端盖合过程中进行长度的拉伸,以及,在移动终端展开过程中进行长度的压缩,例如,可以从13mm左右的长度延长到28mm左右的长度;并且,所述柔性装饰片3可以起到遮丑的作用,对移动终端在盖合和展开的过程中进行美化,满足人们对于移动终端美观的要求。
如图1所示,本公开的一具体实施例中,所述移动终端还包括:
支撑轴8,所述支撑轴8设于所述第一机壳6靠近所述铰接结构7的一侧,并与所述第一机壳6连接;
其中,在所述第一机壳6与所述第二机壳1相对盖合时,所述支撑轴8支撑所述柔性屏2的两端相对盖合,所述柔性屏2设于所述第一机壳6的盖合面与所述第二机壳1的盖合面内。
在该实施例中,所述支撑轴8可以在移动终端在盖合过程中,对柔性屏2起到支撑的作用,避免柔性屏2在盖合过程中发生褶皱变形。
本公开的一具体实施例中,所述移动终端还包括:
连接板10,所述连接板10设于所述第一机壳6上远离所述铰接结构7的一端,限制所述滑动机构4在所述第一机壳6的内部滑动。
在该实施例中,连接板10不仅可以加强对所述滑槽5的固定作用,还能防止所述滑动机构4滑出所述滑槽5中。其中,在所述滑动机构4通过所述滑轨滑入所述滑槽5中之后,可以将所述连接板10与所述第一机壳6上远离所述铰接结构7的一端(即第一机壳6的底端)固定连接。
如图6所示,本公开的一具体实施例中,所述移动终端还包括:
透光镜片9,所述透光镜片9设于所述第一机壳6上远离所述铰接结构7的一端;
其中,在所述滑动机构4朝向所述铰接结构7的方向滑动时,所述柔性屏2的两端相对盖合,所述柔性屏2与所述第一机壳6远离所述铰接结构7的一端形成一预设距离的间隔空隙,所述透光镜片9透过预设距离的间隔空隙显示所述柔性屏2的信息。
其中,所述透光镜片9可以是任意一种可以透过透光镜片观看到柔性屏显示内容的镜片。预设距离为可以透过透光镜片9显示柔性屏2信息的距离。
在移动终端盖合的过程中,所述第一机壳6和所述滑动机构4通过对扭簧两端的拉伸作用,使所述柔性屏2与所述连接板10之间逐渐形成一个间隔空隙,直到在移动终端处于盖合状态时,所述第一机壳6上的所述柔性屏2的部分比所述第二机壳1上的所述柔性屏2的部分稍短,如图6和图7中的长度A,此时,用户可以通过所述透光镜片9看到在柔性屏2与A对应的位置的显示信息,所述显示信息可以根据需求设置,例如:时间、简短短信或天气等信息。
在移动终端展开过程中,A的长度逐渐变小,在移动终端处于展开状态时,所述柔性屏2与第一机壳6的相对位置关系如图4和图5所示。
为了便于说明,上述实施例是以手机作为本公开移动终端的具体实例进行说明,本领域技术人员可以理解,除了手机作为终端设备之外,亦可适用于其它具备显示屏的终端设备,如平板电脑、电子书阅读器、动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,MP3)播放器、动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,MP4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机、车载电脑、台式计算机、机顶盒、智能电视机、可穿戴设备等等均在本公开实施例的保护范围之内。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。
尽管已描述了本公开实施例的可选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦 得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例做出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括可选实施例以及落入本公开实施例范围的所有变更和修改。

Claims (10)
- 一种移动终端,包括:第一机壳(6);第二机壳(1),所述第一机壳(6)和所述第二机壳(1)通过铰接结构(7)铰接;滑动机构(4),设于所述第一机壳(6)内,可相对所述第一机壳(6)滑动;柔性屏(2),所述柔性屏(2)其中一端固定于所述第二机壳(1),另一端固定于所述滑动机构(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述滑动机构(4)设有滑轨;所述第一机壳(6)设有滑槽(5);所述滑动机构(4)通过所述滑轨滑入所述滑槽(5)中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述滑动机构(4)与所述第一机壳(6)通过弹簧(11)连接;在所述第一机壳(6)和所述第二机壳(1)相对运动时,所述柔性屏(2)通过所述弹簧(11)对所述滑动机构(4)的弹性作用力,使所述滑动机构(4)在所述滑槽(5)中滑动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中,所述滑动机构(4)和所述第一机壳(6)均与所述弹簧(11)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其中,所述弹簧(11)为扭簧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,还包括:柔性装饰片(3),所述柔性装饰片(3)包裹所述第一机壳(6)和第二机壳(1)连接处的外侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,还包括:支撑轴(8),所述支撑轴(8)设于所述第一机壳(6)靠近所述铰接结构(7)的一侧,并与所述第一机壳(6)连接;其中,在所述第一机壳(6)与所述第二机壳(1)相对盖合时,所述支撑轴(8)支撑所述柔性屏(2)的两端相对盖合,所述柔性屏(2)设于所述第 一机壳(6)的盖合面与所述第二机壳(1)的盖合面内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,还包括:连接板(10),所述连接板(10)设于所述第一机壳(6)上远离所述铰接结构(7)的一端,使所述滑动机构(4)在所述第一机壳(6)的内部滑动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,还包括:透光镜片(9),所述透光镜片(9)设于所述第一机壳(6)上远离所述铰接结构(7)的一端;其中,在所述滑动机构(4)朝向所述铰接结构(7)的方向滑动时,所述柔性屏(2)的两端相对盖合,所述柔性屏(2)与所述第一机壳(6)远离所述铰接结构(7)的一端形成一预设距离的间隔空隙,所述透光镜片(9)透过预设距离的间隔空隙显示所述柔性屏(2)的信息。
- 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端包括:手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器、MP4播放器、膝上型便携计算机、车载电脑、台式计算机、机顶盒、智能电视机、可穿戴设备中的至少一项。
