Abstract

一种透明件边缘隐蔽结构可视化检查装置,其主体为有机玻璃材料,用来对透明件边缘隐蔽结构的质量进行检查。通过使用耦合剂,实现透明件与检查装置的光路连续。利用光学折射原理,将透明件隐蔽结构的目标图像从观察面引出,供人眼直接观察或外接摄像装置拍照。观察面边缘有保护边,防止耦合剂污染观察面而影响检查效果。在检查装置侧面以一定角度加装照明光源,以增加目标图像的亮度,使视野清晰。

透明件边缘隐蔽结构可视化检查装置
1.技术领域
本发明涉及一种对透明件边缘隐蔽结构的缺陷进行可视化检查的装置。
2.背景技术
透明件在制造和使用过程中,边缘隐蔽结构经常产生各种缺陷。由于该结构往往被其它不透明的物体所覆盖,无法用肉眼直接检查,而其它的无损检测技术也无法对上述缺陷进行有效检查。
3.发明内容
为了解决透明件边缘隐蔽结构的可视化检查问题,本发明设计了一种光学检查装置,将隐蔽结构的目标图像引出,可供肉眼直接观察或拍照。
本发明采用的技术方案是:通过使用耦合剂,实现透明件与检查装置的光路连续。利用光线折射原理,将透明件隐蔽结构的目标图像从观察面引出,供人眼直接观察或外接摄像装置拍照。观察面边缘有保护边,防止耦合剂污染观察面而影响检查效果。在检查装置侧面加装一体化的照明光源,以增加隐蔽部位的亮度,使目标图像清晰可见。

附图中,下面是一种典型的透明件边缘隐蔽结构剖面图,它的右边被不透明的物体所覆盖,透明件的上面是本发明所涉及的透明件边缘隐蔽结构可视化检查装置。
5.具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明。在本可视化检查装置的下表面与透明件之间涂少量耦合剂,轻轻移动本装置,以排除耦合剂里的气泡,使本装置与透明件实现光路的连续。打开照明光源,适当移动本装置,并透过观察面向目标图像方向观察,即可对隐蔽结构的目标图像进行检查。

1.一种透明件边缘隐蔽结构可视化检查装置,其特征是:主体由有机玻璃材料制成,使用耦合剂以实现透明件与该检查装置的光路连续。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明件边缘隐蔽结构可视化检查装置,其特征为:检查目标图像的出射光路与照明光路成一定角度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透明件边缘隐蔽结构可视化检查装置,其特征为:经过抛光处理的观察面边缘有保护边,以防止耦合剂污染观察面而影响检查效果。
