背景技术
使用HVLP涡轮喷枪的承包人时常从枪中更换他们的流体针和喷嘴。
发明内容
由于HVLP和其它喷枪中的更换的高频繁性,所以使用者需要简单的、无需工具的方式来从枪中更换他们的流体针和喷嘴,而没有危及空气通道和密封件污染。为了实现此,引入允许针/扳机致动接合和脱离的滑销组件。此外,流体喷嘴被滚花以提供不费力的移除。
该枪的结构由滑销、扳机、针和流体喷嘴组成。该扳机具有与交互作用的滑销的直径相互作用的锁眼形特征。当滑销处于喷雾位置时,滑销的较大直径定位在扳机锁眼特征的较大直径中。当滑销垂直于枪的取向推至移除位置时,滑销的较小直径允许扳机锁眼特征的较小直径下落,从而脱离流体针的致动。
该组件完全消除了流体污染空气通道和密封件的可能性。而工业标准的现有技术设计几乎确保了这种污染。对该组件的喷嘴进行滚花将允许使用者在不使用工具的情况下组装该部件。这种设计彻底消除了为了针和喷嘴的清洗或更换而移除扳机或者使用任何工具的任何需要。

具体实施方式
该枪10的结构由扳机滑销12、扳机14、针16、流体喷嘴18和空气帽20组成。扳机14具有锁眼形的孔口14a,其与交互作用的滑销12的直径相互作用。当滑销12处于喷雾位置时,滑销12的较大直径12a定位在扳机锁眼孔口14a的较大直径中(图2b和图4)。当滑销12垂直于枪10的取向推至移除位置时,滑销12的较小直径12b允许扳机锁眼孔口14a的较小直径下落,从而脱离所述流体针16的致动(图2a和图3)。
对该组件的喷嘴18进行滚花将允许使用者在不使用工具的情况下组装该部件。这种设计彻底消除了为了针16和喷嘴18的清洗或更换而移除扳机14或者使用任何工具的任何需要。

Claims (2)
1.一种喷枪,所述喷枪具有扳机、流体针和流体喷嘴,其改进包括:
所述扳机中的至少一个锁眼装置,所述锁眼装置包括较大直径部分和较小直径部分;和
滑销,所述滑销用于以可释放方式接合所述扳机和所述流体针并且能够在喷雾位置和移除位置之间移动,所述滑销具有较大直径部分和较小直径部分,由此当所述滑销处于所述喷雾位置时,所述滑销的所述较大直径部分定位在所述扳机的锁眼装置的所述较大直径部分中,并且当所述滑销垂直于所述流体针推至所述移除位置时,所述滑销的所述较小直径部分允许所述扳机的锁眼装置的所述较小直径部分下落,从而脱离所述流体针的致动。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷枪,其中,所述流体喷嘴被滚花。
