技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能元件,属于太阳能技术领域。
背景技术
目前已研发出的太阳能电池有矽晶太阳能电池和有机太阳能电池等,矽晶太阳能电池的光电转换效率较高,但是以矽制造的太阳能电池组却面临面积大、笨重且价格昂贵,因此,有机太阳能得到了很好的发展,但是目前的有机太阳能电池,造价成本高、制作过程难,不符合经济效益。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种太阳能元件,可提升有机太阳能电池的光电转换效率,且制作过程见,有利于有机太阳能电池的量产。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种太阳能元件,包括基板、设在基板上的电极一,设在电极一上的电洞传输层,以及设在有机主动层上的电极二;电洞传输层包括导电性高分子和金属纳米粒子。
本发明的有益效果是:可提升有机太阳能光电转换效率,制作简单,成本低,有利于有机太阳能电池的量产。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种太阳能元件,包括基板9、设在基板9上的电极一3,设在电极一3上的电洞传输层6,以及设在有机主动层5上的电极二12;电洞传输层6包括导电性高分子和金属纳米粒子。
电极一3是ITO电极,电极一3设在基板9上,电洞传输层6溶液涂布在电极一3上,形成电洞传输层6,其中,金奈米粒子均匀掺杂在电洞传输层6中。有机主动层5使用旋转式涂布法形成,电极二12包括钙层1和铝电极4。

Claims (2)

1.一种太阳能元件,其特征在于包括基板(9)、设在基板(9)上的电极一(3),设在电极一(3)上的电洞传输层(6),以及设在有机主动层(5)上的电极二(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能元件,其特征在于所述的电洞传输层(6)包括导电性高分子和金属纳米粒子。
