Abstract

本发明涉及矿磨机减速技术领域,一种矿磨机锥齿-摆线大传动比减速器,其特征在于:由锥齿轮副与摆线传组成,锥齿轮副包括主、从动锥齿轮,摆线传动件中:(A)针齿壳上均布针销半埋孔,不带套针销与半埋孔动配合;(B)W输出机构由输出轴、柱销、均载盘及圆环板组成,W输出机构两侧用轴承支承在机体内孔与端盖内凸缘外圆上,四只单偏心轴承中:一与二及三与四相位差180°,二与三相位相同。有益效果:(1)承载能力提高2-3倍;(2)轴向短45-55%、成本低40-50%;(3)摆线轮反装寿命延长一倍;(4)运转时惯性力和惯性力矩理论上完全平衡。

本发明涉及矿磨机减速技术领域,一种矿磨机锥齿-摆线大传动比减速器。
背景技术
中信重工机械公司、洛阳矿山机械设计研究院《矿磨机慢驱传动用锥行星大传动比减速器》200810231115.8以适应矿磨机慢驱动工作需要。该发明行星部份构恩与①成大先《机械设计手册》卷3.图14-5-31;②朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》图7-23;③《悬浮均载行星齿轮减速器》95243413.X;④张展《行星差动传动装置》图8-4;⑤饶振钢《行星齿轮传动设计》图10-9相似,因而显式不了发明构思的新颖性、创造性。此外,该发明称传动效率≥97%,但由朱孝录《齿轮传动设手册》1030页、《机械传动装置选用手册》393页;张展《行星差动传动装置》310页:单级(NAD)η=0.98,因而得出总效率应为:η=0.984=0.922。
发明内容
本发明目的提供一种轴向尺寸短45-55%矿磨机锥齿-摆线大传动比减速器。
技术方案
据《机械设计手册》(成大先)卷4.16-127页,现代最先进8275(即日本住友6275)型:外形φ986×1462、2460kg,承载能力:n1=1000rpm、i=87、N1=51.3kW、T2=39400(Nm)。
下述改进技术方案使本发明具有很高承载能力:
朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》6页、《齿轮手册》上,1-12页:摆线效率η=0.9~0.98=0.94,因而可取代三级行星行星减速器。
(A)针齿壳(1)上均布的针销半埋孔是将内孔车大至DZ-dz+4e+(0.2-0.4)得到的,式中:DZ-针销中心圆直径,dz-针销直径,e-偏心距,针销(15)不带套,针销(15)与半埋孔动配合,半埋孔开口处两侧尖角修钝。理论计算表明,针销与半埋孔接触应力仅为许用值6-8%,因而针齿壳能够长期使用,不带针套使润滑更好,减速比大至143而毋须抽齿;
(B)传统二片轮改为四片轮:输入轴上偏心的布置是一、二轮间及三、四轮间相位角均错开180°,而二、三轮间相位角相同,优点在于:输入轴上的回转质量处于静平衡、动平衡状态,使传动更平稳。
(C)采用W输出机构:用均布柱销将输出轴圆盘与均载盘联接一体,在轮与轮间装置圆环板以变悬臂柱销为简支结构,柱销弯曲应力提高一倍,W输出机构中输出轴轴颈上用轴承支承在机体内孔,均载盘内孔用轴承支承在端盖内凸缘外圆上,可大大减短减速器轴向尺寸。接触强度计算表明改进后摆线承载能力提高2-3倍,现一盾构机减速器为例:
【摆线减速器参数】N=150kW,n1=1000rpm,i=109,T2=146774Nm(η=0.94),Rz=250,e=1.50,K1=0.66,K2=1.586,Y1max=1.361,b=65mm,针套(齿)半径rz=ρ1=4.50,半埋孔曲率半径ρ2=4.509(孔φ--9.018),若η≈0.94,则四片即两组二片时扭矩为T2=73388Nm
于是:由针销作用在轮齿上的力Fmax=2000T/(K1RzZa)=8161(N),
(A)针齿与半埋孔接触应力:
σJmax=0.418{FE(ρ1 -12 -1)/b}0.5=0.418{8161×2.12×105(ρ1 -12 -1/65}0.5=45.4(MPa)
许用接触应力[σH]=633(MPa),E=2.12×105MPa(注)
(B)针齿与摆线轮接触应力:
σJmax=(900/Rz)(YmaxT/b)0.5=36(1.361×73388×9.81/6.5)0.5=13977(kg/cm2)=1371(MPa)
许用接触应力[σH]=1617(MPa)(HB600-600)(注)
(注)徐灏《机械设计手册》卷1.4-289页:钢-铸铁[σH]=633(MPa);钢-钢[σH]=1617(MPa)有益效果:比照发明专利200810231115.8,其创造性在于:
(1)承载能力为原摆线的2-3倍,轴向尺寸短45-55%;
(2)摆线轮可反转过来装配,使用寿命延长了一倍;
(3)制造成本为背景技术三级行星减速器的40-50%;
(4)运转时惯性力和惯性力矩理论上完全平衡。

参照图1.一种矿磨机锥齿-摆线大传动比减速器,其特征在于:由锥齿轮副与摆线传动件组成,所述锥齿轮副包括装在锥齿箱(16)内主动轮(13)与装在输入轴(14)轴伸锥齿轮(15),所述锥齿箱(16)联接在端盖(11)输入端端面上,所述摆线传动件包括机体(5)、针齿壳(1)、四只相同单偏心轴承(9)、四片相同摆线轮(4)、针销(17)、柱销(6)及柱套(3)、输入轴(14)、W输出机构及支承轴承(7、12),所述四只单偏心轴承(9)装在输入轴(14)轴伸端,所述输入轴(14)由轴承支承在端盖(11)内孔,所述端盖(11)联接在,其中:
(A)所述针齿壳(1)装在机体(5)内孔,针齿壳(1)上均布的针销半埋孔是将内孔车大至DZ-dz+4e+(0.2-0.4)得到的,半埋孔开口处两侧尖角修钝,既提高尖角强度又利于摩擦面进油,式中:DZ-针销中心圆直径,dz-针销直径,e-偏心距;
(B)所述针销(17)不带套,针销(17)与半埋孔动配合,使针销与摆线轮齿如同针套与摆线轮齿一样的滚动啮合,又便于将针齿从半埋孔沿轴向抽出,计算表明,针销与半埋孔接触应力仅为接触应力许用值的6-8%,因而针齿壳可长期使用,单级减速比由87增大到143而毋须抽齿;
(C)所述W输出机构由输出轴(8)、与输出轴圆盘上均布孔紧配合的柱销(6)穿过摆线轮销孔而与均载盘(10)上均布孔紧配,所述的柱销(6)上装有三只圆环板(2),每只圆环板各自置于二摆线轮之间,从而使柱销(6)整个长度上形成四段简支结构,所述W输出机构中:输出轴(8)轴颈上用轴承(7)支承在机体(5)内孔;均载盘(10)内孔用轴承(12)支承在端盖(11)内凸缘外圆上,所述柱销(6)上的柱套(3)与摆线轮等厚,用均布柱销将输出轴圆盘与均载盘联接一体,其支承轴承置于摆轮的两侧,可大大减短轴向尺寸,在轮与轮间装置圆环板以变悬臂柱销为简支结构,使柱销弯曲应力提高一倍;
(D)所述的四只相同的单偏心轴承(9)中:第一只与第二只相位差180°,第二只与第三只相位角相同,第三只与第四只相位差180°,优点在于:输入轴上的回转质量处于静平衡、动平衡状态,使传动更平稳。

Claims (1)

1.一种矿磨机锥齿-摆线大传动比减速器,其特征在于:由锥齿轮副与摆线传动件组成,所述锥齿轮副包括装在锥齿箱(16)内主动轮(13)与装在输入轴(14)轴伸锥齿轮(15),所述锥齿箱(16)联接在端盖(11)输入端端面上,所述摆线传动件包括机体(5)、针齿壳(1)、四只相同单偏心轴承(9)、四片相同摆线轮(4)、针销(17)、柱销(6)及柱套(3)、输入轴(14)、W输出机构及支承轴承(7、12),所述四只单偏心轴承(9)装在输入轴(14)轴伸端,所述输入轴(14)由轴承支承在端盖(11)内孔,所述端盖(11)联接在机体(5)输入端面上,其中:
(A)所述针齿壳(1)装在机体(5)内孔,针齿壳(1)上均布的针销半埋孔是将内孔车大至DZ-dz+4e+(0.2-0.4)得到的,半埋孔开口处两侧尖角修钝,式中:DZ-针销中心圆直径,dz-针销直径,e-偏心距;
(B)所述针销(17)不带套,针销(17)与半埋孔动配合;
(C)所述W输出机构由输出轴(8)、与输出轴圆盘上均布孔紧配合的柱销(6)穿过摆线轮销孔而与均载盘(10)上均布孔紧配,所述的柱销(6)上装有三只圆环板(2),每只圆环板各自置于二摆线轮之间,从而使柱销(6)整个长度上形成四段简支结构,所述W输出机构中:输出轴(8)轴颈上用轴承(7)支承在机体(5)内孔;均载盘(10)内孔用轴承(12)支承在端盖(11)内凸缘外圆上,所述柱销(6)上的柱套(3)与摆线轮等厚;
(D)所述的四只相同的单偏心轴承(9)中:第一只与第二只相位差180°,第二只与第三只相位角相同,第三只与第四只相位差180°。
