Abstract
本发明涉及一种天然抗氧化可降解包装材料,采用了可降解聚合物醋酸纤维素为基体、天然抗氧化剂与增效剂形成的抗氧化体系为添加剂的材料组合形式,天然抗氧化剂选用原花青素、亚麻油酸、茶多酚等;增效剂选用山梨酸钾、维生素C、柠檬酸、苹果酸等;材料组成配比是:醋酸纤维素的质量分数为70%~95%;天然抗氧化剂的质量分数为2%~30%;增效剂的质量分数为0.5%~18%。本发明的优点是:在包装储存过程中抑制食品的腐败变质、延长其货架寿命;而且制成的抗氧化包装薄膜具有可降解性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于包装技术领域,具体涉及一种天然抗氧化可降解包装材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
长期以来,抗氧化包装材料常采用在包装材料中添加或涂覆抗氧化剂,以达到抗氧化包装的目的,如将合成抗氧化剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)添加入高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中制得具有抗氧化性的包装材料,延长了包装产品货架寿命。但目前合成抗氧化剂安全性问题存在较大的争议。因此采用完全性高的抗氧化剂制成抗氧化包装材料具有较大的实际意义。
多种植物中提取的天然抗氧化剂不仅具有较理性的安全性,而且在在消除自由基和保护人体健康方面有独特的作用。常见的天然抗氧化剂有原花青素、亚麻油酸、茶多酚等,将它们应用于可降解聚合物材料制成天然抗氧化包装材料尚未见报道。
发明内容
鉴于上述,本发明提出的是一种新型的天然抗氧化可降解包装材料,可主要用于食品包装领域,在包装储存过程中抑制食品的腐败变质、延长其货架寿命;而且制成的抗氧化包装薄膜具有可降解性。
本发明提供的技术方案是:一种天然抗氧化可降解包装材料,采用了可降解聚合物醋酸纤维素为基体、天然抗氧化剂与增效剂形成的抗氧化体系为添加剂的材料组合形式,天然抗氧化剂选用原花青素、亚麻油酸、茶多酚等;增效剂选用山梨酸钾、维生素C、柠檬酸、苹果酸等,与前述天然抗氧化剂配合使用起到协同增效抗氧化的效果。
材料组成配比是:醋酸纤维素的质量分数为70%~95%;天然抗氧化剂的质量分数为2%~30%;增效剂的质量分数为0.5%~18%。
天然抗氧化可降解包装材料的制备方法如下:
(1)制模液的制备
用100%冰乙酸为溶剂,分别制备醋酸纤维素、天然抗氧化剂溶液。然后将按质量比醋酸纤维素10~30、天然抗氧化剂1~5、增效剂0.5~5、冰乙酸100配制成混合溶液。在常温下强力搅拌0.5~3小时,最后将溶液常温静置脱泡0.5~2小时。
(2)制膜
将冷却后的制膜液流延到基板上,通风挥发溶剂0.5~3小时,然后用蒸馏水漂洗10~60分钟以去除残留的溶剂,最后收取。制得醋酸纤维素70%~95%、天然抗氧化剂2%~30%、增效剂0.5%~18%的天然抗氧化可降解包装材料。
本发明的优点是:在包装储存过程中抑制食品的腐败变质、延长其货架寿命;而且制成的抗氧化包装薄膜具有可降解性。
实施例
实施例1:
(1)制模液的制备:
用100%冰乙酸为溶剂,分别制备醋酸纤维素、原花青素溶液。将醋酸纤维素、原花青素、柠檬酸、冰乙酸按质量比18:2:4:100配制成混合溶液。在常温下强力搅拌2小时,将溶液常温静置脱泡1小时。
(2)制膜
将冷却后的制膜液流延到基板上,通风挥发溶剂1小时,然后用蒸馏水漂洗30分钟以去除残留的溶剂,最后收取得到成品。
天然抗氧化可降解包装材料成品中醋酸纤维素含量为75.0%、原花青素含量为8.3%、柠檬酸含量为16.7%的天然抗氧化可降解包装材料。
实施例2:
(1)制模液的制备:
用100%冰乙酸为溶剂,分别制备醋酸纤维素、原花青素溶液。将醋酸纤维素、原花青素、山梨酸钾、冰乙酸按质量比18:2:0.2:100配制成混合溶液,在常温下强力搅拌1小时,将溶液常温静置脱泡1.5小时。
(2)制膜
将冷却后的制膜液流延到基板上,通风挥发溶剂2小时,然后用蒸馏水漂洗20分钟以去除残留的溶剂,最后收取得到成品。
天然抗氧化可降解包装材料成品中醋酸纤维素含量为89.1%、原花青素含量为9.9%、山梨酸钾含量为1.0%的天然抗氧化可降解包装材料。
实施例3:
(1)制模液的制备:
用100%冰乙酸为溶剂,分别制备醋酸纤维素、茶多酚溶液。将醋酸纤维素、茶多酚、维生素C、冰乙酸按质量比20:3:1:100配制成混合溶液,在常温下强力搅拌2小时,将溶液常温静置脱泡2小时。
(2)制膜
将冷却后的制膜液流延到基板上,通风挥发溶剂1小时,然后用蒸馏水漂洗50分钟以去除残留的溶剂,最后收取得到成品。
天然抗氧化可降解包装材料成品中醋酸纤维素含量为83.3%、茶多酚含量为12.5%、维生素C含量为4.2%的天然抗氧化可降解包装材料。
Claims (2)
1.一种天然抗氧化可降解包装材料,采用了可降解聚合物醋酸纤维素为基体、天然抗氧化剂与增效剂形成的抗氧化体系为添加剂的材料组合形式,其特征在于:天然抗氧化剂选用原花青素、亚麻油酸、茶多酚等;增效剂选用山梨酸钾、维生素C、柠檬酸、苹果酸等;
材料组成配比是:醋酸纤维素的质量分数为70%~95%;天然抗氧化剂的质量分数为2%~30%;增效剂的质量分数为0.5%~18%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然抗氧化可降解包装材料,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)制模液的制备
用100%冰乙酸为溶剂,分别制备醋酸纤维素、天然抗氧化剂溶液;然后将按质量比醋酸纤维素10~30、天然抗氧化剂1~5、增效剂0.5~5、冰乙酸100配制成混合溶液;
在常温下强力搅拌0.5~3小时,最后将溶液常温静置脱泡0.5~2小时;
(2)制膜
将冷却后的制膜液流延到基板上,通风挥发溶剂0.5~3小时,然后用蒸馏水漂洗10~60分钟以去除残留的溶剂,最后收取;制得醋酸纤维素70%~95%、天然抗氧化剂2%~30%、增效剂0.5%~18%的天然抗氧化可降解包装材料。
