Abstract

本发明涉及一种石膏砌块及其生产方法。其加工时原料组分的重量份为:石膏粉172-176份、粉煤灰60-65份、水180-185份、早强剂2-5份、粘合剂1-1.5份。加工生产时将原材料合理配比搅拌后,经模具受压成形即可。本发明的石膏砌块具有很强的隔音、隔热、保温、保湿效果,同时具有很高的抗震性能。

本发明涉及一种石膏砌块及其加工方法。
背景技术
目前,住宅、宾馆、写字楼等建筑的非载重内隔墙体,大多使用实心砖块砌制而成的墙体,由于实心砖密度大,其墙体也比较重,增加了建筑物的负载重量,必须使用更多的钢材来增加其牢固性,导致建筑成本的增加。同时其隔音,隔热效果也不好。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种石膏砌块及其加工方法。本石膏砌块主材料为石膏粉,结构为空心砖块。本石膏砌块具有很强的隔音、隔热、保温效果。
为实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种石膏砌块,其特征在于:加工时其原料组分的重量份为:
石膏粉        172-176
粉煤灰        60-65
水            180-185
早强剂        2-5
粘合剂        1-1.5。
所述的石膏砌块,其特征在于:加工时期原料组分的重量份为:
石膏粉        174
粉煤灰        62
水            183
早强剂        3
粘合剂        1.5。
所述石膏砌块的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例称量成型材料的原料;
(2)将称量好的原料充分搅拌混合均匀;
(3)1-2分钟后将混合好的成型材料的原料填充到石膏砌块的模具内,5-7分钟后成型;
(4)将成型后的石膏砌块取出放置于空旷的地方晾干。
本发明的优点:
本石膏砌块主材料为石膏粉,结构为空心砖块,密度轻,用于隔墙的墙体重量轻,墙体薄,具有很强的隔音、隔热、保温、保湿效果,同时具有很高的抗震性能。

(3)1-2分钟后将混合好的成型材料的原料填充到石膏砌块的模具内,5-7分钟后成型;
(4)将成型后的石膏砌块取出放置于空旷的地方晾干。
