Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合式轻质内外墙板,其配方组成及重量份数为:硫铝酸盐水泥40-45份、粉煤灰30-35份、稻壳5-10份、石膏粉5-8份、改性剂磷酸1份、发泡剂过氧化氢2份。发明配方材料来源广泛,加工方法简单,配方简单,加工的墙板重量轻、不易开裂,隔热、隔音效果好,消除冷桥现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑用墙板,尤其是涉及一种内外墙板。
背景技术
目前,国内外房屋建筑均是水泥框架结构建筑物,其隔音墙板均采用轻质、隔音的墙板,通常采用室内隔板,水泥构件板做外墙隔板,同时在外墙隔板板面上再铺设一层苯板,并抹一层水泥,上述作法费工费时,综合成本较高,易开裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种重量轻、配方简单,隔音效果好、消除冷桥现象的复合式轻质内外墙板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:其配方组成及重量份数为
硫铝酸盐水泥40-45份、粉煤灰30-35份、稻壳5-10份、石膏粉5-8份、改性剂磷酸1份、发泡剂过氧化氢2份。
(1)其制备方法是按上述配比称取硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、稻壳、石膏粉、改性剂磷酸与发泡剂过氧化氢;
(2)首先将粉煤灰、稻壳筛取,置于粉碎机内粉碎;
(3)在搅拌罐中按配比加入清水,并加入改性剂磷酸进行搅拌1-2分钟,再加入硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰进行搅拌1-2分钟,后加入石膏粉、稻壳后再进行搅拌1-3分钟,然后按配比加入发泡剂过氧化氢搅拌3-4分钟,搅拌均匀,形成粘稠的料浆;
(4)将上述搅拌均匀的料浆浇注在T型模具中,用刮板刮平保证厚度均匀,厚度为150mm-180mm,将网格布平铺在浆料上面后,将聚苯乙烯泡沫板均匀摆放,然后继续浇注料浆,再铺一层网格布,用刮板刮平后用模具盖板盖好即可;
(5)将墙板在模具中静停8小时以后,可拆除模具,切割成板。
本发明的优点是:
配方材料来源广泛,加工方法简单,配方简单,加工的墙板重量轻、不易开裂,隔热、隔音效果好,消除冷桥现象。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述。
实施例1、
其配方组成及重量百分数为
硫铝酸盐水泥 40份 粉煤灰 30份
稻壳 5份 石膏粉 5份
改性剂磷酸 2份。
(1)其制备方法是按配方上述组成及重量份数称取硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、稻壳、石膏粉、改性剂磷酸五种材料;
(2)首先将粉煤灰、稻壳筛取,置于粉碎机内粉碎;
(3)在搅拌罐中按配量加入清水,并加入改性剂磷酸进行搅拌1-2分钟,再加入硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰进行搅拌3分钟后,加入石膏粉、稻壳后再进行搅拌3分钟,然后按配量加入发泡剂过氧化氢搅拌3-4分钟;
(4)将上述搅拌均匀的料浆浇注在T型模具中,用刮板刮平保证厚度均匀,厚度为150mm,将网格布平铺在浆料上面后,将聚苯乙烯泡沫板均匀摆放,然后继续浇注料浆,再铺一层网格布,用刮板刮平后用模具盖板盖好即可;
(5)将墙板在模具中静停8小时以后,可拆除模具,切割成板。
实施例2、
其配方组成及重量百分数为
硫铝酸盐水泥 42份 粉煤灰 32份
稻壳 7份 石膏粉 6份
过氧化氢 2份。
(1)其制备方法是按配方称取特种水泥、粉煤灰、稻壳、石膏粉、改性剂磷酸五种材料;
(2)首先将粉煤灰、稻壳筛取,置于粉碎机内粉碎;
(3)在搅拌罐中按配量加入清水,并加入磷酸进行搅拌1-2分钟,再加入硫铝酸盐水泥粉煤灰进行搅拌3分钟,后加入石膏粉、稻壳后再进行搅拌3分钟,然后加入发泡剂过氧化氢搅拌3-4分钟;
(4)将上述搅拌均匀的料浆浇注在T型模具中,用刮板刮平保证厚度均匀,厚度为180mm,将网格布平铺在浆料上面后,将聚苯乙烯泡沫板均匀摆放,然后继续浇注料浆,再铺一层网格布,用刮板刮平后用模具盖板盖好即可;
(5)将墙板在模具中静停8小时以后,可拆除模具,切割成板。
实施例3、
其配方组成及重量百分数为
特种水泥 45份 粉煤灰 35份
稻壳 10份 石膏粉 8份
改性剂磷酸 2份。
(1)其制备方法是按配方称取特种水泥、粉煤灰、稻壳、石膏粉、改性剂磷酸五种材料;
(2)首先将粉煤灰、稻壳筛取,置于粉碎机内粉碎;
(3)在搅拌罐中按配量加入清水,并加入磷酸进行搅拌1-2分钟,再加入特种水泥粉煤灰进行搅拌3分钟,后加入石膏粉、稻壳后再进行搅拌1-3分钟,然后按配量加入发泡剂过氧化氢搅拌3-4分钟;
(4)将上述搅拌均匀的料浆浇注在T型模具中,用刮板刮平保证厚度均匀,厚度为150mm,将网格布平铺在浆料上面后,将聚苯乙烯泡沫板均匀摆放,然后继续浇注料浆,再铺一层网格布,用刮板刮平后用模具盖板盖好即可;
(5)将墙板在模具中静停8小时以后,可拆除模具,切割成板。
Claims (2)
1.一种复合式轻质内外墙板,其特征在于:其配方组成及重量份数为
硫铝酸盐水泥40-45份、粉煤灰30-35份、稻壳5-10份、石膏粉5-8份、改性剂磷酸1份、发泡剂过氧化氢2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合式轻质内外墙板,其特征在于:
(1)其制备方法是按上述配比称取硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、稻壳、石膏粉、改性剂磷酸与发泡剂过氧化氢;
(2)首先将粉煤灰、稻壳筛取,置于粉碎机内粉碎;
(3)在搅拌罐中按配比加入清水,并加入改性剂磷酸进行搅拌1-2分钟,再加入硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰进行搅拌1-2分钟,后加入石膏粉、稻壳后再进行搅拌1-3分钟,然后按配比加入发泡剂过氧化氢搅拌3-4分钟,搅拌均匀,形成粘稠的料浆;
(4)将上述搅拌均匀的料浆浇注在T型模具中,用刮板刮平保证厚度均匀,厚度为150mm-180mm,将网格布平铺在浆料上面后,将聚苯乙烯泡沫板均匀摆放,然后继续浇注料浆,再铺一层网格布,用刮板刮平后用模具盖板盖好即可;
