Description
技术领域

背景技术
目前,在现有技术中,燃气管与调节器之间的连接通常是通过使用具有螺丝的元件实现的,这就需要附件,例如垫圈和化学密封剂以避免燃气在这些连接处泄漏。该系统试图在部件成本和投入的人力方面优化最终产品。在其它已知的替代方案中,板带用于将所述管紧固在调节器中。在这种情况下,用带子将所述管固定在调节器中的联结是危险的,这会允许管侧向移动,因此很可能使燃气在该连接处泄漏。

本发明的目的是通过紧固系统简化并同时改进所述管与调节器之间的连接,以避免现有技术中存在的缺点,所述紧固系统能够确保管对准并尽可能地降低发生泄漏事故的可能性。
文件MU 7502586描述了一种燃气管联结及其相应的终端,与本发明不同的是,其未涉及双联结夹钳并且不能确保燃气管对准。
文件WO 01/38771A1描述了一种两个插入式线路系统之间的转换元件,与本发明不同的是,其从未涉及双联结夹钳。

本发明描述了一种用于燃气炉灶的紧固燃气管(1)的连接系统,该系统提供了牢固的连接以及改进的元件的对准。利用双联结夹钳(4),该系统保证了燃气管(1)与炉灶调节器(2)或与炉灶工作台文氏管(3)之间的结合,并且所述双联结夹钳(4)的中心部分(4a)包围插入调节器(2)或插入文氏管(3)的管端部(1),所述双联结夹钳(4)的两端接合于调节器(2)或文氏管(3)主体中预留的两个侧突出部(5)。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于炉灶中燃气管的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述紧固系统包括具有双卡夹部的夹钳(4),所述夹钳(4)的中心部分(4a)包围输入燃气管的边缘(1),并且所述夹钳(4)的边缘连接至元件主体的两个侧突出部(5),所述燃气管(1)连接至所述元件主体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于炉灶中燃气管的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述元件为炉灶的燃气计量器(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于炉灶中燃气管的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述元件为炉灶的顶部文氏管(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于炉灶中燃气管的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述元件为燃烧器,优选地为密封的燃烧器,更优选地为炉灶的密封的燃烧器基座。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于炉灶中燃气管的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述固定夹钳在其中心部分具有U形弯曲部(4a),所述U形弯曲部在所述管的圆形扩张部(1)后面包围所述管(1)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于炉灶中燃气管的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述固定夹钳的边缘伸出并沿元件的圆柱形主体的两侧弯曲,所述燃气管(1)连接至所述元件的圆柱形主体,所述固定夹钳的边缘部分地包围所述元件的圆柱形主体的侧突出部(5),所述燃气管(1)连接至所述元件的圆柱形主体。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于炉灶中燃气管的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述固定夹钳具有U形弯曲部(4a),所述U形弯曲部(4a)的直径小于所述燃气管的圆形扩张部(1)的直径。
