Abstract
本发明公开了一种移动通讯终端及其通讯控制方法,所述移动通讯终端包括移动通信终端主电路和与其相连的主处理单元,还包括启停自动免提通讯模式的启动单元,以及与启动单元连接并根据启动单元的启停指令控制所述主处理单元进入或退出自动免提通讯状态的执行单元。所述通讯控制方法为所述终端的控制方法。本发明的有益效果是:满足在某些特殊情况下(尤其是车辆驾驶中),无需进行手动操作,即可方便地实现自动免提通讯。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及移动通讯领域,特别是涉及一种移动通讯终端及其通讯控制方法。
背景技术
迄今为止,移动通讯技术已经取得了迅猛发展,各种各样的移动通讯终端产品极大地丰富和方便了人们的日常生活,并逐渐成为人们工作和生活中不可缺少的通信联络和情感交流工具。今天的移动通讯终端产品品类众多,功能丰富,除了通话(语音或视频)、短信等通讯功能外,还不断涌现各种各样方便适用的功能,如GPS导航、数码照相、多媒体音乐、视频、移动数字电视、游戏娱乐、上网冲浪、炒股、电子银行、手机报纸、天气预报、动感彩字、QQ交友等等。GSM、CDMA手机已经越来越普及,3G通讯终端产品也已经逐步进入了人们的生活。移动终端产品日益智能化,功能越来越丰富,逐渐成为了人们工作和生活的必备工具。然而,在某些特殊情况下,我们却不能安全地、方便地使用这些产品,影响正常交流和通讯,甚至造成安全事故,尤其是在车辆驾驶过程中,机动车驾驶员不允许操作手机进行通讯,这给工作和生活造成了不便和困扰,很多情况下驾驶员在驾驶过程中,不经意的或者是铤而走险,操作手机进行通讯,不仅违反了交通法规,而且存在严重的交通安全隐患。
现有的移动通讯终端领域对于如何解决上述问题和困扰也提出了一些方法:比如通过有线耳机接手机进行语音通讯的方式,实现了通话时不必手握手机,但实际使用效果并不理想,而且必须一直戴着耳机,也造成动作不便;之后,又出现了采用蓝牙无线耳机实现与移动终端通过无线连接进行语音通讯的方案,这在一定程度上比有线耳机方式有所改善,但仍需要长时间戴着蓝牙耳机,造成不便;此外,也有通过采用汽车音响系统实现免提通话的方式,由于实现较为复杂、并且成本较高,目前也未得到广泛的采用,因而,上述的困扰和问题仍然没有能得到很好的解决。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种移动通讯终端及其通讯控制方法。
一种移动通讯终端,包括移动通信终端主电路和与其相连的主处理单元,其特征在于还包括:启停自动免提通讯模式的启动单元,以及与启动单元连接并根据启动单元的启停指令控制所述主处理单元进入或退出自动免提通讯状态的执行单元。
所述自动免提通讯状态包括自动免提处理来电和自动免提处理来信息,所述自动免提处理来电为自动免提接通来电或自动挂断语音通讯并回复预设内容的SMS信息或MMS信息或邮件,所述自动处理来消息为自动免提回拨主叫方或自动回复预设内容的短信。
所述移动通讯终端还包括接收并存储所述自动免提通讯状态的特征数据的设置存储单元、以及主叫处理单元;所述设置存储单元与所述主处理单元连接,所述主叫处理单元分别与所述设置存储单元和所述主处理单元连接;所述特征数据包括骚扰鉴别数据,所述主叫处理单元用于根据所述骚扰鉴别数据鉴别主叫是否为骚扰主叫、并根据鉴别结果控制主处理单元对主叫进行处理。
所述启动单元包括自动检测移动通信终端是否符合预设启动条件的自动检测启动单元和响应用户手动触发信号的手动启动单元。
优选地,所述自动检测启动单元包括设有磁体的移动通讯终端座,以及设置在通讯终端内部、通过检测所述磁体的磁场信号存在与否进行启停免提通讯模式的霍尔传感器组件。
优选地,所述自动检测启动单元设置在移动通讯终端中的检测装置、以及设置在移动通讯终端车载充电装置中与所述检测装置相对应的检测触发装置。
一种移动通讯终端的通讯控制方法,包括通讯模式设定步骤和根据当前通讯模式进行通讯处理的步骤,其特征在于:所述通讯模式设定步骤包括:步骤1)根据用户指令或自动检测启动条件的检测结果启动或关闭自动免提通讯模式;所述根据当前通讯模式进行通讯处理的步骤包括:步骤2)在当前通讯模式为自动免提通讯模式时,自动免提处理主叫通讯。
所述步骤1)之前还包括自动免提通讯模式设置步骤:设置并保存进入自动免提通讯模式的方式、骚扰鉴别数据、非骚扰主叫的提示方式和通讯方式。
所述非骚扰主叫的通讯方式包括:自动免提处理来电和自动免提处理来信息,所述自动免提处理来电为自动免提接通来电或自动挂断语音通讯并回复预设内容的SMS信息或MMS信息或邮件,所述自动处理来消息为自动免提回拨主叫方或自动回复预设内容的短信。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:1)满足在某些特殊情况下(尤其是车辆驾驶中),无需进行手动操作,即可方便地实现自动免提通讯(比如自动免提接通语音“来电”、自动免提回拨“来信息”主叫方、或自动挂断“来电”并回复预设的回应信息等)。2)优选方案,可满足在不同的安全性要求情况下,个性化地设定免提通讯回应方式(比如车辆驾驶中,主叫回应方式可设定为只进行信息回复,SMS或MMS(“正在驾驶中,稍后同您联系,谢谢。”),而不必进行免提语音通话,完全避免通话内容可能导致的注意力干扰,以保障高度交通安全性)。3)通话主叫骚扰鉴别,能够避免特殊情况不必要的骚扰主叫干扰,同时通过主叫信息自动语音播报姓名、号码或内容概要,便于决定是否需要下一步的紧急详细通讯处理(比如车辆驾驶中,有重要主叫时,可以将车辆驶入安全停车区域或停车场并安全停车后再进行详细通话)。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图并结合优选具体实施方式对本发明进行详细的阐述。
如图1所示,本实施方式的移动通讯终端包括移动通讯终端主电路、主处理单元,启动单元、执行单元、设置存储单元以及主叫处理单元;移动通讯终端主电路与主处理单元连接,移动通讯终端主电路和主处理单元是移动通讯终端的主要功能模块,负责实现移动通讯终端的基本功能;启动单元与主处理单元及执行单元连接分别连接,用于启动或关闭自动免提模式;执行单元也与主处理单元连接,用于控制主处理单元进入自动免提通讯状态,自动免提处理主叫通讯;设置存储单元与主处理单元和主叫处理单元分别连接,用于设置并存储自动免提通讯状态的特征数据;主叫处理单元也与主处理单元连接,用于根据前述特征数据控制主处理单元自动免提通讯状态的特征。上述各个单元相互配合以实现移动通讯终端在用户不方便接听来电/信息时,对来电/信息进行自动处理,例如自动免提接听、自动免提回拨等等自动免提通讯功能。下面对各个单元进行详细描述:
(1)启动单元
启动单元用于启动或关闭自动免提模式,并发送启停指令给执行单元。启动单元包括手动启动单元和自动检测启动单元。所述的自动检测启动单元,可以是通过移动终端上装置传感器(比如微波传感器)自动检测终端位置是否进入需自动启动的状态(比如是否进入车辆驾驶室),从而自动触发启动自动免提通讯模式;相应的,当终端离开该位置或状态,即自动退出自动免提通讯模式。
实践中,自动检测启动单元也可采用以下两种优选实施方案,但并不仅限于这样的方案:优选方案一、自动检测启动单元也可采用如下更加低成本、更容易实施的自动检测启动方式:即在移动终端上装置霍尔元件(磁场传感器)来自动检测特定的磁场状态来触发自动启动免提通讯模式。具体实现方案为:设计制作与移动终端配套的基座(或称移动通讯终端座),基座上在对应终端设备霍尔元件对应位置安装配置磁场(比如一小块永磁体),以实现当移动终端设备安放在基座后可以自动检测到磁场状态变化并自动启动自动免提通讯模式;相应的,当终端设备撤离基座后,霍尔元件自动检测磁场变化状态并自动退出自动免提通讯模式。所述的移动通讯终端基座可根据实际需要安装在适合的位置(比如机动车驾驶室,或者残疾人士特殊车辆工具等),以满足自动免提模式启动后的自动免提通讯需要。优选方案二、自动检测启动装置的基座与车载充电结合,在移动通讯终端中设置检测装置,同时相爱车载充电装置中设置检测触发装置,当移动通讯终端安放在车载充电装置中时,检测触发装置触发所述检测装置进而启动自动免提模式。例如:基座利用汽车电源作为充电电源,该车载充电基座预留设计一根中断信号线(当终端设备正常安放或移除时,用以检测终端设备是否已正常安放或撤离该基座),这样可以在补充终端电量的同时自动检测启动进入自动免提通话模式;相应地,终端撤离基座后即退出自动免提通话模式,本方式将可以节约霍尔元件,进一步降低实施成本。该车载充电基座与终端设备配套设计制作并安装于适合的位置(比如车辆驾驶室中不妨碍安全并便于免提通话的位置)。
手动启动单元,用于响应用户手动触发信号而启动(设置特定的启动或关闭开关;或通过特定的按键方式启动或关闭,比如在待机状态下长按X键;或者通过菜单方式进行启动或关闭等)。
(2)执行单元
执行单元用于根据启动单元的启停指令控制主处理单元进入或退出自动免提通讯状态。自动免提通讯状态包括自动免提处理来电和自动免提处理来信息。
(3)设置存储单元
设置存储单元用于设置并存储自动免提通讯状态的下述特征数据之一个或多个:自动启动模式开启或关闭、主叫提示方式、提示延迟时间、主叫处理回复方式、主叫骚扰鉴别数据、免提语音通讯时喇叭的音量及话筒的灵敏度等。
由于主叫主要包括两种类型:即主叫语音、数据、或视频来电等(为简化描述,这类主叫在接下来的描述中统称为“来电”)、以及主叫SMS信息或MMS信息或Email邮件等(为简化描述,这类主叫在接下来的描述中统称为“来信息”)等。对应于“来电”及“来信息”这两类主叫,用户可预先进行如下的主叫处理回复方式设定:主叫为“来电”,用户可选设定的处理方式为:a)自动免提接通来电;b)自动挂断来电并以SMS或MMS等方式回复主叫方(比如,“正在开车,稍后再同您联系,谢谢!”,该回复模板内容可由用户预先进行更改或设定),由此便于在不必操作手机的情况下简短回应主叫,并根据实际情况(比如来电方的重要程度、或简短语音沟通后事情的重要程度)安排在妥善状态下进行更详细的通讯处理(比如驾驶过程中,驾驶员可以找到妥善安全的停车区域安全停车后进行紧急通讯处理)。主叫为“来信息”, 用户可选设定的处理方式为:a)自动免提回拨主叫方,便于进行语音沟通(通常情况下,驾驶状态下仅作简短沟通);b)自动回复SMS/MMS给主叫方(比如,“正在开车,稍后再同您联系,谢谢!”,该回复模板内容可由用户预先进行更改或设定)。
自动免提接通(或回拨,当主叫为SMS/MMS时,可以进行回拨)语音通话,包括控制主处理单元自动打开外放Speaker(喇叭)播放主叫声音(可预设音量大小,以调节适合免提通话的音量要求)、自动打开Micphone(话筒)以接收己方声音信号(可预设话筒灵敏度,以调节到适合免提通话的要求),以及发出语音通话接通或回拨请求从而实现自动免提通讯。
提示延迟时间是指当有主叫(“来电”或“来信息”)呼入时,在执行来电处理(比如自动免提接通、或自动回复信息)之前需要的延迟时间(延迟时间为0秒、3秒、5秒或10秒等)。在提示延迟时间内对用户今天提示。
主叫提示方式可以为铃声、振动、语音播报(比如播报主叫方姓名、SMS/MMS信息概要或其它信息)或静音等。
主叫骚扰鉴别数据是指解析鉴别骚扰策略需要设置的内容,包括但不限于如下策略:全部视为骚扰,将所有主叫视为骚扰;建立重要主叫数据解析策略,设置并启用关键主叫鉴别数据,符合该条件的主叫视为允许响应主叫,这类主叫到来时将按预设方式提示用户,不符合该条件的则视为骚扰主叫,则作为骚扰处理,可以忽略,不提示处理;建立骚扰主叫特征解析策略,设置并启用骚扰主叫鉴别数据,可以建立骚扰黑名单、骚扰广告号码特征、骚扰关键字分析等等,符合该骚扰鉴别条件则视为骚扰,可以忽略,不提示处理,否则则视为合法主叫,这类主叫到来时将及时提示用户并按预设方式回应处理。
(4)主叫处理单元
主叫处理单元与设置存储单元、主处理单元分别连接,其功能是在自动免提模式开启时,鉴别主叫是否为骚扰主叫,并控制主处理单元根据设置存储单元中预设的方式处理主叫通讯。
具体来说,主叫处理单元包括骚扰鉴别单元,用于解析鉴别主叫是否为骚扰主叫,并将鉴别结果发送给主叫提示单元和主叫免提回应单元;主叫提示单元,用于根据设置存储单元预设的方式对非骚扰主叫进行提示;主叫免提回应单元,用于根据骚扰鉴别单元的鉴别结果,忽略骚扰主叫或根据设置存储单元预设的主叫处理回复方式对非骚扰主叫进行处理。
本实施方式的移动通讯终端的通讯控制方法如下:
步骤a. 设置保存模式功能配置,即设置并存储自动免提通讯模式特征,自动启动方式开启或关闭、免提语音时Speaker音量、Micphone的灵敏度、主叫提示及回复方式、主叫骚扰鉴别数据等前文所说的特征数据;
步骤b. 启动自动免提通讯模式,启动方式包括手动启动或自动启动;
步骤c.主叫信息的处理:鉴别主叫是否为骚扰主叫,并进行提示(灯光、声音、震动、语音播报、静音或其它方式)或不提示;
步骤d. 主叫提示延迟时间到后进行自动免提回应处理:主叫为“来电”,按预先设定的处理方式(可选设定),主要包括:a)自动免提接通来电;b)自动挂断来电并回复主叫方(比如,“正在开车,稍后再同您联系,谢谢!”,该回复模板内容可由用户预先进行更改或设定),由此便于在不必操作手机的情况下简短回应主叫,并根据实际情况(比如来电方的重要程度、或简短语音沟通后事情的重要程度)安排在妥善状态下进行更详细的通讯处理(比如驾驶过程中,驾驶员可以找到妥善安全的停车区域安全停车后进行紧急通讯处理)。主叫为“来信息”, 用户可选设定的处理方式为:a)自动免提回拨主叫方,便于进行语音沟通(通常情况下,驾驶状态下仅作简短沟通);b)自动回复SMS/MMS给主叫方(比如,“正在开车,稍后再同您联系,谢谢!”,该回复模板内容可由用户预先进行更改或设定)。

Claims (10)
1.一种移动通讯终端,包括移动通信终端主电路和与其相连的主处理单元,其特征在于还包括:启停自动免提通讯模式的启动单元,以及与启动单元连接并根据启动单元的启停指令控制所述主处理单元进入或退出自动免提通讯状态的执行单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动通讯终端,其特征在于:所述自动免提通讯状态包括自动免提处理来电和自动免提处理来信息,所述自动免提处理来电为自动免提接通来电或自动挂断语音通讯并回复预设内容的SMS信息或MMS信息或邮件,所述自动处理来消息为自动免提回拨主叫方或自动回复预设内容的短信。
3.根据权利要求1所述的移动通讯终端,其特征在于:还包括接收并存储所述自动免提通讯状态的特征数据的设置存储单元、以及主叫处理单元;所述设置存储单元与所述主处理单元连接,所述主叫处理单元分别与所述设置存储单元和所述主处理单元连接;
所述特征数据包括骚扰鉴别数据,所述主叫处理单元用于根据所述骚扰鉴别数据鉴别主叫是否为骚扰主叫、并根据鉴别结果控制主处理单元对主叫进行处理。
4.根据权利要求3所述的移动通讯终端,其特征在于:所述启动单元包括自动检测移动通信终端是否符合预设启动条件的自动检测启动单元和响应用户手动触发信号的手动启动单元。
5.根据权利要求4所述的移动通讯终端,其特征在于:所述自动检测启动单元包括设有磁体的移动通讯终端座,以及设置在通讯终端内部、通过检测所述磁体的磁场信号存在与否进行启停免提通讯模式的霍尔传感器组件。
6.根据权利要求4所述的移动通讯终端,其特征在于:所述自动检测启动单元设置在移动通讯终端中的检测装置、以及设置在移动通讯终端车载充电装置中与所述检测装置相对应的检测触发装置。
7.一种移动通讯终端的通讯控制方法,包括通讯模式设定步骤和根据当前通讯模式进行通讯处理的步骤,其特征在于:
所述通讯模式设定步骤包括:步骤1)根据用户指令或自动检测启动条件的检测结果启动或关闭自动免提通讯模式;
所述根据当前通讯模式进行通讯处理的步骤包括:步骤2)在当前通讯模式为自动免提通讯模式时,自动免提处理主叫通讯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的通讯控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)之前还包括自动免提通讯模式设置步骤:设置并保存进入自动免提通讯模式的方式、骚扰鉴别数据、非骚扰主叫的提示方式和通讯方式。
9.根据权利要求8所述的通讯控制方法,其特征在于:所述自动免提处理主叫通讯包:步骤1-1)根据所述骚扰鉴别数据判断主叫是否为骚扰主叫,若是则忽略主叫;若否,则按照预设的方式进行提示及通讯。
10.根据权利要求8所述的通讯控制方法,其特征在于:所述非骚扰主叫的通讯方式包括:自动免提处理来电和自动免提处理来信息,所述自动免提处理来电为自动免提接通来电或自动挂断语音通讯并回复预设内容的SMS信息或MMS信息或邮件,所述自动处理来消息为自动免提回拨主叫方或自动回复预设内容的短信。
