BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG. I is a structural block diagram of a mobile communication terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 2 is a flow chart of a communication control method of a mobile communication terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
The present application is fiwther described below in detail with reference to accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
As shown in FIG. 1, the mobile communication terminal in this embodiment includes a mobile communication terminal main circuit, a main processing unit, a start-up unit, an execution unit, a set storage unit and a calling processing unit; the mobile communication terminal main circuit is connected with the main processing unit, the mobile communication terminal main circuit and the main processing unit are main function modules of the mobile communication terminal, responsible for performing basis functions of the mobile communication terminal; the start-up unit is connected with the main processing unit and the execution unit respectively, used for opening or closing an automatic handsfree mode; the execution unit is also connected with the main processing unit, used for controlling the main processing unit to enter an automatic handsfree communication state, to automatically handsfree process calling communication; the set storage unit is connected with the main processing unit and the calling processing unit respectively, used for setting and storing characteristic data of the automatic handsfree communication state the calling processing unit is also connected with the main processing unit, used for controlling characteristics of the automatic handsfree communication state of the main processing unit according to the characteristic data. The above respective units cooperate with each other to achieve that the mobile communication terminal performs automatic processing on an incoming call/information when the user is inconvenient to answer the incoming call/information, for example, automatic handsfree communication 2' functions such as automatic handsfrce receiving and. automatic handsfree callback. The units are described below in detail.
(1) Start-up unit The start-up unit is used for opening or closing an automatic handsfree mode, and sending a start-stop instmction to the execution unit. The start-up unit includes a manual start-up unit and an automatic detection start-up unit. The automatic detection start-up unit may automatically detect a terminal position whether enters a state to be automatically started (for example, whether to enter a vehicle cab) with the mobile terminal provided with a sensor (for example, a microwave sensor), so as to automatically trigger and start the automatic handsfree communication mode; correspondingly, it may automatically exit the automatic handsfree communication mode when the mobile terminal leaves the position or state.
In practice, the automatic detection start-up unit also may adopt the following two preferred schemes, but are not limited to such schemes: the first preferred scheme: the automatic detection start-up unit also may adopt the following automatic detection start-up manner which has a much lower cost and is easier to implement: i.e., the mobile terminal is provided with a Hall element (a magnetic field sensor) to automatically detect a particular magnetic field state to trigger an automatic start-up handsfree communication mode. The specific implementation scheme is: design and make a base (or called a mobile communication terminal holder) matching the mobile terminal, wherein the base is mounted and configured with a magnetic field (for example, a small permanent magnet) at a position corresponding to a terminal device, i.e., a Hall element, so as to achieve that change of the magnetic field can be automatically detected and the automatic handsfree communication mode can be automatically started after the mobile terminal device is placed in the base; correspondingly, after the terminal device evacuates the base, the Hall element automatically detects the change of the magnetic field and automatically exits the automatic handsfree communication mode. The base of the mobile communication terminal can be mounted at a suitable position (such as a motor vehicle cab or a disabled special vehicle tool) according to actual requirements, so as to meet automatic hand.sfree communication requirements after start-up of the automatic handsfree mode. The second preferred scheme: the base of the automatic detection start-up device is combined \vith a vehicle charger, a detection device is disposed in the mobile communication terminal, meanwhile, a detection trigger device is disposed in a vehicle-borne charging device, and when the mobile communication terminal is placed in the vehicle-borne charging device, the detection trigger device triggers the detection device to start the automatic handsfree mode. For example, the base uses car power supply as charging power supply, the vehicle-borne charging base is reserved and designed with an interrupted signal line (when the terminal device is normally placed or removed, used for detecting whether the terminal device has been normally placed or evacuated from the base), so that the automatic handsfrcc communication mode can be automatically detected, started and entered while electricity of the terminal is supplemented; correspondingly, the terminal immediately exits the automatic handsfree communication mode after evacuating the base, and this manner will save the Hall clement, to further reduce the implementation cost. The vehicle-borne charging base and the terminal device arc designed, made and mounted at suitable positions (for example, positions in the vehicle cab which does not hinder safety and facilitates handsfrcc communication) in a matching manner.
The manual start-up unit is used for being started by a manually triggering signal from a user (set a specific opening or closing switch; or opened or closed in a specific key-pressing manner, for example, press X key for a long time in the standby state; or opened or closed in a menu manner).
(2) Execution unit The execution unit is used for controlling the main processing unit to enter or exit an automatic handsfree communication state according to a start-stop instruction of the start-up unit. The automatic handsfree communication state includes antomatically handsfree processing incoming calls and automatically handsfree processing incoming message.
(3) Set storage unit The set storage unit is used for setting and storing one or more of the following characteristic data of the automatic handsfree communication state: opening or closing of the automatic start-u.p mode, calling prompt manner, prompt delay time, calling processing reply manner, calling harassment discrimination data, speaker volume and microphone sensitivity in handsfrec voice communication, etc. As the calling mainly includes two types: calling voice, data, or video incoming calls (to simplify the description, such calling is referred to as "incoming call" in the following description), and calling SMS information or MMS information or Emails (to simplify the description, such calling is referred to as "incoming message" in the following description).
Corresponding to the calling of "incoming call" and "incoming message," the user can make the following calling processing reply manner previously: if' the calling is an "incoming call," the user can select the following processing manners: a) automatically handsfree connect an incoming call; b) automatically hang up an incoming call and reply to the calling party by means of SMS or MMS (for example, "I'm driving and will contact you later; thank you!", content of the reply template *may be changed or set by the user in advance), and thus it is easy to briefly respond to the calling without operating the mobile phone, and arrange more detailed communication processing (for example, while driving a vehicle, the driver can find a proper and secure parking area to park the vehicle safely and then perform urgent communication processing) in the proper state according to an actual situation (for example, importance of the calling party, or importance of the matter after the brief voice communication). If the calling is "incoming message," the user can select the following processing manners: a) automatically handsfree call back a caller, to facilitate voice communication (typically, only brief communication is made in the driving state); b) automatically reply to the caller with SMS/MMS (for example, "I'm driving and will contact you later; thank you!", content of the reply template may be changed or set by the user in advance).
The automatically handsfree connecting (or calling back, callback may be performed
S
when the calling is SMS/MMS) voice communication includes conUvlling the main processing unit to automatically turn on a loud speaker to play a caller voice (which may preset the size of the volume, to adjust the volume requirement suitable for handsfree communication), automatically turn on a microphone to receive its own voice signal (microphone sensitivity may be preset to be adjusted to be suitable for the requirements suitable for handsfree communication), and sending a voice communication connect or call back request to achieve automatic handsfree communication.
The prompt delay time means the delay time (the delay time is 0 second, 3 seconds, S seconds or 10 seconds) required bcfore executing the incoming call processing (for example, automatically handsfree connect or automatically reply information) when there is an incoming call ("incoming call" or "incoming message"). The user is prompted within the prompt delay time.
The calling prompt manner may be a ring tone, vibration, voice broadcast (for example, broadcast caller's name, SMS/MMS information summary or other information) or mute, etc. The calling harassment discrimination data means analyzing content to be set in a discrimination harassment policy, which includes, but is not limited to, the following policies: all are considered to be harassment, and all callers are considered harassment; a significant calling data analysis policy is established, critical calling discrimination data is set and enabled, the calling in line with the condition is regarded as calling allowed to respond to, the user may be prompted in a default manner when such calling arrives, the calling not in line with the condition is regarded as harassment calling, and then treated as harassment, which can be ignored, and processing is not prompted; a harassment calling characteristic analysis policy is established, harassment calling discrimination data is set and enabled, harassment blacklist, harassment advertisement number characteristics, and harassment keyword analysis can be established, the calling in line with the harassment discrimination condition is regarded as harassment, which can be ignored, and processing is not prompted; otherwise, the calling is regarded as legitimate calling, and the user is timely prompted. to make a response in a default manner when such calling arrives.
(4) Calling processing unit The calling processing unit is connected with the set storage unit and the main processing unit respectively, which has the following functions: discriminate whether the calling is harassment calling when the automatic handsfree mode is opened, and control the main processing unit to process calling communication in a default manner set in the set storage unit.
Specifically, the main proccssing unit includes a harassment discriminate unit, used for analyzing and discriminating whether the calling is harassment calling, and sending a discrimination result to a calling prompt unit and a calling handsfree response unit; the calling prompt unit is used for prompting non-harassing calling in a default manner set in the set storage unit; the calling handsfree response unit is used for, according to the discrimination result of the harassment discrimination unit, ignoring the harassmcnt calling or processing the non-harassing calling a default calling processing reply manner of the set storage unit.
The communication control method of a mobile communication terminal in this embodiment is as follows.
Step a. Set and save mode function configuration, i.e., set and store characteristics of an automatic handsfree mode, opening or closing of an automatic start-up manner, speaker volume, microphone sensitivity, calling prompt and reply manner in the case of handsfree voice, calling harassment discrimination data and other characteristic data as stated previously.
Step b. Start-up an automatic handsfree communication mode, wherein the start-up manner includes manual start-up or automatic start-up.
Step c. Processing of calling information: discriminate whether the calling is harassment calling, and give prompt (lighting, sound, vibration, voice broadcast, mute or 1.0 other manners) or not give prompt; Step d. The calling prompts that automatic handsfrce response processing is performed after arrival of the delay time: if the calling is an "incoming call,' the previously set processing manner (optionally set) is adopted, mainly including: a) automatically hand.sftee S connect an incoming call; b) automatically hang up an incoming call and reply to the calling party (for example. "T'm driving and will contact you later; thank you!", content of the reply template may be changed or set by the user in advance), and thus it is easy to briefly respond to the calling without operating the mobile phone, and arrange more detailed communication processing (for example, while driving a vehicle, the driver can find a proper and secure parking area to park the vehicle safely and then perform urgent communication processing) in the proper state according to an actual situation (for example, importance of the calling party, or importance of the matter after the brief voice communication).
The above are thrther detailed descriptions about the present application in combination with specific embodiments, but it cannot be concluded that specific implementation of the present application is merely limited to such descriptions. Persons of ordinary skill in the art also can make equivalent replacements or obvious variants having the same performance or use without departing from the concept of the present application. which should be regarded as falling within the protection scope of the present application.
