技术领域
本发明涉及一种电容材料,尤其是高压陶瓷电容材料。
背景技术
目前的高压电容电压性能比较高,但在高频电路中,容易发热,产生噪声,抗冲击性能低。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种发热小、噪声低、抗冲击性能好的高压陶瓷电容材料。
脉冲功率电容用陶瓷材料,其特征在于由钛酸锶SrTiO380~84%、钛酸钡BaTiO38-10%、锆酸钙CaZrO32-6%、钛酸镁MgTiO310-14%组成的高压陶瓷电容器材料。
采用本配方的高压电容,在频率超过1000KHz时,tan∠0.002,这样其自身发热小,有利于消除噪声,并且具有优良的耐冲击性能。
具体实施方式
具体实施时,我们将钛酸锶SrTiO3,锆酸钙钛酸钡钛酸镁MgTiO3按配方比例混合后加入聚乙烯醇压制成型,然后在1250到1400摄氏度范围内烧结得到陶瓷电容。
在配比时,我们首先将碳酸锶SrCO3和二氧化钛TiO2、碳酸钡BaCO3和二氧化钛TiO2、钛酸镁MgTiO3和二氧化钛TiO2按照一定配比,经过球磨混合,进行干燥,然后在1000到1200摄氏度合成得到钛酸锶SrTiO3,钛酸钙

钛酸镁MgTiO3后,上述其余材料等按照配比搅拌球磨混合,用少量丙酮稀释,高速搅拌(7000r/min)20min,使无机材料充分分散,加入8%的聚乙烯醇进行喷雾造粒,然后置于130℃烘箱中1h,就可以得到本配方的电介质,其介电常数为2600,介质损耗小于0.0005,耐压强度大于16KV/mm,温度特性在-40,电容量变化不大于25%,在85度不小于-25%,且呈线性变化的高性能负温度系数陶瓷材料。

1.脉冲功率电容用陶瓷材料,其特征在于由钛酸锶SrTiO380~84%、钛酸钡BaTiO38-10%、锆酸钙CaZrO32-6%、钛酸镁MgTiO310-14%组成的高压陶瓷电容器材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的脉冲功率电容用陶瓷材料,其特征在于将钛酸锶SrTiO3,锆酸钙
