Abstract
本发明提供了一种浮床,其浮床本体为实心结构,且由泡沫材料或橡胶发泡材料制成,在该浮床本体表面设有由凹槽和凸齿构成的横纹,该凹槽和凸齿相互匹配且均匀相间分布;在浮床本体表面的两侧还设有贯穿凹槽和凸齿的纵纹。本发明还提供了一种浮床的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)将泡沫材料或橡胶发泡材料切成片材;2)将切好的泡沫材料或橡胶发泡片材放入150度~230度的烘箱中烘2~7分钟;3)再根据浮力的要求不同调整所需压制材料的厚度,将已烘好的材料放入模具中压制成型,压制时间3~5分钟;4)将压制好的产品取出,修整好边条,即完成产品的制备。本发明浮床可随意卷曲、凉爽舒适,且成本低;本发明的浮床制备方法操作简单,成品率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及运动休闲产品领域,尤其涉及一种浮床及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前在使用的浮床有两种,一种是采用PVC材料作为内芯,表面采用浸塑的方式覆盖一层塑料膜,这种做法工艺复杂,成品率也比较低,最主要的是成本高,而且是不环保的,在很多国家都被限制使用;另外一种为中空充气的浮床,此种浮床在使用前需要充气,而且使用的时间不长,容易破裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术问题的缺陷,提出一种环保、低成本、工艺制作简单而且携带方便使用舒适的浮床;在浮床本体表面的两侧还设有贯穿凹槽和凸齿的纵纹。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种浮床,包括浮床本体,浮床本体为实心结构,且由泡沫材料或橡胶发泡材料制成,在该浮床本体表面设有由凹槽和凸齿构成的横纹,该凹槽和凸齿相互匹配且均匀相间分布。
根据本发明优选实施例,在浮床表面两侧设置的纵纹,有利于使用者在平躺于浮床上的时候保持平衡。
根据本发明的优选实施例,在使用时,可将浮床一头卷曲作为枕头,还可所述浮床的一头放置可分离的固定枕头,即将枕头放在浮床上使用。
为了便于加工和降低成本,浮床本体为一整体,可用模具一体压制成型。
上述泡沫材料可为PE(聚乙烯)或EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚物)。此处选用的PE和EVA材料均为对人体和环境无害的绿色环保材料,避免了以往使用含氯和苯的PVC材料对环境造成的危害。
在生产时可优选PE泡沫材料,该材料不仅环保、具有一定的热变形能力而且成本低廉。
为了使上述浮床更美观增加使用者的愉悦感,可在浮床表面印刷不同图案。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供该浮床的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将泡沫材料或橡胶发泡材料切成片材的块;
(2)将切好的泡沫材料或橡胶发泡片材放入150~230度的烘箱中烘2~7分钟;
(3)再根据浮力的要求不同调整所需压制泡沫材料或橡胶发泡片材的厚度,将已烘好的泡沫材料或橡胶发泡片材放入模具中压制成型,3~5分钟;
(4)将压制好的产品取出,修整好边条,即完成产品的制备。
由于本发明的浮床选用的材料为对环境无害的泡沫材料或橡胶发泡材料制成,并在其浮床表面设有由凹槽和凸齿构成的横纹,该凹槽和凸齿相互匹配且均匀相间分布于浮床表面,这样浮床便可随意卷曲起来,同时在使用过程中,由于横纹的存在,可保持一定的水和使用者的背部相接触,使得使用起来更加凉爽舒适。在浮床表面两侧设置的纵纹,有利于使用者在平躺于浮床上的时候保持平衡。本发明在使用时,可将浮床一头卷曲作为枕头,还可将枕头放在浮床上使用。
本发明制备浮床的方法,是将材料用模压成型的方式完成,且使用的材料安全环保,从而保证了制备产品的环保。
虽然在下文中将结合一些示例性实施及使用方法来描述本发明,但本领域技术人员应当理解,并不旨在将本发明限制于这些实施例。反之,旨在覆盖包含在所附的权利要求书所定义的本发明的精神与范围内的所有替代品、修正及等效物。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细描述。需要注意的是,根据本发明的浮床及其制备方法的实施方式仅仅作为例子,但本发明不限于该具体实施方式。
接下来,将参照附图1-5详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例1、浮床及其制备方法
一、浮床
如图1-4所示,一种浮床,包括浮床本体3,浮床本体3为实心结构,且由泡沫材料或橡胶发泡材料制成,在该浮床本体3表面设有由凹槽1和凸齿2构成的横纹4,该凹槽1和凸齿2相互匹配且均匀相间分布;在浮床本体3表面的两侧还设有贯穿凹槽1和凸齿2的纵纹5;浮床本体3为一整体。上述浮床由PE泡沫材料制成。
二、浮床的制备
上述浮床的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将PE泡沫材料切成片材的块,在本实施例中切好的PE泡沫材料尺寸优选为200×71×4cm,可选地还可以在PE泡沫材料上印刷图案;
(2)将切好的PE泡沫片材(也可能已印刷好图案的)放入150度的烘箱中烘2分钟;
(3)再根据浮力的要求不同调整所需压制材料的厚度,将已烘好的材料放入模具中压制成型,压制时间为3分钟;
(4)将压制好的产品取出,修整好边条,即完成产品的制备。
如图5所示,当使用时,可卷曲一头的浮床作为浮床的枕头,也可以在另外一头加入一个固定的枕头。
实施例2、浮床及其制备方法
本实施例与实施例1的浮床的区别在于该浮床由EVA泡沫材料制成。
制备本实施例浮床的方法为:
(1)将EVA泡沫材料切成片材的块;
(2)将切好的EVA泡沫片材放入190度的烘箱中烘5分钟;
(3)再根据浮力的要求不同调整所需压制材料的厚度,将已烘好的材料放入模具中压制成型,压制时间为4分钟;
(4)将压制好的产品取出,修整好边条,即完成产品的制备。
实施例3、浮床及其制备方法
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,采用的制备方法为:
(1)将PE泡沫材料切成片材的块;
(2)将切好的PE泡沫片材放入230度的烘箱中烘7分钟;
(3)再根据浮力的要求不同调整所需压制材料的厚度,将已烘好的材料放入模具中压制成型,压制时间为5分钟;
(4)将压制好的产品取出,修整好边条,即完成产品的制备。
以上仅示出了本发明的一些非限制性实施例,其中的具体参数并非实现本发明的唯一选择。依据该领域的常规经验,烘烤温度可以根据需要在150~230度进行选择,烘烤时间可以根据需要在2~7分钟之间进行掌握,而压制成型的时间可以根据需要在3~5分钟之间进行选择。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (8)
1.一种浮床,包括浮床本体(3),其特征在于:
所述浮床本体(3)为实心结构,且由泡沫材料或橡胶发泡材料制成;
在该浮床本体(3)表面设有由凹槽(1)和凸齿(2)构成的横纹(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮床,其特征在于所述凹槽(1)和凸齿(2)相互匹配且均匀相间分布。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的浮床,其特征在于在浮床本体(3)表面的两侧还设有贯穿凹槽(1)和凸齿(2)的纵纹(5)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的浮床,其特征在于:所述浮床本体(3)为一整体,由模具一体压制成型。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的浮床,其特征在于:所述泡沫材料为PE或EVA。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的浮床,其特征在于:所述浮床的一头卷曲作为枕头。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的浮床,其特征在于:在所述浮床的一头放置可分离的固定枕头。
8.一种如权利要求1或2所述的浮床的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将泡沫材料或橡胶发泡材料切成片材的块;
(2)将切好的泡沫材料或橡胶发泡片材放入150度~230度的烘箱中烘2~7分钟;
(3)再根据浮力的要求不同调整所需压制泡沫或橡胶发泡片材的厚度,将已烘好的泡沫或橡胶发泡材料放入模具中压制成型,压制时间3~5分钟;
(4)将压制好的产品取出,修整好边条,即完成产品的制备。
