本发明涉及一种织物热封条带,生产所述条带的方法以及使用该条带的衣物。
特别的,作为本发明目的的条带适于将条带热封到纺织品或织物,从而在不使用接缝的情况下在织物上进行连接或修整操作。
背景技术
众所周知市场上现有的各式衣物或织物都具有修整或连接区,在此通过使用特定的适于织物热封的熨烫条带(iron-on ribbons)与其它织物部分相接。
这些条带使得避免使用接缝或胶水就使织物部分彼此连接,或也用于加固原有接缝以使形成更柔软的覆盖接缝或防止边缘磨损的接缝。
通常,用于实现上述操作的条带包括适于热封到织物边缘的弹性材料的薄片。
为了实现这种类型的工作,要使用合适的机器连接和加热条带以及要连接的织物区域。
通常上面简要介绍的条带的唯一目的是使能够对织物进行紧固(各部分的结合)或修整操作(加固、防水等),并且条带的个性化可以仅通过改变其自身的颜色实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述提到的缺陷。
本发明的一个目的是提供要热封到织物上的条带,其与现有的条带在功能和观感上都不同,即,利用这种条带能够允许新的技术效果添加到制成的衣服制品中,并且也能确保衣物和款型中具有很强重要性的美学效果。
在前以及更进一步的目的在本说明书的描述中将会变得更加明显,所述目的将根据所附的权利要求通过用于织物的热封条带得以充分体现。
另外的特征和优点将在一些根据本发明的热封条带的具体实施方式的详细描述中得以更为明显的体现。

具体实施方式
参考附图,根据本发明的织物的热封条带通常用附图标记1来表示。
该条带将与用于织物的热封和接合的机器一起联合使用,该机器目前在市场上是根据普通的惯用技术来在织物或衣物上实施修整操作,或连接这些织物部分的边缘,这并不是本发明所关注的。
首先,条带包括一个薄片载体2,其由基于的聚氨酯材料制造,尤其是由适于与织物热封的材料制造。通常,载体2由聚氨酯材料制造。这种材料不仅能够进行热封,而且还具有弹性,以使得其尤其适合结合到不同特性的织物上。
因为其特殊的结构,聚氨酯也具有这种弹性,即拉伸和回弹性,因此其可以象一个真的橡皮带一样作用。
另外,其可以通过在生产过程中加入适当的颜料而得到不同的颜色。
可选的,也可以将其制为基本上透明的或不透明的。
通常,薄片载体2具有一个主纵向延展L和一个较小的横向尺寸S,从而形成一个条带状的构型。它包括一个设计用来接触织物并热封到织物的下表面2a和一个与前述表面相对的表面2b。
薄片载体2的整体厚度小于十分之几毫米,并且通常是百分之一毫米的量级。
优选的,附图中所示的热封条带还包括至少一个基于硅树脂材料的层3,其设置成至少接近所述的载体的上表面2b。
通常,用于层3的材料可以直接为硅树脂,或可选的,还有混有硅树脂材料的聚氨酯材料。
如图1-4所示,层3可以仅布置在载体上表面2b上,并且具体来说它将仅覆盖其一部分,从而可以看到薄片载体2的上表面2b的一部分。
通常,基于硅树脂材料的层3是精切沿着薄片载体2的主纵向延展L连续的或断续条带的形式。
图1示出了一个优选实施例,其中层3由一个在纵向上没有断开地延伸且与薄片载体2的边缘平行的中央条组成。
可选的,可以有两个或更多的彼此分离的层3布置于载体2的上表面2b上。

很明显,图1中的单层或图2中的多层既可以沿着纵向连续,也可以是间断的(还可以是连续或间断线的结合)。
参考图3,给出了一个可优选的实施例,示出了基于硅树脂的材料3的间断纵向带状物。
可以理解通常是沿着主纵向L,根据产品的工艺和美观需求,依照一条波浪轨迹(见图4)或一条不规则轨迹铺设材料3。
以下将从产品的角度阐述一种可实现的制造方法,但要指出其它生产过程和/或装置也同样适用。
首先,先制造条带形式的聚氨酯材料的所述载体2。
条带卷绕到一个轴上,轴如图5中的附图标记7所示,通过适当的致动装置8例如辊或类似物解开卷绕,并且在一个或多个输送喷嘴4下方通过,以在薄片载体2的上表面2b上直接铺设由基于硅树脂材料制成的层3。
很明显,如果当条带沿着纵向移动时硅树脂的分配被中断,就会得到间断的硅树脂条带条3;相反的,如果输送喷嘴和条带沿横向方向相对彼此移位,在条带本身的向前移动过程中,层3会有不同于直线的轨迹。
制得后的产品将具有一个由聚氨酯材料制成的下表面2a,其适合于直接结合到织物或织物部分上;反之亦然,上表面将具有一个或多个硅树脂材料的连续或断续的带状物,其具有一个抛光的光滑面,其不同于载体2的上表面2b的抛光面;铺设的材料与聚氨酯材料相比具有更高的摩擦和抓握性能。
除了上面提到的美观目的,硅树脂材料层的存在具有增大摩擦的作用,因此,例如在运动或专业衣物上,该衣服制品可以在穿着后防止滑动。
仅通过示例的方式,图6示出了一种衣物5制品,在其具有的至少一部分织物6上热封如图1-4所示的条带。
这种衣物制品例如可以由一条骑行短裤组成,其中该条带至少在裤腿末端被热封,下表面2b被热封到织物6上,并且上表面2a对着设计为与穿着者的腿相接触的区域。
这样,当穿着这样的短裤时,硅树脂材料层有助于防止衣物制品相对穿着时的位置发生移动。
本发明具有重大的优势。
首先,得到了织物的热封条带,其具有不同于当前使用的及市场上的条带的更为特殊的专业性能。
一层(或多层)硅树脂材料的存在极大的有助于根据意愿改变条带的美学效果,因为硅树脂材料看起来更加光滑并且与聚氨酯材料基层的颜色不同。
另外,由于硅树脂的存在,可以制造专业衣物制品,在穿着后可以维持或保证它们所处的位置。
Claims (9)
1.一种要热封到纺织品或织物上的条带,包括至少一个适于热封到织物上的基于聚氨酯的材料制成的薄片载体(2),所述载体包括设计成与织物接触并热封到织物上的下表面(2a)和与所述下表面相对的上表面(2b),其特征在于,所述条带进一步包括至少一个基于硅树脂的材料层(3),所述层至少位于所述载体(2)的所述上表面(2b)。
2.一种如前面权利要求所述的条带,其特征在于,所述载体(2)具有主纵向延展(L),所述基于硅树脂的材料层(3)具有沿所述纵向延展(L)的主要布置。
3.一种如前面权利要求任一项所述的条带,其特征在于,基于硅树脂的材料层是沿着薄片载体(2)的主纵向延展(L)的连续的或间断的带状物的形式。
4.一种如前面权利要求任一项所述的条带,其特征在于,所述条带包括布置在所述载体(2)的所述上表面(2b)上的至少两个层(3),所述层优选为沿着薄片载体(2)的主纵向延展(L)的连续的或间断的带状物的形式。
5.一种如前面权利要求任一项所述的条带,其特征在于,所述基于硅树脂的材料层(3)仅覆盖载体(2)的上表面(2b)的一部分,所述层优选不存在于载体的下表面(2a)。
6.一种如前面权利要求任一项所述的条带,其特征在于,在条带施加到织物上的状态下,薄片载体(2)的上表面(2b)中没有被基于硅树脂的材料层(3)覆盖的至少一部分以及基于硅树脂的材料层被设计为保持视觉上可见,因为所述条带除了包括薄片载体(2)和基于硅树脂的材料层(3)外不特别包括其它的层或载体,所述基于硅树脂的材料层(3)优选直接铺设在薄片载体(2)的上表面(2b)上。
7.一种衣物制品(5),包括:
织物(6)的至少一部分;
其特征在于,所述衣物制品进一步包括至少一个如权利要求1所述的条带(1),所述条带被热封到所述织物(6)的所述至少一部分上。
8.一种如前面权利要求所述的衣物制品(5),其特征在于,薄片载体(2)的上表面(2b)被热封到织物(6)上,包含有基于硅树脂的材料层(3)的下表面(2a)背离与薄片载体(2)结合的织物并且特别朝向设计为与制品使用者接触的区域。
9.一种用于生产适于热封到织物上的条带(1)的方法,包括以下步骤:
-成形具有主纵向延展的薄片载体(2),所述薄片载体由基于聚氨酯的材料制成;所述载体包括设计为与织物接触并热封到织物上的下表面(2a)和与所述下表面相对的上表面(2b);
