Abstract

一种无缝棉条筒筒身的制作方法，它是将纸附着在模具上经涂粘接剂、卷压成型一次制成棉条筒筒身。现有棉条筒筒身都是采用钢板纸和塑料板卷曲铆接(焊接)，筒身的接缝处易挂棉屑和纤维，影响梳棉质量和效率。利用本制作方法制作棉筒筒身，可降低成本，制成筒身内外表面无缝光滑均匀，张力一致，不粘挂棉屑，不易产生静电，有利于棉条顺利引出。

Description

本发明属于一种纺织用无缝棉条筒筒身的制作方法。
现有纺织行业棉条筒的筒身，都是采用钢板纸或者是塑料板卷曲铆接（焊接）而成，用这种方法、工艺比较复杂，而且生产的产品成本较高，筒身的接缝处，容易粘挂纤维，影响梳棉的质量和效果。
本发明的目的就是提供一种无缝棉条筒筒身的制作方法。
本发明任务是这样完成的：无缝棉条筒筒身用一长方形纸附着在园筒形模具上，用涂胶辊均匀的涂刷粘接剂，随着模具的转动，长方形纸被涂刷上粘接剂，并按设计厚度卷绕成园筒，再由压辊滚压成型。最后将制成筒身退出模具、磨平筒身内、外侧纸表面即可。
利用本方法制造的无缝棉条筒筒身，表面光滑，无裂缝，不粘棉屑，不产生静电，有利于棉条顺利引出。
实施例：
利用木浆牛皮箱板纸附着在园柱模具上，由涂胶辊均匀地涂刷塑胶粘合剂，随着模具的转动，牛皮箱板纸被一层层涂刷沾合剂，并滚绕5层后达设计要求厚度，再由另一压辊滚压成型，将制成的筒身退出模具，磨平筒身内、外侧纸表面，即成为一表面光滑、无裂缝的无缝棉条筒筒身。

Claims (2)

1、一种无缝棉条筒筒身的制作方法，其特征是将一长方形的纸附着在模具上，用涂胶辊均匀的涂刷粘接剂，随着模具的转动，长方形纸被涂上粘接剂并卷绕成园筒，再由压辊滚压成型。
2、按照权利要求1所说的无缝棉条筒筒身的制作方法，其特征是卷压成的筒射的内、外侧纸表面磨平。
