本发明是提供一种排出的藻水中蓝藻的浓度大、蓝藻浓缩效果好的蓝藻浓缩罐。它包括罐体,在罐体内设置有气浮筒,气浮筒内设置将气浮筒分隔成上下两部分的隔板,蓝藻输入管穿过罐体与气浮筒上部相通;溶气水管与气浮筒下部相通;气浮筒下方的罐体壁上开有出水口;其特征是:在气浮筒的上方设置有有底无盖的收集筒,收集筒的底部通过排出管与罐体外部的排出槽相通;排出槽的底部低于收集筒的筒口;在收集筒筒口周边处设置搅拌装置。

蓝藻浓缩罐
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将蓝藻浓缩的蓝藻浓缩罐。
背景技术
气浮又称空气浮选,是水处理中常用的浮洗方法。它利用机械剪切力,将混合于水中的空气破碎成细小的气泡,用以进行浮选。气浮设备简单,易于实现,但空气破碎程度低,形成的气泡粒度较大,表面积小,运动速度快,气泡与被去除污染物的接触时间短,因而达不到高度去除的效果。
如果简单地将气浮原理用于蓝藻的浓缩,同样存在排出的藻水中蓝藻的浓度小、蓝藻浓缩效果差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种排出的藻水中蓝藻的浓度大、蓝藻浓缩效果好的蓝藻浓缩罐。
本发明的蓝藻浓缩罐,包括罐体,在罐体内设置有气浮筒,气浮筒内设置将气浮筒分隔成上下两部分的隔板,蓝藻输入管穿过罐体与气浮筒上部相通;溶气水管与气浮筒下部相通;气浮筒下方的罐体壁上开有出水口;其特征是:在气浮筒的上方设置有有底无盖的收集筒,收集筒的底部通过排出管与罐体外部的排出槽相通;排出槽的底部低于收集筒的筒口;在收集筒筒口周边处设置搅拌装置。
本发明的有益效果:本发明由于设置搅拌装置,搅拌装置对收集筒筒口周围的水和蓝藻进行搅拌,破坏了收集筒筒口周边处的A区内由于水流速较快形成的水流通道,保证了蓝藻能够顺利进入收集筒,蓝藻不会漂浮在B区的水面C区,这样混合均匀的蓝藻和水即经筒口进入收集筒后再排出,增强了蓝藻的浓缩效果。
对于上述的蓝藻浓缩罐,气浮筒下方与出水口上方之间的罐体内设置过滤层。如果没有过滤层,水向罐体底部下沉后直接经出水口排出,导致出水口附近的水流水较大,而远离出水口的地方水流速较小,这样就会出现沟流现象,沟流会导致蓝藻水经出水口流出而不利于蓝藻上浮。通过设置过滤层,水经过过滤层后压力稳定,流速均匀平稳,不会出现沟流现象。过滤层使用一段时间后需要清理,为此过滤层与气浮筒之间的罐体壁上开有反冲洗出水口。把干净的水从出水口流入,对过滤层冲洗后经反冲洗出水口流出,即可对过滤层复活。
对于上述的蓝藻浓缩罐,所述搅拌装置包括在动力装置带动下转动的搅拌轴、均布在搅拌轴周向并与搅拌轴相连的搅拌叶片;搅拌轴与收集筒同轴,搅拌叶片均布在收集筒筒口的周边。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2所示蓝藻浓缩罐,包括罐体1,在罐体内设置有无底无盖但中间有隔板21的气浮筒2,隔板21将气浮筒分隔成气浮筒上部23、气浮筒下部24两部分。蓝藻输入管3穿过罐体与气浮筒上部23相通;溶气水管与气浮筒下部24相通。
在气浮筒的上方设置有有底无盖的收集筒6,收集筒的底部通过排出管7与罐体外部的排出槽8相通;排出槽的底部81低于收集筒的筒口61。
搅拌装置9包括在电机91、与电机的输出轴相连的搅拌轴92、均布在搅拌轴周向并与搅拌轴相连的两个以上的搅拌叶片93;搅拌轴与收集筒同轴,搅拌叶片93均布在收集筒筒口61的周边。
气浮筒下方的罐体壁上开有反冲洗出水口11、反冲洗出水口11下方的罐体壁上开有出水口12。反冲洗出水口11与出水口12之间的罐体内设置过滤层10。
使用时,溶气水经溶气水管进入气浮筒下部,然后溶气水中的气体经气浮筒下部的最底端周边后即向上移动;藻水(蓝藻和水的混合物)经蓝藻输入管进入气浮筒上部,藻水中的水从气浮筒上部最顶端周边溢出后向罐体底部下沉。藻水中体积大的蓝藻浮力较大,很快上浮;体积小的蓝藻虽然浮力较小,在溶气水中的气体作用下,也能上浮。蓝藻向上浮动经收集筒的筒口61进入收集筒,然后经排出管7、排出槽8排出,排出的藻水中蓝藻的浓度比进入气浮筒的藻水中蓝藻浓度高,这就完成了蓝藻的浓缩。排出槽的底部要低于收集筒的筒口,是为了进入收集筒的蓝藻能够经排出槽排出。
在蓝藻经收集筒的筒口进入收集筒内,不可避免地有水进入收集筒。由于水的摩擦系数小,水流速较蓝藻大,如果没有搅拌装置,收集筒筒口周边处的A区内会由于水流速较快形成水流通道;这导致B区内的蓝藻难于进入收集筒6内,形成蓝藻在B区的水面C区聚集的现象。这种现象会导致了进入收集筒内的藻水中蓝藻的浓度仍然较低,蓝藻浓缩效果较差。
但是,由于本发明由于在收集筒周边设置搅拌装置,搅拌装置对收集筒筒口周围的水和蓝藻进行搅拌,破坏了收集筒筒口周边处的A区内的水流速较快的水流通道,蓝藻不会漂浮在B区的水面C区,这样混合均匀的蓝藻和水即经筒口进入收集筒后再排出,增强了蓝藻的浓缩效果。
蓝藻浓缩罐的作用是将蓝藻钒花与清水分离,排出部分清水,减轻压滤机的负荷。蓝藻浓缩罐是根据气浮原理结合蓝藻钒花的特点的变型改进。经过混凝蓝藻转变为钒花,个体尺寸变大,上浮能力随之变大。蓝藻钒花经蓝藻输入管3进入气浮筒2后迅速上浮。溶气水将蓝藻钒花向上压缩,降低了钒花的含水率。蓝藻钒花向上漂浮直到收集筒筒口周围,搅拌叶片对收集筒筒口周围的蓝藻钒花进行搅拌,蓝藻钒花和水混合的更加均匀,混合均匀的蓝藻钒花和水即经筒口进入收集筒后再经排出管进入排出槽,然后排出蓝藻浓缩罐。清水通过滤层从下部的出水口12排出。本发明增强了蓝藻的浓缩效果。

1. 蓝藻浓缩罐,包括罐体,在罐体内设置有气浮筒,气浮筒内设置将气浮筒分隔成上下两部分的隔板,蓝藻输入管穿过罐体与气浮筒上部相通;溶气水管与气浮筒下部相通;气浮筒下方的罐体壁上开有出水口;在气浮筒的上方设置有有底无盖的收集筒,收集筒的底部通过排出管与罐体外部的排出槽相通;排出槽的底部低于收集筒的筒口;其特征是:在收集筒筒口周边处设置搅拌装置;所述搅拌装置包括在动力装置带动下转动的搅拌轴、均布在搅拌轴周向并与搅拌轴相连的搅拌叶片;搅拌轴与收集筒同轴,搅拌叶片均布在收集筒筒口的周边。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓝藻浓缩罐,其特征是:气浮筒下方与出水口上方之间的罐体内设置过滤层。
3.如权利要求2所述的蓝藻浓缩罐,其特征是:过滤层与气浮筒之间的罐体壁上开有反冲洗出水口。
