本发明公开了一种双向离合器,采用的技术方案是:所述活塞的内腔中装有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧的一端与顶杆相连,另一端与顶盖相连;所述输入端开有至少两个径向槽,所述径向槽中装有与活塞表面形状相配合、能做径向移动的斜块,所述斜块中装有能够绕自身轴线旋转的滚柱,所述斜块与滚柱由扭转弹簧保持在所述径向槽中;所述输出端的内腔包括至少2段曲线,每段曲线包括与所述滚柱半径相等的A弧线和与所述A弧线部分相切且曲率半径逐渐变大的B曲线部分。本发明的有益效果在于:正反两个旋向都能结合与分离;输入端和输出端可以相互转换;在运转过程中结合与分离平稳无冲击;结合和分离状态都没有摩擦损耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种离合器,尤其涉及一种在运转过程中能自动结合与分离的双向离合器。
背景技术
通常机械离合器的结合方式分为嵌入式和摩擦式两种。嵌入式的离合器结合有冲击,不适应运转过程中的结合;摩擦式的结合过程平稳,但是其摩擦损耗大,而且所传递的扭矩小,离合器外形尺寸大。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的缺点,而提供一种外形尺寸小、在运转过程中能平稳结合与分离、且没有摩擦损耗的双向离合器,采用的技术方案是: 一种双向离合器,包括输入端和输出端,在输入端的内腔中有活塞,所述活塞在液压油作用下轴向移动,其特征在于:所述活塞的内腔中装有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧的一端与顶杆相连,另一端与顶盖相连;所述输入端开有至少2个径向槽,所述径向槽中装有与活塞表面形状相配合、能做径向移动的斜块,所述斜块中装有能够绕自身轴线旋转的滚柱,所述斜块与滚柱由扭转弹簧保持在所述径向槽中;所述输出端的内腔包括至少2段曲线,每段曲线包括与所述滚柱半径相等的A弧线和与所述A弧线部分相切且曲率半径逐渐变大的B曲线部分。
本发明的技术方案还有:所述径向槽的个数是3个。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明进行具体说明。本离合器包括了输入端1和输出端8,在输入端1的内腔中有锥形活塞2,锥形活塞2在液压油作用下能够沿输入端1的轴线方向移动,在锥形活塞2的内腔中装有压缩弹簧3,压缩弹簧3的一端与顶杆9相连,另一端与顶盖10相连。输入端1开有至少2个径向槽,径向槽中装有与锥形活塞2表面形状相配合、能做径向移动的斜块5,斜块5中装有能够绕自身轴线旋转的滚柱7,滚柱7和斜块5由滚柱卡簧6连接在一起,在扭转弹簧4的预紧力作用下斜块5与滚柱7被保持在径向槽内,而在输出端8的内腔包括至少2段曲线,每段曲线包括与滚柱半径相等的A弧线和与A弧线部分相切且曲率半径逐渐变大的B曲线部分。
结合过程中,锥形活塞2在液压油的作用下克服压缩弹簧3的预紧力沿轴向滑动,同时推动斜块5和滚柱7沿径向滑动,伸出输入端1,滚柱7的侧面与输出端1的内腔接触,并在输出端1的的内腔面上滚动,滚动的同时,输入端1和输出端8的转速差不断减小。由于B段为由中间至两端曲率半径渐小的弧形曲线,在滚动过程中输出端1的内腔面始终给滚柱7反方向的挤压力,直到滚柱7滚动到接近输出端1内腔的A段圆弧区域时,而此时输入端1与输出端8的转速已经接近相等,因此滚柱7嵌入到A段区域时不会有冲击。滚柱7嵌入到A段区域后停止滚动,这时离合器完全结合,输入端1正式传递扭矩到输出端8。
离合器完全结合后,输入端1通过滚柱7直接传递扭矩到输出端8,因此传递扭矩大而且没有功率损失;离合器需要分离时,液压油回流,锥形活塞2在压缩弹簧3的作用下回位,斜块5和滚柱7在扭转弹簧4的作用下缩回到输入端1内,离合器分离;离合器分离后,输入端1和输出端8之间只有轴承13联结,因此没有摩擦损耗。
当然,上述说明并非对本发明的限制,本发明也不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种双向离合器,包括输入端和输出端,在输入端的内腔中有活塞,所述活塞在液压油作用下轴向移动,其特征在于:所述活塞为锥形活塞,所述活塞的内腔中装有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧的一端与顶杆相连,另一端与顶盖相连;所述输入端开有至少2个径向槽,所述径向槽中装有与活塞表面形状相配合、能做径向移动的斜块,所述斜块中装有能够绕自身轴线旋转的滚柱,所述斜块与滚柱由扭转弹簧保持在所述径向槽中;所述输出端的内腔包括至少2段曲线,每段曲线包括与所述滚柱半径相等的A弧线和与所述A弧线部分相切且曲率半径逐渐变大的B曲线部分。
