本发明是一种汽车前桥轮毂密封装置，属汽车密封装置，其特征是：在轮毂内孔的左端段上开设带内止口台阶的左内止口面，在此左内止口面上呈过渡配合嵌装轮毂盖，该轮毂盖为盖面的中部朝右内凹且带有中心内螺纹座圈的空腔圆盆形件，在此中心内螺纹座圈上旋装防尘螺塞，在此轮毂盖的外圆周面的右端段上车削带外止口台阶的右外止口面，该轮毂盖上的右外止口面与轮毂上的左内止口面对应呈过渡配合嵌装，该右外止口面的宽度可为10-30mm，在该轮毂盖上的右外止口面上开设矩形环槽，在此矩形环槽中嵌装密封圈，将轮毂盖上装好密封圈的右外止口面段嵌入轮毂上的左内止口面段中，二者紧密配合，密封效果好，不易产生漏油，且拆装方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明属汽车密封装置，尤其是涉及一种汽车前桥的密封装置。
技术背景
现有汽车前桥轮毂密封装置，一般都采用钢板冲压的轮毂盖，并在轮毂上开螺孔安装轮毂盖，利用轮毂的端面进行密封，但往往这种轮毂盖安装后容易变形，导致轮毂密封不严而产生漏油，同时，由于在轮毂上开孔，降低了轮毂的强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种汽车前桥轮毂密封装置，不但重量轻，密封效果好，不易漏油，且拆装方便快捷。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的，一种汽车前桥轮毂密封装置，包括轮毂，其特征是：在轮毂内孔(用于安装双列向心滚柱轴承的轴承孔)的左端段上开设带内止口台阶的左内止口面，在此左内止口面上呈过渡配合嵌装轮毂盖，该轮毂盖为盖面的中部朝右内凹且带有中心内螺纹座圈的空腔圆盆形件，该轮毂盖可为铝铸件，在此中心内螺纹座圈上旋装防尘螺塞，该螺塞可为塑料螺塞，此外，在此轮毂盖的外圆周面的右端段上车削带外止口台阶的右外止口面，该轮毂盖上的右外止口面与轮毂上的左内止口面对应呈过渡配合嵌装，该右外止口面的宽度可为10-30mm，同时，在该轮毂盖上的右外止口面上开设矩形环槽，在此矩形环槽中嵌装密封圈，该密封圈可为O形密封圈，将轮毂盖上装好O形密封圈的右外止口面段嵌入轮毂上的左内止口面段中，二者紧密配合，密封效果好，不易产生漏油，且拆装方便快捷。
本发明所提出的汽车前桥轮毂密封装置，结构合理，使用可靠，提高了轮毂的强度，且密封效果好，同时安装拆卸方便、快捷。
现结合附图和实施例对本发明所提出的汽车前桥轮毂密封装置作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
从图1、图2中可以看出：一种汽车前桥轮毂密封装置，包括轮毂1，其特征是：在轮毂1内孔(用于安装双列向心滚柱轴承的轴承孔)的左端段上开设带内止口台阶的左内止口面，在此左内止口面上呈过渡配合嵌装轮毂盖3，该轮毂盖3为盖面的中部朝右内凹且带有中心内螺纹座圈7的空腔圆盆形件，该轮毂盖3可为铝铸件，在此中心内螺纹座圈7上旋装防尘螺塞4，该螺塞4可为塑料螺塞，此外，在此轮毂盖3的外圆周面的右端段上车削带外止口台阶的右外止口面5，该轮毂盖3上的右外止口面5与轮毂1上的左内止口面对应呈过渡配合嵌装，该右外止口面5的宽度可为10-30mm，同时，在该轮毂盖3上的右外止口面5上开设矩形环槽6，在此矩形环槽6中嵌装密封圈2，该密封圈2可为O形密封圈，将轮毂盖3上装好O形密封圈的右外止口面段嵌入轮毂1上的左内止口面段中，二者紧密配合，密封效果好，不易产生漏油，且拆装方便快捷。

Claims (4)

1.一种汽车前桥轮毂密封装置，包括轮毂(1)，其特征是：在轮毂1内孔的左端段上开设带内止口台阶的左内止口面，在此左内止口面上呈过渡配合嵌装轮毂盖(3)，该轮毂盖(3)为盖面的中部朝右内凹且带有中心内螺纹座圈(7)的空腔圆盆形件，在此中心内螺纹座圈(7)上旋装防尘螺塞(4)，在此轮毂盖(3)的外圆周面的右端段上车削带外止口台阶的右外止口面(5)，该轮毂盖(3)上的右外止口面(5)与轮毂(1)上的左内止口面对应呈过渡配合，该右外止口面(5)的宽度为10-30mm，在该轮毂盖(3)上的右外止口面(5)上开设矩形环槽(6)，在此矩形环槽(6)中嵌装密封圈(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前桥轮毂密封装置，其特征在于该密封圈(2)为O形密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前桥轮毂密封装置，其特征在于该轮毂盖(3)为铝铸件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前桥轮毂密封装置，其特征在于该螺塞(4)为塑料螺塞。
