Abstract

本发明是一种用工业废料代替粘土制砖的新方法,属于建筑材料领域。本发明是用粉煤灰和白灰粉或电石渣配料,用硅酸钠溶液处理的制砖新方法。
本发明成本低,工艺简单,不需烧结和蒸养,用化学方法自然养生而成的,节约煤炭,既能化害为利变废为宝,又能产生很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Description

本发明涉及一种粉煤灰砖的生产方法,属于工业、民业建筑材料的生产。
目前,用粉煤灰代替粘土配料生产砖的技术已有,尽管某些工业废料的化学成份组成适合制砖,但也不能全部代替粘土原料,一般需要烧制而成,工艺复杂,造价高,浪费燃料,砖的强度不高。
本发明的目的在于避免上述技术中的不足之处,而提供一种工艺简单,全部用工业废料代替粘土,并用化学方法处理的制砖新方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:本发明是由粉煤灰和白灰粉或电石渣代替全部粘土配料,另加入适量水,搅拌轧制成型,成型后须经过硅酸钠溶液浸渍处理,制成高强粉煤灰砖。用粉煤灰和白灰粉代替粘土砖的配料比是(重量百分比)下同:粉煤灰60%-80%;白灰粉20%-40%。两种原料混合后,送入碾轮式混砂机中进行充分搅拌,在搅拌时要另加适量的水,搅拌时间为7-10分钟,搅拌均匀后,经输送皮带给料到制砖机轧制,轧制出的砖为半成品,干燥后再用浓度为3-8%的硅酸钠溶液浸渍处理,处理时间在10-30小时。如用粉煤灰和电石渣制砖,其配比为:粉煤灰60-80%,电石渣20-40%,其它方法与粉煤灰和白灰粉配料制砖相同。
本发明不用烧制和蒸养,而用化学方法处理。采用的粉煤灰、白灰粉与电石渣产地:唐山,其化学成份见下表:

本发明下面结合实施例作进一步详述:
首先把粉煤灰和白灰粉或电石渣混合搅拌,在搅拌时另加 入适量水,搅拌均匀后,经输送皮带给料到砖机轧制,轧制成型。干燥后用硅酸钠溶液浸渍处理,即成产品。
实施例1:使用本发明的方法制砖,其原料配比为75%重量的粉煤灰,25%重量的白灰粉,另加适量水,搅拌轧制成型后,再用浓度为3-8%的硅酸钠溶液浸渍处理,最佳的硅酸钠溶液浓度是4%,浸渍处理时间10-30小时为宜,最佳时间为20-24小时。
实施例2:使用本发明的方法制砖,其原料配比为75%重量的粉煤灰,25%重量的电石渣,另加适量水,搅拌轧制成型后,再用3-8%的硅酸钠溶液浸渍处理,最佳的硅酸钠溶液浓度是4%,浸渍处理时间10-30小时为宜,最佳浸渍时间是20-24小时。
本发明相比原有技术具有以下优点:
节约原料、成本低,砖的强度高,不怕盐、碱浸渍,制砖不需烧结和蒸养,节约煤炭,减轻劳动强度,工艺简单,既能化害为利变废为宝,又能产生很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Claims (2)

1、一种粉煤灰砖的生产方法,其原料组成按重量配比,粉煤灰含量60-80%、白灰或电石渣含量20-40%,其生产工艺为原料混合,加水搅拌、成型、干燥,其特征在于:
a、粉煤灰、白灰粉或电石渣按比例配制后,送入混砂机中进行混合搅拌7-10分钟,搅拌时加入适量的水,搅拌均匀后送入轧砖机轧制成型;
b、干燥后的砖坯放入浓度为3-8%的硅酸钠水溶液中浸渍处理,处理时间为10-24小时。
2、根据权利要求1所述的粉煤灰砖的生产方法,其特征在于浸渍液的最佳浓度为4%。
