Abstract

本发明公开了一种导热油加热辊,结构中包括辊轴和轴套,轴套套装在辊轴的外圆周上,在辊轴的外圆周上设置有螺旋槽构成的油路,油路的进油口和出油口分别设置在辊轴的两个端面上,所述油路为双螺旋槽交叉排布构成的反向双油路;同时,所述辊轴内部两端分别设置一环形油路。本发明应用于电池极片的轧制工艺,能够保证辊轴辊面热变形的均匀性,保持辊面的良好直线度,提高电池极片的轧制质量,同时能够增加辊轴辊面有效使用宽度。

一种导热油加热辊
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导热油加热辊,尤其是一种用于电池极片轧制的导热油加热辊。
背景技术
参看附图1、2,目前的导热油加热辊为单进单出循环油路,相对辊面宽度上进油端会比出油端温度略高,因此在辊面B、C之间会出现相对较大的凸度,而且A与D、B与C不对等,从而对辊面的直线度造成不良影响,无法满足电池极片轧制工艺的高精度要求;另外,由于辊轴两端面散热面积相对较大,辊面两端的温度会相对偏低,热膨胀偏小,辊面塌角宽度A、D段较宽,从而减小了辊面的有效使用宽度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种导热油加热辊,应用于电池极片的轧制工艺,能够保证辊轴辊面热变形的均匀性,保持辊面的良好直线度,提高电池极片的轧制质量,同时能够增加辊轴辊面有效使用宽度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种导热油加热辊,包括辊轴和轴套,轴套套装在辊轴的外圆周上,在辊轴的外圆周上设置有螺旋槽构成的油路,油路的进油口和出油口分别设置在辊轴的两个端面上,所述油路为双螺旋槽交叉排布构成的反向双油路。
作为对本发明的改进,所述反向双油路的两个进油口Ⅰ和两个出油口Ⅰ分别交叉设置在所述辊轴的两个端面上。
作为对本发明的改进,所述辊轴靠近两端部的外圆周上分别各设置一环形油路。
作为对本发明的改进,所述两个环形油路的进油口Ⅱ和出油口Ⅱ各自位于所述辊轴的一侧端面上。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本发明中间部分为两个方向相反的螺旋循环油路,辊轴两端均有一个进油口和一个出油口,进出油温度叠加后使得辊轴轴向温度一致,保证了辊面热变形的均匀性和辊面良好的直线度;本发明的两端设有两个独立的环形循环油路,提高了辊面两端的加热能效,从而弥补了辊轴两端面的热散失,减小了辊面塌角的宽度,增加了辊面的有效使用宽度。

具体实施方式
参看附图1、2,现有的导热油加热辊为单进单出循环油路,相对辊面宽度上进油端会比出油端温度略高,因此在辊面B、C之间会出现相对较大的凸度,而且A与D、B与C不对等,从而对辊面的直线度造成不良影响,无法满足电池极片轧制工艺的高精度要求;另外,由于辊轴两端面散热面积相对较大,辊面两端的温度会相对偏低,热膨胀偏小,辊面塌角宽度A、D段较宽,从而减小了辊面的有效使用宽度。
参看附图3,本发明一个具体实施例的结构中包括辊轴1;辊轴1内部设置反向双油路2,此反向双油路2呈双螺旋反向交叉排布,反向双油路2的两个进油口Ⅰ21和两个出油口Ⅰ22交叉设置在所述辊轴1的两个端面上;辊轴1内部两端分别设置一环形油路3,两个环形油路3的进油口Ⅱ31和出油口Ⅱ32各自位于辊轴1的一侧端面上。
参看附图4,本发明的工作原理是:本发明辊轴1中间部分为两个方向相反的螺旋循环油路,辊轴1两端均有反向双油路2的一个进油口Ⅰ21和一个出油口Ⅰ22,进出油温度叠加后使得辊轴1轴向B段温度一致,保证了辊面热变形的均匀性和辊面良好的直线度;本发明的两端设有两个独立的环形油路3,提高了辊面两端的加热能效,从而弥补了辊轴两端面的热散失,减小了辊面塌角A、C的宽度,增加了辊面的有效使用宽度。
上述描述仅作为本发明可实施的技术方案提出,不作为对其技术方案本身的单一限制条件。

Claims (4)

1.一种导热油加热辊,包括辊轴(1)和轴套,轴套套装在辊轴(1)的外圆周上,在辊轴(1)的外圆周上设置有螺旋槽构成的油路,油路的进油口和出油口分别设置在辊轴(1)的两个端面上,其特征在于:所述油路为双螺旋槽交叉排布构成的反向双油路(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热油加热辊,其特征在于:所述反向双油路(2)的两个进油口Ⅰ(21)和两个出油口Ⅰ(22)分别交叉设置在所述辊轴(1)的两个端面上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种导热油加热辊,其特征在于:所述辊轴(1)靠近两端部的外圆周上分别各设置一环形油路(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种导热油加热辊,其特征在于:所述两个环形油路(3)的进油口Ⅱ(31)和出油口Ⅱ(32)各自位于所述辊轴(1)的一侧端面上。
