呈味核苷酸二钠在农业上的用途,它即可作为植物生长调节剂又可作为肥料促进植物生长。本发明的优点:呈味核苷酸二钠用于农产品:增产增收增效,增强抗性,改善和提高品质效果好;无毒、无害、无残留,无任何不良副作用;可广泛应用于粮、棉、油、烟、茶、果、菜、中药材、花卉、林木等植物和菌菇类产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种呈味核苷酸二钠在农业上的用途,属农业技术领域。
背景技术
5’-呈味核苷酸二钠(Disodium 5’-ribonucleotide)由酵母所得核酸分解、分离制得;或由发酵法制取。因本品主要由5’-鸟苷酸二钠和5’-肌苷酸二钠组成,其性状也与之相似,为白色至米黄色结晶或粉末,无臭,味鲜,与谷氨酸钠合用有显著的协同作用,鲜度大增。溶于水,微溶于乙醇和乙醚。5’尿苷酸二钠和5’胞苷酸二钠的呈味力较弱。现作为增味剂(鲜味剂)和调味品使用。我国《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》规定:可在各类食品中按生产需要适量使用。本品常与谷氨酸钠合用,其用量约为味精的2%~10%,可与其他多种成分合用,如一种复合鲜味剂组分的味精88%、呈味核苷酸8%、柠檬酸4%;另一组分为味精41%、呈味核苷酸2%、水解动物蛋白56%、琥珀酸二钠1%。经检索呈味核苷酸二钠在农业上的用途,未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供呈味核苷酸二钠在农业上的用途。
本发明是这样实现的:
呈味核苷酸二钠在农业上的用途,它即可作为植物生长调节剂又可作为肥料促进植物生长。
呈味核苷酸二钠在农业上的用途,它配合味精可进一步作为植物生长调节剂和营养素应用。
呈味核苷酸二钠在农业上的用途,其特征在于:它配合葡萄糖、氨基酸、大中微量元素可进一步促进植物生长、提供营养、改善和提高品质。
呈味核苷酸二钠在农业上的用途,其特征在于:它的一次喷施用量每亩植物2-10克。
理论上说:核酸是构成生命的基础物质,是物质代谢和能量代谢的基础,核酸的性质及数量的差异能导致生物种类和生长状态的多样性。对于同种类的生命体来说,核酸的数量及存在形式的不同决定了该生命体的强弱旺衰。因此,核酸物质对于农作物乃至整个植物界生产中的产量提高和产品品质改善有着不可替代的作用;核苷、核苷酸、嘧啶及嘌呤等核酸小分子特别是几种核苷酸盐和脱氧核苷酸盐及其配合,不但可以非常有效地调节植物的生长,又可以作为营养源被植物迅速吸收,增强植株根系活力,提高植株抗逆能力,从而提高作物的产量、改善产品品质。核酸小分子对植物具有增强根系活力,提高根部对磷、钾肥的吸收;提高农作物苹果酸酶和琥珀酸酶的活性,促进植株的同化能力,增强光合作用的强度,对植物生长具有调节和营养作用。呈味核苷酸二钠由5’-鸟苷酸二钠和5’-肌苷酸二钠组成,更能针对一部分农产品,效果更好。
本发明的优点:
呈味核苷酸二钠用于农产品:增产增收增效,增强抗性,改善和提高品质效果好;无毒、无害、无残留,无任何不良副作用;可广泛应用于粮、棉、油、烟、茶、果、菜、中药材、花卉、林木等植物和菌菇类产品。
具体实施方式
实施例1:取呈味核苷酸二钠3克,增容剂(水溶性物质)17克,兑水30升,在初花期和盛花各配一次,各喷施一亩小麦,小麦可增产16-22%。
实施例2:取呈味核苷酸二钠4克,增容剂(水溶性物质)味精16克,兑水30升,在初花期和盛花各配一次,各喷施一亩水稻,水稻可增产18-24%。
实施例3:取呈味核苷酸二钠3克,增容剂(水溶性物质)葡萄糖17克,兑水30升,在初花期和盛花各配一次,各喷施一亩棉花,皮棉可增产20%左右。
实施例4:取呈味核苷酸二钠4克,增容剂(水溶性物质)葡萄糖16克,兑水30升,在苗期、初花期和盛花期各配一次,各喷施一亩烟叶,烟叶可增产25%左右,质量提高一个等级。
实施例5:取呈味核苷酸二钠3克,增容剂(水溶性物质)葡萄糖17克,兑水15升,在初花期和盛花期各配一次,各喷施一亩朝天椒,朝天椒可增产50-80%,颜色和味道加重。
实施例6:取呈味核苷酸二钠3克,增容剂(水溶性物质)葡萄糖17克,兑水30升,在出菇期和成长期各配一次,各喷施一亩蘑菇,蘑菇可增产40-80%。
实施例7:取呈味核苷酸二钠5克,增容剂(水溶性物质)葡萄糖10克、味精5克,兑水30升,在出芽期喷施一亩茶叶,茶叶可增产20以上,质量提高一个等级。
实施例8:取呈味核苷酸二钠4克,增容剂(水溶性物质)葡萄糖10克、味精6克,兑水30升,在苗期、初花期和盛花期各配一次,各喷施一亩草莓,草莓可增产38%左右,味道好。
实施例9:取呈味核苷酸二钠4克,增容剂(水溶性物质)葡萄糖10克、味精6克,兑水30升,在每年的苗期、初花期和盛花期各配一次,各喷施一亩白芍,白芍可增产28%左右。
实施例10:取呈味核苷酸二钠6克,增容剂(水溶性物质)葡萄糖12克、味精6克、微量元素6克,兑水30升,在每年的出芽期、初花期和盛花期各配一次,各喷施一亩菊花,菊花可增产20%左右。
