背景技术
烟叶的生长离不开补充营养,目前,公知的肥料都是使用在种植范围很广的通用肥料即使针对粮食作物、果树、烟草、花卉方面的肥料,主要靠施氮、磷、钾肥料和有机肥料及中微量元素来促进生长,现有的肥料存在喷施后对烟叶的产量提高有限,不能提高上等烟和中等烟的比例,对烟叶的品质改善不大,使用量大、价格高的问题
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种烟叶生长素,对烟叶的产量提高较大,能提高上等烟和中等烟的比例,对烟叶的品质改善效果好,生产成本低。
本发明是这样实现的,一种烟叶生长素,它主要由混合核苷酸盐、葡萄糖组成,其重量百分比为:核苷酸盐10-30%,葡萄糖90-70%。
烟叶生长素,优选配方重量百分比为:混合核苷酸盐15-25%,葡萄糖85-75%。
烟叶生长素,混合核苷酸盐是指:核糖核酸碱水解后得到的:四种5′-混合核苷酸的钠盐或钾盐。
在本发明中,核苷酸盐主要是指:5′-腺苷酸二钠或钾,5′-鸟腺苷酸二钠或钾,5′-胞苷酸二钠或钾,5′-尿苷酸二钠或钾四种5′-混合核苷酸的钠盐或钾盐;葡萄糖又名右旋糖,分子式为C6H12O6,白色结晶粉末,溶于水;混合核苷酸盐,不但可以非常有效地调节植物的生长,又可以作为营养源被植物迅速吸收,增强植株根系活力,提高植株抗逆能力,从而提高作物的产量、改善产品品质。核苷酸小分子对植物具有增强根系活力,提高根部对营养的吸收。
本发明的优点是:对烟叶的产量提高较大,能提高上等烟和中等烟的比例,对烟叶的品质改善效果好,生产成本低。用量少,工艺简单,易于规模化生产和推广;它相互配合比例合理,针对性强,无毒、无害、无残留,无任何不良副作用;增产、增收、增效,增强抗性,改善和提高品质效果好。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:称取3克核苷酸盐,葡萄糖17克,将核苷酸盐粉碎,过200目筛,加入葡萄糖混合均匀,即得生长素。
实施例2:称取5克核苷酸盐,葡萄糖20克,将核苷酸盐粉碎,过200目筛,加入葡萄糖混合均匀,即得生长素。
实施例3:称取9克核苷酸盐,葡萄糖21克,将核苷酸盐粉碎,过200目筛,加入葡萄糖混合均匀,即得生长素。
在烟草上的应用
喷施三次,第一次为苗期,使用20克生长素,兑水30升,喷施一亩烟叶;第二次初花期用40克生长素,兑水40升,均匀喷施在一亩烟叶上;第三次为盛花期,在第二次喷施后6天用30克兑水40升,均匀喷施。
试验的两个小区比对照空白组增产10.2%-11.3%。同时喷施后的烟叶能提高上等烟和中等烟的比例,上等烟的比例为31.2%,比对照组提高3.08%,中等烟的比例为52.6%,比对照组提高14.37%。
促进田间烟株的生产有较好的效果,表现为叶面积、茎粗、株高都比对照组增长,叶片较厚,叶色较深,且叶片较卷曲,似有泡状凸起,叶绿素含量有一定增加。烟叶成熟期退膘落黄稍为迟缓,干物质增多,以致大田生育期稍微延长。对上等烟提高3.15%,中等烟提高8.88%,下等烟则下降40.5%。
分析烟叶化学成分的结果显示:糖分含量、全氮、蛋白质的含量均在适宜范围,烟碱低于对照组,钾、氯的含量高于对照组,有利于品质的改善。

1.一种烟叶生长素,其特征是:它由混合核苷酸盐、葡萄糖组成,其重量百分比为:核苷酸盐10-30%,葡萄糖90-70%,所述混合核苷酸盐是指:核糖核酸碱水解后得到的:5′ - 腺苷酸二钠或钾,5′ - 鸟腺苷酸二钠或钾,5′ - 胞苷酸二钠或钾,5′ - 尿苷酸二钠或钾,四种5 - 混合核苷酸的钠盐或钾盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述烟叶生长素,其特征是:优选配方重量百分比为:混合核苷酸盐15-25%,葡萄糖85-75%。
