技术领域
本发明涉及一种促进根茎类中药材生长的营养素及其制备方法,特别是一种药用植物的根茎生产中需要的肥料。
背景技术
中药材产业是药农增收的一大产业,大力发展中药材产业,促进中药材增产增收,是我国中药材科学家关注研究的问题,中药材特别是根类中药材的生长离不开补充营养,目前,公知的肥料都是使用在种植范围很广的通用肥料或者针对粮食作物、果树、烟草、花卉方面的肥料即使现在的药材肥料,主要靠施氮、磷、钾肥料和有机肥料及中微量元素来促进生长,中国专利公开(公开号CN 1900028A)公开了一种中药材专用肥料它采用调整大中微量元素配比不同,以适应不同的中药材,它仍然是一种常规肥料,存在施用过多的肥料对中药材的品质风味影响很大,不利于绿色农业的发展和食品安全及环保,元素配比不合理、针对性不强,易造成中药材污染,量大、价高的问题
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种促进根茎类中药材生长的营养素及其制备方法,它生产成本低,用量少,工艺简单,易于规模化生产和推广;它相互配合比例合理,针对性强,无毒、无害、无残留,无任何不良副作用;增产、增收、增效,增强抗性,改善和提高品质效果好;
本发明是这样实现的,促进根茎类中药材生长的营养素,它主要由核苷酸盐、葡萄糖和中微量元素组成,其重量百分比为:核苷酸盐10-30%,葡萄糖40-80%,中微量元素10-30%。
一种促进根茎类中药材生长的营养素,优选配方重量百分比为:核苷酸盐15-20%,葡萄糖60-70%,中微量元素15-20%。
促进根茎类中药材生长的营养素的制备方法,其特征是:将核苷酸盐,中微量元素粉碎,过200目筛,然后和葡萄糖混合均匀。
在本发明中,核苷酸盐主要是指:5′-腺苷酸二钠或钾,5′-鸟腺苷酸二钠或钾,5′-胞苷酸二钠或钾,5′-尿苷酸二钠或钾四种5′-混合核苷酸的钠盐或钾盐;葡萄糖又名右旋糖,分子式为C6H1206,白色结晶粉末,溶于水;中微量元素是Mn、Mo、Fe、Mg:、Zn中微量元素比例为Mn∶Mo∶Fe∶Mg∶Zn=2∶1∶2∶1∶2。核苷酸盐,不但可以非常有效地调节植物的生长,又可以作为营养源被植物迅速吸收,增强植株根系活力,提高植株抗逆能力,从而提高作物的产量、改善产品品质。核苷酸小分子对植物具有增强根系活力,提高根部对营养的吸收。
本发明的优点是:它生产成本低,用量少,工艺简单,易于规模化生产和推广;它相互配合比例合理,针对性强,无毒、无害、无残留,无任何不良副作用;增产、增收、增效,增强抗性,对根茎类中药材有增产增收和改善品质的作用。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:称取3克核苷酸盐,葡萄糖15克,中微量元素2克,将核苷酸盐、中微量元素粉碎,过200目筛,加入葡萄糖混合均匀,即得营养素。
实施例2:称取5克核苷酸盐,葡萄糖20克,中微量元素5克,将核苷酸盐、中微量元素粉碎,过200目筛,加入葡萄糖混合均匀,即得营养素。
实施例3:称取9克核苷酸盐,葡萄糖15克,中微量元素6克,将核苷酸盐、中微量元素粉碎,过200目筛,加入葡萄糖混合均匀,即得营养素。
1、白芍:喷施两次,第一次为初花期用20克营养素,兑水30公斤,均匀喷施在一亩白芍上。第二次为盛花期,在第~次喷施后7天用20克兑水20公斤,均匀喷施在一亩白芍上即可(每年喷施2次,亩增产200公斤左右增产21.6%)。
2、白芷:喷施两次,第一次在蕾期也可以初花期,用6克营养素每3克兑水18公斤,均匀喷施在一亩白芷上。第二次盛花期用3克兑水36公斤均匀喷施在一亩白芷上即可(亩增产16.2%)。
3、丹参:喷施两次,每次用6克,每3克兑水18公斤,喷施一亩丹参上,喷施时间于6月间进行第一次喷施,7月间进行第二次喷施,亩增产120公斤。
4、大青根:在收获前2月天喷施一次,每包兑水18公斤,喷施1亩地大青根。增产30%~40%。

1.一种促进根茎类中药材生长的营养素 ,其特征是它由核苷酸盐、葡萄糖和中微量元素组成,其重量百分比为:核苷酸盐10-30% ,葡萄糖40-80%,中微量元素10-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种促进根茎类中药材生长的营养素 ,其特征是优选配方重量百分比为:核苷酸盐15-20% ,葡萄糖60-70%,中微量元素15-20%。
3.一种权利要求1所述的促进根茎类中药材生长的营养素的制备方法 ,其特征是:将核苷酸盐 ,中微量元素粉碎,过200目筛,然后和葡萄糖混合均匀。
