Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型预应力隔热油管。主要解决现有的隔热油管存在真空度下降及真空隔热系统易破坏的问题。其特征在于:所述内管(3)的一端扩口后焊接在外管(2)内部,内管(3)预伸长后另一端通过调整焊环(5)与外管(2)焊接,内管(3)与外管(2)形成的环腔内有隔热套筒(4);所述的隔热套筒(4)由至少3层钢筒组成,内层及中间层钢筒外壁缠绕有金属泊,钢筒的端部焊接。该隔热油管具有真空度高、隔热等级高、使用寿命长的特点,并且其隔热套筒可重复使用,节约了材料。

Description

一种新型预应力隔热油管
技术领域
 本发明石油机械技术领域,特别涉及一种稠油热采用预应力隔热油管。
背景技术
国内现有预应力隔热油管隔热系统都是通过在隔热管内外管之间添加铝箔、玻璃丝布、吸气剂等材料,并进行抽空,来达到隔热和保温作用,隔热管的视导热系数一般大于0.003w/m℃。蒸汽驱、SAGD采油工艺对隔热管隔热性能、使用寿命提出了更高的要求,现有隔热油管用于蒸汽驱井连续注汽时使用寿命都在2年左右,影响油井正常生产。
发明内容
为了克服现有的隔热油管存在真空度下降及真空隔热系统易破坏的不足,本发明提供一种新型预应力隔热油管,该隔热油管具有真空度高、隔热等级高、使用寿命长的特点,并且其隔热套筒可重复使用,节约了材料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种新型预应力隔热油管,包括外管、内管,所述内管的一端扩口后焊接在外管内部,内管的另一端预伸长后通过调整焊环与外管焊接,内管与外管形成的环腔内有隔热套筒;所述的隔热套筒由至少3层钢筒组成,内层及中间层钢筒外壁缠绕有金属泊,钢筒的端部焊接。
所述的隔热套筒轴向由若干段套筒单体相互插接连接而成。 
本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,内管与外管之间有隔热套筒,并且隔热套筒由若干个钢筒组成,钢筒之间的环空部分抽真空并添加吸气剂,使其与普通隔热油管相比,真空度更高,除最外层以外的各层钢筒外壁缠绕有金属泊,可增强隔热效果,隔热性能更好,可满足特殊工况的要求,延长隔热油管的使用寿命,并且隔热套筒可重复使用,节约成本。

具体实施方式: 
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1所示,一种新型预应力隔热油管,包括外管2、内管3,所述内管3的一端墩粗扩口后焊接在外管2内部,内管3预伸长后另一端通过调整焊环5与外管2焊接,内管3与外管2形成的环腔内有隔热套筒4;所述的隔热套筒4由至少3层钢筒组成,各层钢筒的端部焊接,可以直接焊接或通过连接件焊接,钢筒之间形成至少2层环空,环空部分抽真空并添加吸气剂,使真空度小于0.1Pa。隔热套筒4的钢筒的数量也可以大于3层,则其形成的环空数量更多,内层及各中间层钢筒外壁上缠绕有金属泊,增强隔热效果,使隔热性能更好,为增加强度,钢筒上可加工一些环形的凸起;隔热套筒4的长度可由一节或多节套筒单体组成,各套筒单体之间插接连接,即各层钢管相互插接,可根据需要进行调整。
该新型预应力隔热油管加工时内管3的一端墩粗并扩口,其外径与外管2内径形成配合,进行环焊连接在一起,再将隔热套筒4套装在内管3上,用调整焊环5调整轴向方向长度后进行焊接。该新型预应力隔热油管与普通隔热油管相比,真空度更高,隔热性能更好,可满足特殊工况的要求;并且省去缠绕等工艺,降低按劳付酬强度、减少污染;同时延长使用寿命,由普通隔热油管的2年提高至7-9年;内部的隔热套筒4可重复使用,节约成本。

Claims (2)

1.一种新型预应力隔热油管,包括外管(2)、内管(3),其特征在于:所述内管(3)的一端扩口后焊接在外管(2)内部,内管(3)预伸长后另一端通过调整焊环(5)与外管(2)焊接,内管(3)与外管(2)形成的环腔内有隔热套筒(4);所述的隔热套筒(4)由至少3层钢筒组成,内层及中间层钢筒外壁缠绕有金属泊,钢筒的端部焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型预应力隔热油管,其特征在于:所述的隔热套筒(4)轴向由若干段套筒单体相互插接连接而成。
