技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种稠油热采井注蒸汽过程中应用的隔热油管,尤其是一种内加厚隔热油管。
背景技术
隔热油管是油田稠油注蒸汽开发过程中必不可少的产品,现有隔热油管技术主要应用于井深低于1400m的注汽井,由于水平井存在井眼轨迹弯曲、交变载荷变化大等不利因素,水平井注蒸汽时,常规隔热油管丝扣根部易断裂,造成事故,目前尚无解决此项问题的产品。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出能够适应井深小于1800m水平井注汽要求的内加厚隔热油管,提高注汽安全性,本实用新型不仅适用于水平井,也可应用于斜井和直井。
本实用新型的内加厚隔热油管具有一个接箍,一个固连在所述接箍下端的外管,所述外管两端车螺纹公扣,所述外管两端车螺纹部分内加厚;一个固连在所述外管内的内管,所述内管两端扩喇叭口形状;一个固连在所述外管内、内管外的复合隔热层,所述复合隔热层至少包含一层防传导隔热层和一层防辐射隔热层。
本实用新型能够提高隔热油管柱强度,对以前不能动用的井深在1400m~1800m的深层稠油油藏进行蒸汽吞吐开发。

具体实施方式
由附图1所示,本实施例中的内加厚隔热油管包括一个接箍1,一个固连在所述接箍下端的外管2,所述外管2两端车螺纹公扣,所述外管两端车螺纹部分内加厚;一个固连在所述外管2内的内管3,所述内管3两端扩喇叭口形状;一个固连在所述外管2内、内管3外的复合隔热层,所述复合隔热层至少包含一层防传导隔热层4和一层防辐射隔热层5。
在稠油井注汽作业中,将内加厚隔热管由油层连接到井口,内加厚隔热油管中的内加厚部分提高了内加厚隔热油管的整体抗拉强度,降低了内加厚隔热油管断裂风险,然后由井口向内加厚隔热油管中注入高温蒸汽,高温蒸汽经过内加厚隔热油管到达油层,内加厚隔热油管中的防传导隔热层和防辐射隔热层可保证高温蒸汽在经过内加厚隔热油管时,仅有少部分的热量散失,大部分热量进入油层。

1、内加厚隔热油管,由接箍、外管、内管、复合隔热层组成,其特征在于包含一个接箍,一个固连在所述接箍下端的外管,所述外管两端车螺纹公扣;一个固连在所述外管内的内管,所述内管两端扩喇叭口形状;一个固连在所述外管内、内管外的复合隔热层,所述复合隔热层至少包含一层防传导隔热层和一层防辐射隔热层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的内加厚隔热油管,其特征在于所述外管两端车削偏梯形螺纹部分内加厚。
