本发明涉及一种半自动毛巾纵裁机。
背景技术
随着中国人口高峰红利的逐步消失，人工成本已步入快速上升通道。毛巾行业的缝前纵向开裁一直以来都习用人工开剪的方式，劳动强度大、效率低、质量难以保证，甚至出现岗位招工困难的局面。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种机构合理，降低劳动强度和用工，大幅提升毛巾纵裁效率和质量的半自动毛巾纵裁机。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种半自动毛巾纵裁机，其特征是：包括机架，机架上装进布架、出布架，在进布架一侧设置开裁机构；所述开裁机构包括与机架连接的导轨，导轨上装移动装置，移动装置上装手动控制移动装置位置的微调手柄，移动装置与气压伸缩臂连接，气压伸缩臂下端与电动裁切机构连接。
电动裁切机构包括与气压伸缩臂连接的电机架，电机架上装驱动电机，驱动电机输出轴与圆刀连接。
在进布架后设置将开裁后形成的毛绒吸附的吸花绒装置。
吸花绒装置包括与吸风机构连接的吸绒辊，吸绒辊上开设有与开裁后的毛巾正对的吸绒槽，吸绒槽是沿吸绒辊长度方向设置的狭长槽。
本发明结构合理，能有效降低劳动强度和用工，大幅提升毛巾纵裁效率和质量。

具体实施方式
一种半自动毛巾纵裁机，包括机架1，机架上装进布架2、出布架3，在进布架一侧设置开裁机构；所述开裁机构包括与机架连接的导轨5，导轨上装移动装置6，移动装置上装手动控制移动装置位置的微调手柄7，移动装置与气压伸缩臂8连接，气压伸缩臂下端与电动裁切机构连接。
电动裁切机构包括与气压伸缩臂连接的电机架9，电机架上装驱动电机10，驱动电机输出轴与圆刀4连接。
在进布架后设置将开裁后形成的毛绒吸附的吸花绒装置。吸花绒装置包括与吸风机构连接的吸绒辊12，吸绒辊上开设有与开裁后的毛巾正对的吸绒槽11，吸绒槽是沿吸绒辊长度方向设置的狭长槽。出布架装有导布辊摆动落布器，满足开裁后坯巾顺利摆入周转车。

1. 一种半自动毛巾纵裁机，其特征是：包括机架，机架上装进布架、出布架，在进布架一侧设置开裁机构；所述开裁机构包括与机架连接的导轨，导轨上装移动装置，移动装置上装手动控制移动装置位置的微调手柄，移动装置与气压伸缩臂连接，气压伸缩臂下端与电动裁切机构连接；在进布架后设置将开裁后形成的毛绒吸附的吸花绒装置，吸花绒装置包括与吸风机构连接的吸绒辊，吸绒辊上开设有与开裁后的毛巾正对的吸绒槽，吸绒槽是沿吸绒辊长度方向设置的狭长槽。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的半自动毛巾纵裁机，其特征是：电动裁切机构包括与气压伸缩臂连接的电机架，电机架上装驱动电机，驱动电机输出轴与圆刀连接。
