技术领域
本发明涉及一种等离子钎焊机的辅助设备,是一种简单、方便、节能、成本低廉的综合性设备。
背景技术
等离子钎焊机是代替燃气和氧气的新型钎焊节能设备,而现今的工作需要冷却机、焊剂发生器和空压机的辅助,给等离子钎焊使用推广带来不便。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题,在于提供一种简单、方便、节能、成本低廉的简易钎焊冷却汽化机,本简易钎焊冷却汽化机由冷却装置、汽化装置和电机组成。
冷却装置由热水管5、汽化盘管4、散热腔11、散热管12、散热离心风机2、水箱14、水泵泵头进水管15、水泵泵头16和出水管6组成。
汽化装置由进气管9、单向阀10、汽化罐体7、汽化盘管4、泄压阀17和出气管8组成。
本发明的简易钎焊冷却汽化机,有以下优点:

具体实施方法
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明
由图1、图2所示,本发明是由冷却装置、汽化装置和电机组成。冷却水加入水箱14;钎焊助焊剂加入汽化罐7。
工作时,在电机1作用下,热水从热水管5,进入汽化罐7内汽化盘管4帮助钎焊助焊剂汽化散热后,直接进入水箱14的散热腔11底部进水口3里,离心风机2的风自下而上从空心的散热管12内壁吹过,水和散热管12充分进行热交换,从散热腔11上部的溢水口13流到水箱14,再从水箱出水口15进入水泵泵头16,冷却水从出水管6进入等离子焊枪完成散热作用。
同时,外部气源从进气管9通过单向阀10进入钎焊助焊剂底部,同时在热的汽化盘管4作用下形成钎焊保护混合气体,从出气管8进入等离子焊枪,完成钎焊的保护作用。

Claims (5)

1.一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机,包括冷却装置,汽化装置和电机,其特征在于:冷却装置由电机驱动,汽化装置由外部气源和汽化盘管驱动;冷却装置由散热腔(11)、散热管(12)、离心风机(2)、溢水口(13)、水箱(14)、水泵泵头进水管(15)、水泵泵头(16)、电机(1)、冷水管(6)组成;汽化装置由进气管(9)、单向阀(10)、热水管(5)、汽化盘管(4)、汽化罐体(7)、泄压阀(17)和出气管(8)组成;电机(1)同时带动水泵泵头(16)和离心风机(2);汽化装置和冷却装置靠汽化盘管(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机,其特征在于:汽化盘管(4)在汽化罐体(7)内,同时起汽化钎焊助焊剂和冷却热水的作用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机,其特征在于:散热腔(11)在水箱(14)内部,腔体用隔热材料制作,底部有进水口(3),上部有溢水口(13)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机,其特征在于:散热腔(11)内有空心的散热管(12),散热的风自下而上从散热管(12)内壁吹过散热。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机,其特征在于:汽化罐体(7)安装有泄压阀(17),防止外部气源过大。
