本发明涉及一种等离子钎焊机的辅助设备，是一种简单、方便、节能、成本低廉的综合性设备。
背景技术
等离子钎焊机是代替燃气和氧气的新型钎焊节能设备，而现今的工作需要冷却机、焊剂发生器和空压机的辅助，给等离子钎焊使用推广带来不便。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题，在于提供一种简单、方便、节能、成本低廉的简易钎焊冷却汽化机，本简易钎焊冷却汽化机由冷却装置、汽化装置和电机组成。
冷却装置由热水管5、汽化盘管4、散热腔11、散热管12、散热离心风机2、水箱14、水泵泵头进水管15、水泵泵头16和出水管6组成。
汽化装置由进气管9、单向阀10、汽化罐体7、汽化盘管4、泄压阀17和出气管8组成。
本发明的简易钎焊冷却汽化机，有以下优点：
1.结构紧凑，节省空间；
2.操作简单，使用方便：
3.功能齐全，节能显著。

具体实施方法
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明
由图1、图2所示，本发明是由冷却装置、汽化装置和电机组成。冷却水加入水箱14；钎焊助焊剂加入汽化罐7。
工作时，在电机1作用下，热水从热水管5，进入汽化罐7内汽化盘管4帮助钎焊助焊剂汽化散热后，直接进入水箱14的散热腔11底部进水口3里，离心风机2的风自下而上从空心的散热管12内壁吹过，水和散热管12充分进行热交换，从散热腔11上部的溢水口13流到水箱14，再从水箱出水口15进入水泵泵头16，冷却水从出水管6进入等离子焊枪完成散热作用。
同时，外部气源从进气管9通过单向阀10进入钎焊助焊剂底部，同时在热的汽化盘管4作用下形成钎焊保护混合气体，从出气管8进入等离子焊枪，完成钎焊的保护作用。

1.一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机，包括冷却装置，汽化装置和电机，其特征在于：冷却装置由电机驱动，汽化装置由外部气源和汽化盘管驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机，其特征在于：冷却装置由热水管5、汽化盘管4、散热腔11、散热管12、离心风机2、溢水口13、水箱14、水泵泵头进水管15、水泵泵头16、电机1、冷水管6组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机，其特征在于：汽化装置由进气管9、单向阀10、汽化盘管4、汽化罐体7、泄压阀17和出气管8组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机，其特征在于：电机1同时带动水泵泵头16和离心风机2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机，其特征在于：汽化盘管4在汽化罐体7内，同时起汽化钎焊助焊剂和冷却热水的作用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机，其特征在于：散热腔11在水箱14内部，腔体用隔热材料制作，底部有进水口3，上部有溢水口13。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机，其特征在于：散热腔11内有空心的散热管12，散热的风自下而上从散热管12内壁吹过散热。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易钎焊冷却汽化机，其特征在于：汽化罐体7安装有泄压阀17，防止外部气源过大。
