一种乳液泵,包括泵体,其特征在于所述泵体内设有:一单向阀芯,可上下活动地设置在泵体中下部位,与泵体内侧壁间隙地配合构成下单向阀;一中空阀杆,阀杆的上端设有压头,压头上设有与阀杆连通的喷嘴,下端穿过套件后可上下活动地设置在泵体中,在阀杆与套件之间支撑有复位弹簧;一中空的阀针,阀针的中上部插置于阀杆内,阀针的中下部可上下活动地套置在单向阀芯上,在阀针的下端侧部开有出料口;一活塞,可活动地套置在阀针的下端出料口外侧与出料口配合,活塞的外壁与泵体的内壁紧贴,构成另一上单向阀;其有回吸功能的乳液泵,可以对压头内液体进行及时回吸,结构简单实用。

一种乳液泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳液泵,具体是一种带有回吸功能的乳液泵。
背景技术
传统的乳液泵一般都包括压头、喷嘴、泵体等,当按压压头时,液体被抽入泵体,经压头从喷嘴喷出,放开按压压头,在弹簧的作用下复位,但是残留在压头及喷嘴内的液体不会回吸,液体可能会从喷嘴往下滴,浪费较大,污染环境;并且留在压头中的液体与外界空气接触,有些配方的乳液中的水分会挥发,导致乳液硬化,堵塞喷管的喷嘴,影响乳液泵的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种带有回吸功能的乳液泵,可以对压头内液体进行及时回吸,结构简单实用。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种乳液泵,包括泵体,泵体的上端通过一套件固定在容器上,泵体的下端与吸管相连接,其特征在于:所述泵体内设有:
一单向阀芯,可上下活动地设置在泵体中下部位,与泵体内侧壁间隙地配合构成下单向阀;
一中空阀杆,阀杆的上端设有压头,压头上设有与阀杆连通的喷嘴,下端穿过套件后可上下活动地设置在泵体中,在阀杆与套件之间支撑有复位弹簧;
一中空的阀针,阀针的中上部插置于阀杆内,阀针的中下部可上下活动地套置在单向阀芯上,在阀针的下端侧部开有出料口;
一活塞,可活动地套置在阀针的下端出料口外侧与出料口配合,活塞的外壁与泵体的内壁紧贴,构成另一上单向阀;
在弹簧复位过程中,在阀针和单向阀芯形成一体积逐渐加大的回吸腔,在活塞下方的上单向阀与泵体内壁之间形成一储液腔。
作为改进,所述下单向阀的单向阀芯为杆状,单向阀芯下端与泵体的内壁之间是限位固定,并留有间隙。
作为改进,所述复位弹簧套置在阀杆上,复位弹簧的上端支撑在阀杆凸环下面,复位弹簧的下端支撑在套件环形凹槽中。
作为改进,所述阀杆的内壁上端成型有一环形凸起,所述阀针的上端外侧成型有相应环形的凹槽,所述阀针通过凹槽与环形凸起的配合设置在阀杆内。
进一步改进,所述阀针的内径成型为上段小下段大的结构,所述阀针的下端向外成型有环状的凸部,与泵体内台阶面配合,阀针的中下部内壁与单向阀芯之间衬有密封圈密封,并阀针内卡设有压环固定住上面的密封圈,在阀针的内腔中下段与单向阀芯之间形成回吸腔。
作为改进,所述活塞设于阀针的环状的凸部与阀杆之间,在静止状态时,活塞的下端与阀针的环状的凸部相抵,并与阀杆留有一定间距。
作为改进,所述泵体的上端和套件与容器口部之间衬有垫片密封。
最后,所述压头可上下活动的套置在套件的上端,在套件的上侧部可拆卸地套设有一环套作为开关。所述复位弹簧是外置的,装在阀杆和套件之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:在泵体内设置了一个可上下活动的阀芯,并在泵体内形成一回吸腔与储液腔,通过按压压头,使得在完成喷液的同时,实现压头内液体的及时回吸,不会造成液体漏滴,减少了浪费,同时保持了压头与喷嘴的管道干净、卫生,避免液体污染、堵塞喷嘴等现象,并且该泵体的弹簧外置,避免了液体与弹簧接触,减少了对液体的污染。并且不再受液体粘稠度的限制,结构简单,部件少,成本增加不多,非常实用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,一种乳液泵,包括泵体1、下单向阀的单向阀芯11、上单向阀、套件5、压头3及开关12,泵体1的上端卡扣在套件5的卡口中,通过一套件5旋卡连接固定在容器上,泵体1的下端插接固定有吸管13,与吸管13相连接,并且泵体1的上端和套件5与容器口部之间衬有垫片9进行密封,所述单向阀芯11是限位设置在泵体1下端,与泵体1的内壁之间设有约1mm间隙,这里限位设置是单向阀芯11的下端外周面设置有环状的凸部11a,与泵体内环形面1a配合,进行密封,泵体内环形面1a以上部位是供环状的凸部11a滑行的环形的滑行槽1b,滑行槽1b的上端是环形凸缘1c,防止单向阀芯11脱出滑行槽1b外,环状的凸部11a外周面和滑行槽1b之间存在1mm左右间隙,从而构成下单向阀,这样就可以单向地将液体从吸管13吸入泵体1;阀杆2为中空结构,阀杆2的上端与压头3是卡接连接固定,这种卡接连接是采用卡环和卡槽配合结构,便于安装,在压头3上设有与阀杆2相连通的喷嘴14,阀杆2下端穿过套件5后可上下活动地设置在泵体1中,并且在阀杆2的上端与套件5之间支撑有复位弹簧6,所述复位弹簧6套置在阀杆2外面,复位弹簧6的上端支撑在阀杆2的凸环下面,复位弹簧6的下端支撑在套件5环形凹槽中,使压头3和阀杆2可以在外力作用下向下运动或者复位,所述阀针4也为中空结构,其内径成型为上段小下段大,阀针4的中下部可上下活动地套置在下单向阀的单向阀芯11上,而且阀针的4下端向外成型有环状的凸部4a,与泵体内台阶面1d配合,阀针4的中下部内壁与上单向阀的单向阀芯11之间衬有密封圈8密封,并阀针4内卡设有压环10固定住上面的密封圈8,在阀针4的内腔中下段与单向阀芯11之间形成回吸腔B;阀杆2的内壁上端成型有一环形凸起2a,所述阀针4的上端外侧成型有相应的环形凹槽,所述阀针4通过环形凹槽与环形凸起2a的配合卡置固定在阀杆2内固定,在阀针4的下端两侧开有出料口4b;所述阀针4的下端向外成型有环状的凸部4a,当阀针4下移时,凸部41与泵体1下端的内台阶面1d配合正好密封,从而关闭下单向阀,同时,该环状的凸部4a可以支撑住和并限位活塞7,防止其脱出阀针4,阀针4的下端内壁成型有一凹形槽,在凹槽内设有O型密封圈8与杆状的单向阀芯11的外壁密封,并在O型密封圈8下面设压环10固定住O型密封圈8,压环10也是压卡在阀针4的下端口内;所述活塞7套置在阀针4的下端出料口4b外侧,并位于阀针4的环状的凸部4a与阀杆2口端之间,并留有一定间距,使活塞7可以上下滑动,活塞7的外壁与泵体1的内壁紧贴,使得活塞7在一定范围内沿泵体1内壁上下移动实现阀针的出料口42的开闭,活塞7采用双套筒结构,为双瓣膜,截面呈现大体“H”形状,构成了上单向阀,这样在静止状态时,在阀针4内腔中下段与单向阀芯11的上部之间形成一回吸腔B,在活塞7下的上单向阀以下与泵体1内壁形成一储液腔A,并且单向阀芯11的高度设计为略大于阀针4的回吸腔B高度,这样可在往下按压压头3时,将储液腔A中的液体喷出,松手后,回吸腔B的空间增大,便于回吸;所述压头3可上下活动的套置在套件5的上端,在套件5的上侧部可拆卸地设有一环套作为开关12,可在不适用时可以套在套件5上,支撑住压头3,避免压头3按下,造成不必要的浪费。
工作原理是这样的:在静止状态时,活塞7套置在阀针4的下端出料口4b外侧,活塞7下端与环状的凸部4a相抵,使得出料口42关闭;使用时,按压压头3,如图2所示,阀杆2带动阀针4下移,弹簧6被压缩,由于活塞7外壁与泵体1内壁的摩擦,使得活塞7的位置上移并与阀针4的环状的凸部4a分离,从而将出料口41开启,储液腔A中的液体经出料口41、从压头3的喷嘴14喷出;松开压头3,弹簧6复位,阀杆2在弹簧6的作用下,带动阀针4向上运动,活塞7也同样通过摩擦向下运动,与环状的凸部4a抵,将出料口42关闭,由于单向阀芯11是限位设置在泵体上,使得回吸腔B的空间增大,压头3中的液体回吸,同时储液腔A成真空状态,空间增大,气压降低,液体通过下单向阀被吸上,完成储液。

Claims (9)

1.一种乳液泵,包括泵体,泵体的上端通过一套件固定在容器上,泵体的下端与吸管相连接,其特征在于:所述泵体内设有:
一单向阀芯,可上下活动地设置在泵体中下部位,与泵体内侧壁间隙地配合构成下单向阀;
一中空阀杆,阀杆的上端设有压头,压头上设有与阀杆连通的喷嘴,下端穿过套件后可上下活动地设置在泵体中,在阀杆与套件之间支撑有复位弹簧;
一中空的阀针,阀针的中上部插置于阀杆内,阀针的中下部可上下活动地套置在单向阀芯上,在阀针的下端侧部开有出料口;
一活塞,可活动地套置在阀针的下端出料口外侧与出料口配合,活塞的外壁与泵体的内壁紧贴,构成另一上单向阀;
在弹簧复位过程中,在阀针和单向阀芯形成一体积逐渐加大的回吸腔,在活塞下方的上单向阀与泵体内壁之间形成一储液腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于所述下单向阀的单向阀芯为杆状,单向阀芯下端与泵体的内壁之间是限位固定,并留有间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于所述复位弹簧套置在阀杆上,复位弹簧的上端支撑在阀杆凸环下面,复位弹簧的下端支撑在套件环形凹槽中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于所述阀杆的内壁上端成型有一环形凸起,所述阀针的上端外侧成型有相应环形的凹槽,所述阀针通过凹槽与环形凸起的配合设置在阀杆内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于所述阀针的内径成型为上段小下段大的结构,所述阀针的下端向外成型有环状的凸部,与泵体内台阶面配合,阀针的中下部内壁与单向阀芯之间衬有密封圈密封,并阀针内卡设有压环固定住上面的密封圈,在阀针的内腔中下段与单向阀芯之间形成回吸腔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的乳液泵,其特征在于所述活塞设于阀针的环状的凸部与阀杆之间,在静止状态时,活塞的下端与阀针的环状的凸部相抵,并与阀杆留有一定间距。
7.根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于所述泵体的上端和套件与容器口部之间衬有垫片密封。
8.根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于所述压头可上下活动地套置在套件的上端,在套件的上侧部可拆卸地套设有一环套作为开关。
9.根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于所述复位弹簧是外置的,装在阀杆和套件之间。
