Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的用于混合动力车辆的蓄电池。
背景技术
这种蓄电池例如在具有混合动力驱动器的车辆中使用,其中,一种驱动方式是电方式。
为了维护并且当蓄电池需要服务(例如修理)时,需要将蓄电池转换到无电压状态。因此出于安全原因必需的是,只能在关断状态中对蓄电池进行维护工作和服务工作。
所述蓄电池的关断通常通过接触器(高压继电器)进行,通过所述接触器将由所述蓄电池供电的电流回路(高压回路)与一低压回路连接。所述连接在此以如下方式进行,即所述高压回路只有当低压回路闭合时才能闭合。相反,如果低压回路打开,则所述接触器负责使高压回路不能闭合。
这种安全预防措施的问题在于,高压回路和低压回路会同时中断。由于高压回路和低压回路同时中断,存在电容器放电的危险,这对于维护人员会导致健康危险。
由DE 102004057093B3公开了一种具有第一插接连接器和第二插接连接器的插接连接装置,它们分别接收第一触头元件或第一配合触头元件,当所述两个插接连接器彼此连接时,所述第一触头元件和第一配合触头元件彼此连接。在这种插接连接装置中,只有当第一触头元件和第一配合触头元件彼此完全连接、即当两个插接连接器处于完全连接状态中时,第二触头元件和第二配合触头元件才彼此连接。

发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种改善的蓄电池,其中,高压回路能够被毫无危险地转换成无电压。
所述任务通过具有权利要求1特征的蓄电池解决。
通过所述服务-插接连接器使蓄电池接触器的低压回路中断。由此该接触器这样地转换,使得其中断所述高压回路。
所述服务-插接连接器这样地构成,使得其闭锁蓄电池高压插头上的锁止装置。由此只要该服务-插接连接器设置在所述蓄电池上,例如插套在低压插头上或者以其他方式被保持,就不再能将蓄电池的高压插头从高压插座上拔出。由此,高压回路和低压回路只能在时间上相继地中断或者在反过来的情况下连接。高压回路和低压回路的在时间上错开的中断或闭合保证的是,当将高压插头从高压插座上拔下或插到高压插座上时,在高压触头上不再有电压。由此避免了电容器放电。
由此,本发明的蓄电池允许由维护和服务人员可靠地置成无电压。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述蓄电池具有至少两个低压插头,这些低压插头集成在所述低压回路中并且所述服务-插接连接器能够插套到所述低压插头上以便闭合所述低压回路。符合目的的是,所述服务-插接连接器为此具有低压插座,所述低压插头能够插入到所述低压插座中。

图1示出电池壳体1的一个区段。在该电池壳体1上设有一个高压插头2。该高压插头2可以从所述电池壳体1上取下。但是在图1中由一服务-插接连接器3防止所述高压插头2从所述电池壳体1上的取下。
图2示出图1中电池壳体1的所述区段,拔下了服务-插接连接器3。在图2中现在露出一个锁止装置4。
所述锁止装置4设置在所述高压插头2上。所述锁止装置4与所述服务-插接连接器3这样地相互作用,使得只要所述服务-插接连接器3位于所述锁止装置4上,则所述高压插头2就不可被从所述电池壳体1上拔下。
图3示出前述附图中的所述电池壳体1的所述区段,这时拔出了高压插头2。现在可以看到高压插座6,高压插头2已经从该高压插座上拔下。
在所述高压插座6上设置一个处于外部的卡锁装置7。
在所述高压插座6中可看到一个高压触头8。从该透视图中不能看到第二高压触头。但是在所述高压插座6总共存在两个高压触头8。
可以看出,所述高压插座6固定在一基板9上。该基板9固定在所述电池壳体1上。
图4以放大图示出图1中的所述服务-插接连接器3。
所述服务-插接连接器3具有一上部件10和一下部件11。所述上部件10具有一把手12。
在所述下部件11上设置一个另外的卡锁装置13,其与图3中示出的卡锁装置7相互作用。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于混合动力车辆的蓄电池,具有:
a)一壳体(1),
b)多个设置在所述壳体(1)中的原电池,这些原电池彼此电连接并且形成一高压回路,
c)一设置在所述壳体(1)上的高压插座(6),该高压插座具有两个电极(8),其中,所述高压插座(6)能够与一高压插头(2)连接,
d)一设置在所述高压插座(6)上的卡锁装置(7),所述卡锁装置与一设置在所述高压插头上的锁止元件(4)相互作用以便将所述高压插头(2)锁止在所述高压插座(6)上,
e)一低压回路,
f)至少一个集成在所述低压回路中的用于中断和闭合所述高压回路的接触器,
其特征在于一用于闭合和分离所述低压回路的服务-插接连接器(3),其中,所述服务-插接连接器(3)与所述高压插头这样地相互作用,使得只有在将所述服务-插接连接器(3)从所述蓄电池上取下之后才能将所述高压插头从所述高压插座(6)上拔下,其中,所述服务-插接连接器(3)这样地构成,使得该服务-插接连接器闭锁所述蓄电池的高压插头上的锁止装置。
