Abstract

Description
保护作物免于杂草和抑制作物生长的其它植物侵扰是农业中一再发生的问题。为了帮助克服这些问题,合成化学领域的研究者已经制备了有效防治这种不希望生长的各式各样的化学品和化学配制剂。许多类型的化学除草剂已公开于文献中并且大量已商用。
在某些情况下,已发现活性的除草剂组合施用时比单独施用时更有效。这种结果通常称为“增效作用”,原因是所述组合展示的效能或活性水平超过基于化合物的单独效能所期望的效能或活性水平。从而本发明涉及这样的发现:式(I)化合物
与光系统-II(PS-II)抑制性除草剂的组合,它们的单独除草效能已经知晓,在甘蔗中组合施用以防治杂草时显示出乎意料的有利效果。式I化合物与PS-II抑制性除草剂的组合已报告于-例如EP1388285中。然而,迄今并未具体报告它们在甘蔗中防治杂草的用途-现已发现,当用于甘蔗时,上述组合提供对有问题的禾本科草杂草的持续防治,对有问题的阔叶杂草的经出乎意料地改善的防治,同时还提供与就单独处理而言所期望的效果相比出乎意料的甘蔗损伤总体减少。
从而,根据本发明提供在包含甘蔗和不希望植物的处所选择性地防治不希望植物的方法,其中所述方法包括向所述处所施用:
a.式(I)除草剂
或其农业化学上可接受的盐;和
b.PS-II抑制性除草剂;
其中施用至处所的组分(a)和组分(b)的量提供对不希望植物的防治而其中所施用的组分(b)的量使组分(a)在甘蔗上的除草效果安全化。
在本发明的优选实施方式中施用至处所的组分(a)和组分(b)的量也提供对不希望植物的增效防治。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,PS-II抑制性除草剂选自1,3,5三嗪,1,2,4三嗪酮,三唑啉酮,和脲。
在特别优选的实施方式中PS-II抑制性除草剂是1,3,5三嗪,其选自莠灭净,莠去津,氰草津,异戊乙净,扑灭通,扑草净,扑灭津,西玛津,西草净,特丁通,特丁津,特丁净和草达津,特别是莠灭净和/或莠去津,最优选莠灭净。
在备择实施方式中PS-II抑制性除草剂是1,2,4三嗪酮,其选自环嗪酮和嗪草酮。
在又一实施方式中PS-II抑制性除草剂是三唑啉酮,也即氨唑草酮。
在又一实施方式中PS-II抑制性除草剂是脲,其选自绿麦隆(chlorotoluron),噁唑隆,敌草隆,氟草隆,异丙隆,异噁隆,特胺灵,利谷隆,甲基苯噻隆,甲氧隆,绿谷隆,草不隆,环草隆和丁噻隆。丁噻隆是特别优选的。
除草剂组分的施用率可以在宽范围内变化并取决于:土壤性质,施用方法(出苗前或出苗后,等),栽培作物,待防治的不希望植物,主要的气候条件,和施用方法、施用时间和靶标作物所影响的其它因素。一般地,所述式(I)化合物的施用率为50至500g活性成分/公顷,优选100至300g活性成分/公顷,更优选150至300g活性成分/公顷。一般地,PS-II抑制性除草剂的施用率为50至3000g活性成分/公顷,优选150至2000g活性成分/公顷。
组分(a)和(b)可以同时或按顺序施用至所述处所。如果化合物按顺序施用,则化合物的次序不是关键,并且第二化合物通常在第一化合物之后优选2更优选1特别是0.5日内施用。然而,优选组分(a)和(b)以组合的除草剂组合物形式同时地施用至处所。应理解组分(a)和(b)可以在出苗前和/或出苗后施用至处所的。优选所述组分都在不希望植物出苗后施用。

对不希望的植物的防治保证令人满意的作物产量和品质,而作物栽培者常常不得不在化合物的使用成本和所获得的产量之间权衡,但是通常认为与未处理的作物相比,经化合物处理的作物的例如至少5%的产量增加是由化合物所控制的。

在本发明的上下文中应理解还可以通过常规的育种方法和/或经由基因工程改造使甘蔗耐受除草剂或多类除草剂(比如,例如HPPD(4-羟基苯基-丙酮酸-加双氧酶)抑制剂例如硝磺草酮,例如WO02/46387中的描述,ACC酶(乙酰基辅酶A羧化酶)抑制剂,ALS(乙酰乳酸合成酶)抑制剂,EPSPS(5-烯醇-丙酮基(pyruvyl)-莽草酸-3-磷酸-合成酶)抑制剂(例如草甘膦),谷氨酰胺合成酶抑制剂(例如草铵膦(glufosinate))。在本发明的优选实施方式中甘蔗经改造抗草甘膦,因此所述方法还包括向所述处所施用草甘膦或其农业化学上可接受的盐。甘蔗还可以用本领域熟知的方法经基因工程改造以抗昆虫和/或真菌。甘蔗还可以经改造以具有改善的糖和/或纤维含量。
本发明还提供除草剂组合物,包含:

b.除草剂,选自嗪草酮,环嗪酮和丁噻隆。
本发明的除草剂组合物已显示提供有关甘蔗的安全效果和/或有关不希望植物的增效除草效果。
在优选实施方式中,除草剂组合物包含式(I)除草剂和环嗪酮。
除草剂组合物中组分(a)和(b)的量和比率可以取决于组合物是否例如预混浓缩物或桶混剂而变化。优选化合物(a)与化合物(b)的重量比为1∶0.5至1∶100,更优选1∶0.5至1∶10(w/w)。
还应认识到本发明的除草剂组合物可以包含一种或多种额外的农药,例如除草剂,除草安全剂,肥料,植物生长调节剂,杀昆虫剂和/或杀真菌剂。在特别优选的实施方式中除草剂组合物还包含安全剂-优选选自本文所描述的式3.1至3.18的化合物。
可以包含于组合物中的额外除草剂的实例包括草甘膦和/或草铵膦(glufosinate)。
本发明的除草组合物一般还包含配制技术中常规使用的组合物助剂(也称为配制辅剂),比如溶剂,固态载体或表面活性剂,例如用于乳油,可直接喷雾的或可直接稀释的溶液,可湿性粉剂,可溶性粉剂,粉剂,颗粒剂或微胶囊中,如WO 97/34483,第9至13页所述。正如按照配制剂性质,也按照期望目标和主要情况来选择施用方法,比如喷雾,雾化,喷粉,浸湿,撒播或浇注。配制剂可以以已知方法制备,例如通过将活性成分与配制助剂如溶剂或固态载体一起密切混合和/或研磨。此外,表面活性化合物(表面活性剂)也可以用于所述配制剂的制备。

实施例
实施例1.
在1.5年的植物甘蔗中进行五组田间试验以检查式I化合物与各种PS-II抑制性除草剂的组合在甘蔗上的效果。小区尺寸为20m2,所示结果为3次重复处理的平均。试验结果(总结于表1)指出当所述化合物与PS-II抑制性除草剂联合施用时,观察到的式I化合物在甘蔗中的植物毒性能够被令人惊讶降低-当式I化合物与非-PSII抑制性除草剂(甲磺草胺)联合施用时并未观察到该效果。

实施例2.
进行温室研究以检查式I化合物与各种PS-II抑制性除草剂的组合在各种杂草种类上的效果。
试验种类是俯仰臂形草(BRADC);平枝马唐(DIGHO);裂叶牵牛(IPOHE)和猩猩草(EUPHE),分别在出苗3、4、1.5和2.5片叶之后喷雾。
以200g/l SC形式提供式I化合物。以240g/l SL形式提供环嗪酮,以80WG形式提供丁噻隆和以70WG形式提供氨唑草酮。全部处理与0.5%Agridex一起以200l/公顷施用。在施用之后(DAA)10和20日对植物的%杂草防治进行视觉评价
