技术领域
本发明涉及一种10KV电力电缆对接技方法,可防止导体对接截面过热的接线专用方法。
背景技术
随着电力事业的飞跃发展,电力电缆被广泛使用,长度由几十米发展到几百米、几千米。这样电缆难免出现中间接头,中间接头的对接质量是关系到该电缆安全运行的有利保证。但是,按照公知的电缆中间接头工艺图施工,由于导体对接处接触不好,当运行中负荷电流比较大时,在电缆导体对接触面会发生过热,导致绝缘降低,最后击穿造成运行事故的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服公知的电力电缆对接方法的弊端,而发明的一种新的电缆对接方法。该方法摒弃传统的压接法,而是采用一段长度为11厘米,直径为3厘米的铜制连接管,用焊接的方法使两段电缆在铜管内紧密对接,不会出现接口接触不良从而导致对接面发热,从而降低了电缆的事故率。
本发明的有益效果是:电力电缆连接接触面达到完全接触,有效地改善了截面过小的现象。有效地杜绝了接触面连接点发热事故的发生。

具体实施方式
先将对接管用锯在中间位置锯出一约2厘米的小豁口,然后将两段线芯导体插入对接管压实。将锡糕涂抹在小豁口处,再将锡条放入漏斗内用煤气罐加热将其溶解,将溶解的锡滴入小豁口内,最后用锉将连接管多余的焊锡锉掉形成光滑表面。

1.一种10千伏电力电缆的连接方法,其特征是:连接方式采用焊接方法。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接方法,其特征是:采用中间带有小豁口的铜连接管,将两段电缆线芯导体插入连接管内压实;将锡糕涂抹在小豁口处,再将锡条放入漏斗内用煤气罐加热将其溶解,将溶解的锡滴入小豁口内,最后用锉将连接管多余的焊锡锉掉形成光滑表面。
