Abstract

本发明按键包括导光板及弹性按压体,导光板采用高透明聚碳酸酯材料制成,其中所述弹性按压体采用热塑性弹性体材料制成,且导光板与按压体通过注射成型熔合在一起,由于按压体采用热塑性弹性体材料制成,可再回收使用,且热塑性弹性体材料与聚碳酸酯材料可通过注射成型熔合在一起,制造更加方便。

按键及其制造方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种按键及其制造方法。
【背景技术】
环境成为人们关注的焦点,也成为影响各类产品市场竞争力的一个重要因素。
按键被应用于多种电子产品中,按压体及导光板为大多按键不可缺少的部分。现有按压体大多采用硅胶材料制成,其在成型和组装过程中会产生较多的有害物质,对环境产生较大的危害,而用于提高按键导光性的导光板一般采用聚碳酸酯材料制成,现有技术中硅胶与聚碳酸酯材料结合后就无法分离,材料无法再利用,造成较大浪费。为此,有些按键结构中,按压体与导光板不直接接触,但由于按压体与导光板之间存在一定距离,影响按键的导光性。
鉴于以上缺失,特设计一种可以解决上述问题的按键及其制造方法。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种可实现材料再利用且按键导光性能良好的按键及其制造方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种按键,其包括导光板及弹性按压体,导光板采用高透明聚碳酸酯材料制成,其中所述弹性按压体采用热塑性弹性体材料制成,且导光板与弹性按压体通过注射成型熔合在一起。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种按键的制造方法,其包括:第一步,准备两套模具,模具一用于成型导光板,模具二用于成型弹性按压体;第二步,将模具一、二分别置于注塑机的不同位置,该注塑机可射出两种不同的材料,对准模具一射出高透明聚碳酸酯料成型出导光板;第三步,将模具一旋转180度旋转到模具二所在的位置,对导光板进行二次注射,注塑机射出热塑性弹性体成型出弹性按压体,成型完毕后在二射侧取出产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:按压体采用热塑性弹性体材料制成,可再回收使用,且热塑性弹性体材料与聚碳酸酯材料可通过注射成型熔合在一起,制造更加方便。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图来详细说明本发明按键及其制造方法。
请参阅图1所示,本发明按键100包括若干弹性按压体2及导光板1,弹性按压体2采用热塑性弹性体材料制成,导光板1采用聚碳酸酯材料制成,弹性按压体2和导光板1通过注射成型熔合在一起。由于弹性按压体2采用热塑性弹性体材料制成,可回收使用,避免造成材料的浪费和对环境的污染。同时由于热塑性弹性体材料可采用注射成型,弹性按压体2与导光板1可通过注射成型熔合在一起,制造更加方便。
参阅图2至图4所示,导光板1具有上表面11及底面12,导光板11上形成有若干贯穿其上表面11和底面12的通孔13。弹性按压体2注射成型于通孔13中,每一个弹性按压体2分别包括贴合于通孔13内壁的弹性壁21及突出导光板1上表面11的按压部22,由于导光板1和弹性按压体2大致在一个平面上,按键100的导光性更好。其中一部分弹性按压体2的弹性壁21在远离按压部22的一侧形成有弹性突出部211,弹性突出部211与弹性壁21之间存在间隙,导光板1的底面12形成有收容该弹性突出部211的凹槽121,凹槽121自通孔13向外延伸。弹性按压体21进一步自按压部22中央位置向下延伸有弹性柱23,弹性柱23与弹性壁21不接触。
下面介绍本发明弹性按压体2和导光板1通过注射成型熔合在一起的制造过程。第一步,准备两套模具,分别为模具一、模具二,模具一用于成型导光板1,模具二用于成型弹性按压体2。第二步,将模具一、二分别置于注塑机的不同位置,该注塑机具有两个射嘴,射嘴一用于射出高透明聚碳酸酯料,射嘴二用于射出热塑性弹性体材料。第三步,射嘴一对准模具一成型导光板1。然后将模具一旋转180度旋转到模具二所在的位置,将导光板1对准射嘴二进行二次注射成型出按键100的弹性按压体2,使弹性按压体2与导光板1熔合在一起,成型完毕后取出产品,模具反方向再旋转180°便可循环生产。弹性按压体2和导光板1由同一注塑机采用注射成型而成,简化了制造过程。

Claims (7)

1.一种按键,其包括导光板及若干弹性按压体,导光板采用高透明聚碳酸酯材料制成,其特征在于:所述弹性按压体采用热塑性弹性体材料制成,且导光板与按压体通过注射成型熔合在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的按键,其特征在于:所述导光板形成有通孔,每一个弹性按压体分别具有贴合于通孔内壁的弹性壁。
3.如权利要求2所述的按键,其特征在于:所述一部分弹性按压体的弹性壁形成有弹性突出部,弹性突出部与弹性壁之间存在间隙。
4.如权利要求3所述的按键,其特征在于:所述导光板设有收容弹性突出部的凹槽,凹槽自通孔向外延伸。
5.如权利要求4所述的按键,其特征在于:所述导光板具有相对的两个面,弹性按压体突出导光板其中一个面,凹槽位于导光板的另一个面上。
6.一种按键的制造方法,其包括:第一步,准备两套模具,模具一用于成型导光板,模具二用于成型弹性按压体;第二步,将模具一、二分别置于注塑机的不同位置,该注塑机可射出两种不同的材料,对准模具一射出高透明聚碳酸酯料成型出导光板;第三步,将模具一旋转180度旋转到模具二所在的位置,对导光板进行二次注射,注塑机射出热塑性弹性体成型出弹性按压体,成型完毕后在二射侧取出产品。
7.如权利要求6所述的按键的制造方法,其特征在于:所述导光板形成有通孔,弹性按压体贴合于通孔的内壁。
