本发明涉及汽车轮子,具体地说是一种在满足强度要求的前提下,能减轻重量的内嵌气门孔减重槽车轮,由挡圈、轮辋、辐条、气门孔组成,其特征在于气门孔两侧设有减重槽,减重槽设在轮圈与轮胎相结合的端面,减重槽脱模角度设计按照≥10°本发明通过分析结果调整气门孔减重槽结构,冲击实验的最大应力值:0.803x140=112.42MPa,弯曲实验的最大应力值66.5MPa,均可满足A356材料的强度要求,产品的静不平衡量能够满足≤600g·cm的要求,重量相比无气门孔减重槽产品有减轻,产生较明显的经济效益,同时乘坐舒适性已达到了国外先进水平。

本发明涉及汽车轮子,具体地说是一种在满足强度要求的前提下,能减轻重量的内嵌气门孔减重槽车轮。
背景技术:
众所周知,汽车轮子由轮圈和轮胎组成,它支承着全车的重量,使汽车得以在道路上行驶,对汽车的整车的油耗、乘坐的平稳性和舒适性等运行性能有重大的影响,轮圈由挡圈、轮辋、辐条、气门孔组成,随着科学技术的进步,车轮的结构也在不断地朝着减轻产品重量、降低生产成本、减少整车的油耗、增加乘坐的平稳性和舒适性的方向改革创新,如辐条选用较薄材料以减轻车轮质量,辐条冲压成起伏形状,可以提高刚度。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种在满足强度要求的前提下,能减轻重量的内嵌气门孔减重槽车轮。
本发明可以通过如下措施达到:
一种内嵌气门孔减重槽车轮,由挡圈、轮辋、辐条、气门孔组成,其特征在于气门孔两侧设有减重槽,减重槽设在轮圈与轮胎相结合的端面,减重槽脱模角度设计按照≥10°,以保证气门孔减重槽的可铸造性。
本发明由于采用上述结构,使其在满足强度要求的前提下,能减轻车圈的重量。

如附图所示,一种内嵌气门孔减重槽车轮,由挡圈1、轮辋2、辐条3、气门孔4组成,其特征在于气门孔4两侧设有减重槽5,减重槽5设在轮圈与轮胎相结合的端面,减重槽脱模角度a设计按照≥10°,以保证气门孔减重槽的可铸造性,采用I-deas软件对产品进行有限元强度分析,通过分析结果调整气门孔减重槽结构,达到最优化的产品结构,最终的分析结果:冲击实验的最大应力值:0.803x140=112.42Mpa,弯曲实验的最大应力值66.5Mpa,均可满足A356材料的强度要求,产品的静不平衡量能够满足≤600g·cm的客户要求,重量相比无气门孔减重槽产品有减轻,产生较明显的经济效益,适用于一般家庭用轿车以及跑车。此发明也可应用于其他规格车轮。
