本发明是凸轮双滚轮机构。具体是将原来凸轮单滚轮传动改变为双滚轮传动。凸轮双滚轮传动比传统的凸轮单滚轮传动,具有噪音小、冲击力小、间隙可调整、运动精度高的优点。

凸轮双滚轮机构 
技术领域:本发明是将传统凸轮单滚轮传动改变为双滚轮传动,任何凸轮双滚轮传动均适合。 
背景技术:长期以来,凸轮传动均为单滚轮连接弹簧传动,单滚轮在传动上噪音大,间隙无法调整,特别是高速运转时冲击力很大。因此传动精度低零件的寿命短。 
发明内容:为了克服噪音大,冲击力大的毛病,本发明将凸轮装上两个滚轮。设有调整机构,调整凸轮与滚轮的间隙。凸轮双滚轮机构在运动中噪音小、冲击力小、精度高、零件的寿命长。 
附图说明:图1是本发明装配示意图;图2是图1的剖视图。凸轮(1)通过传动轴(2)作旋转运动,配合滚轮(3)(4),带动滑架(5)作往复直线运动。滚轮(3)设有调整机构(6),调整凸轮(1)与滚轮(3)(4)之间的间隙,使噪音及冲击力降到最低程度。 

Claims (1)

1.一种凸轮(1)通过传动轴(2)作旋转运动,配合滚轮(3)(4),带动滑架(5)作往复直线运动。滚轮(3)设有调整机构(6),调整凸轮(1)与滚轮(3)(4)之间的间隙。凡凸轮双滚轮传动机构均适合。
