Abstract

本发明涉及一种等离子钎焊枪头,适用一切用等离子非转移弧钎焊的枪头,提供一种能把等离子非转移弧转换为钎焊热源的枪头。本等离子钎焊枪头设计具有产生等离子非转移弧并转换为钎焊热源的功能,又能够充分冷却确保等离子非转移弧长期维持,并能满足钎焊枪头小巧、灵活的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种等离子钎焊枪头。
背景技术
在现有的等离子焊接技术中,主要是等离子弧焊,属于熔化焊接。而钎焊需要燃气和氧气,在能源紧张、安全意识和环保要求的年代,急需一种取代燃气进行钎焊的新的工艺和设备。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题,在于提供一种结构简单、满足钎焊要求的等离子钎焊枪头。本等离子钎焊枪头包括等离子非转移弧装置、钎焊火焰装置、冷却装置。在等离子非转移弧电源主机作用下,等离子钎焊枪头的等离子非转移弧装置产生等离子非转移弧,同时钎焊火焰装置在等离子非转移弧帮助下,产生等离子钎焊火焰,形成钎焊所需的热源。整个过程冷却装置充分冷却确保等离子钎焊火焰的维持。

具体实施方法
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明
由图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本等离子钎焊枪头由阴极柱1、枪体3、瓷套4、阴极头8、喷嘴9、绝缘垫12、散热板13和紧固螺母14组成。枪体3内有喷嘴冷却水道6、阴极冷却水道2、气体环形通道5。喷嘴9和枪体3接等离子非转移弧电源的正极,阴极柱1接等离子非转移弧电源的阴极,阴极头8穿过瓷套4拧在阴极柱1上。喷嘴9通过螺纹和枪体3连接,阴极柱1表面包裹一层耐高温绝缘胶和枪体3粘合在一起。散热板13进一步帮助阴极柱1散热。
在等离子非转移弧主机电源的作用下,引弧后阴极头8和喷嘴9产生等离子非转移弧,能够调节的钎焊混合压缩可燃气体从钎焊气体进气口16,进入枪体3气体环形通道5,再从多个小孔7,进入引弧室17,从喷嘴9喷出形成燃烧火焰,来完成钎焊工作。同时冷却水从进水口10进入喷嘴冷却水道6,在喷嘴9的螺纹和端面充分冷却,流到轴向隔板18另一面,进入径向隔板19的通孔15,进入阴极冷却水道2,对阴极柱1充分冷却后流向轴向隔板18另一面,流向出水口11,完成整个冷却过程。

Claims (8)

1.一种等离子钎焊枪头,包括等离子非转移弧装置、钎焊火焰装置、冷却装置,其特征在于:等离子非转移弧装置产生等离子非转移弧,同时钎焊火焰装置在等离子非转移弧帮助下,产生等离子钎焊火焰,形成钎焊所需的热源,冷却装置充分冷却确保等离子钎焊火焰的维持。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种等离子钎焊枪头,其特征在于:等离子非转移弧装置由阴极柱(1 )、瓷套(4) 、阴极头(8) 和喷嘴(9) 组成,瓷套(4) 具备不同长度更换,适应焊接不同工件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种等离子钎焊枪头,其特征在于:钎焊火焰装置包括进气口(16 )、气体环形通道(5) 和气孔(7 ),所用气体为含有醇类可燃混合压缩气体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种等离子钎焊枪头,其特征在于:冷却装置包括枪体(3 )、喷嘴冷却水道(6 )、阴极冷却水道(2) 、散热板(13 )、进水口(10) 、出水口(11) 、轴向隔板(18 )、径向隔板(19) 和径向隔板(19 )上的通孔(15 ),枪体(3 )是整体焊接结构。
5.根据权利要求4 所述的一种等离子钎焊枪头,其特征在于:喷嘴冷却水道(6) 和阴极冷却水道(2) 是由径向隔板(19 )隔开,径向隔板(19 )有一通孔(15 ),让喷嘴冷却水道(6 )和阴极冷却水道(2 )串联在一起。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种等离子钎焊枪头,其特征在于:喷嘴冷却水道(6 )和阴极冷却水道(2) 都有轴向隔板(18) ,让冷却水能充分流动冷却每个地方。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种等离子钎焊枪头,其特征在于:喷嘴冷却水道(6) 覆盖喷嘴(9) 螺纹,利用喷嘴(9 )螺纹表面积,增大冷却面积,加强冷却效果。
8.根据权利要求4 所述的一种等离子钎焊枪头,其特征在于:阴极柱(1 )外包裹4mm 厚度以下的耐高温绝缘胶和枪体(3) 粘合在一起。
