Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型等离子钎焊枪头,由于等离子钎焊枪头阴极头和喷嘴的温度近上千度,粘合阴极柱和枪体的耐高温绝缘胶长期工作老化破坏绝缘。本发明在阴极柱外表面喷涂一层薄的绝缘陶瓷,并在阴极柱和枪体之间用定位陶瓷条固定,充分保证等离子钎焊枪头的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型等离子钎焊枪头,能满足节能、安全和环保的新产品、新发明。 
背景技术
在现有的等离子焊接技术中,主要是等离子弧焊,属于熔化焊接。而钎焊需要燃气和氧气,在能源紧张、安全意识和环保要求的年代,急需一种取代燃气进行钎焊的新的工艺和设备。新型等离子钎焊枪头是实现等离子火焰钎焊的关键部件。 
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题,在于提供一种结构简单、满足钎焊要求的新型等离子钎焊枪头。本新型等离子钎焊枪头包括等离子弧装置、钎焊火焰装置、冷却装置。本发明在阴极柱表面喷涂一层薄的绝缘陶瓷,在耐高温绝缘胶长期工作绝缘老化的情况下,能绝对保证阴极柱和枪体之间的绝缘,同时定位陶瓷条能保证阴极柱和枪体的相对位置。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明 由图1  和图2 所示,本新型等离子钎焊枪头包括等离子弧装置、钎焊火焰装置、冷却装置。等离子弧装置由阴极柱1 、瓷套5 、阴极头6 、喷嘴8 和引弧室7组成,瓷套5 具备不同长度更换,适应焊接不同工件; 钎焊火焰装置包括进气口10 、气体环形通道4 和气孔9; 冷却装置包括枪体12、冷却水通道3 、进水口11 、出水口14 、枪体12 是整体焊接结构, 枪体12内包含冷却水通道3 、气体环形通道4 。 阴极柱1 外表面喷涂一层薄的绝缘陶瓷,包裹2mm 厚度以下的耐高温绝缘胶2和枪体12 粘合在一起; 枪体12和阴极柱1之间有定位陶瓷条13。在等离子弧电源主机作用下,新型等离子钎焊枪头的等离子弧装置产生等离子弧,同时钎焊火焰装置在等离子弧帮助下,产生等离子钎焊火焰,形成钎焊所需的热源。整个过程冷却装置充分冷却确保等离子钎焊火焰的维持。在耐高温绝缘胶2长期工作老化绝缘破坏情况下,阴极柱1表面的绝缘陶瓷还能保证阴极柱1和枪体12的绝缘,定位陶瓷条13保证阴极柱1和枪体12的相对位置。 

Claims (4)

1.一种新型等离子钎焊枪头,包括等离子弧装置、钎焊火焰装置、冷却装置,其特征在于:等离子弧装置的阴极柱外表面涂覆一层薄的陶瓷绝缘材料。
2. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种新型等离子钎焊枪头,其特征在于:阴极柱圆周表面为凹凸条纹。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种新型等离子钎焊枪头,其特征在于:阴极柱和枪体之间有定位陶瓷条。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种新型等离子钎焊枪头,其特征在于:阴极柱和枪体用厚度2毫米以下的耐高温绝缘胶粘合在一起。
