Abstract
本发明涉及一种插式连接器的插塞,特别是多极插塞,所述插塞用于复数个多芯屏蔽电缆(10),所述电缆的导线与一接触板(6)的触点导电相连,所述电缆的电缆护套与一屏蔽架(8)导电相连,其中,所述接触板(6)与所述屏蔽架(8)保持一定空间距离地布置在一外罩(2)中,所述屏蔽架(8)与所述插塞的一地线电性相连。根据本发明,所述屏蔽架(8)采用两个屏蔽夹板(30,32),所述屏蔽夹板可以可拆卸的方式彼此相连且构成一用于容置多个电缆夹(34)的容置区(36),所述电缆夹可夹紧在所述这些屏蔽夹板(30,32)之间。通过这种方式,这种类型的插塞中就可容纳极数较大的接触板(6),但无需改变其外罩(2)的尺寸。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1前序部分所述的插式连接器的插塞。
背景技术
图1展示的是插式连接器的一种用于多个多芯屏蔽电缆的同类型插塞,特别是多极插塞,这种插塞市场上有售。图中,参考符号2表示外罩,6表示接触板,8表示屏蔽架,10表示多芯屏蔽电缆。带屏蔽架8的接触板6与外罩2可以可拆卸的方式彼此相连且共同构成一插式连接器的前述同类型插塞。外罩2具有开口12以供多芯屏蔽电缆10接入外罩2内部。接触板6可设计为插头式接触板或插座式接触板。每条电缆10均以其电缆护套通过一电缆夹16与屏蔽架8的一夹板导电相连。每个电缆夹16各借助两个螺钉18、20以可拆卸的方式与这个屏蔽架8的夹板相连。多芯屏蔽电缆10的每根导线均与接触板6的一个触点导电相连。为清楚起见,这些导线没有显示在图中。屏蔽架8的夹板一方面通过连接板22和24与接触板6的地线导电相连,另一方面与接触板6保持一定的空间距离。根据一种有利实施方式,屏蔽架8的夹板与这两个连接板22和24形成一个结构单元。外罩2中设有多个固定装置26和28,以便实现接触板6与屏蔽架8的侧面固定。这些固定装置26和28呈肋形,具有加固外罩2的作用。这些固定装置26和28的端面设有多个供紧固螺钉拧入的螺纹孔。借此可为接触板6的各触点减轻机械负荷。
在图1所示的插式连接器的插塞中,屏蔽架8上只能布置有限数目的电缆夹16。随着接触板6的极数不断增大,插式连接器的这种现有插塞已不能满足需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对插式连接器现有的插塞进行改进,大幅增大屏蔽架,但不改变这种现有插塞的尺寸。
这个目的通过本发明权利要求1的区别特征而达成。
按本发明设计的屏蔽架可以提供一个用于容置多个市场上有售的电缆夹的容置区。通过使用市场上有售的电缆夹可将一定数量的多芯屏蔽电缆分成多组,每组的电缆护套通过同一个电缆夹导电相连。这些各带有一组多芯屏蔽电缆的电缆夹均布置在由屏蔽架的两个屏蔽夹板所构成的容置区内,并夹紧在这两个屏蔽夹板之间。由于市场上有售的电缆夹都是由导电材料制成,因此,每组电缆的电缆护套均通过屏蔽架的屏蔽夹板与所述接触板的地电位导电相连。与插式连接器现有的插塞不同,本发明借助电缆夹将多芯屏蔽电缆捆扎成多个电缆组,同时对每组的电缆进行统一屏蔽,借此可大幅增大屏蔽架,但不会改变现有插塞的尺寸。
根据一种有利实施方式,所述两个屏蔽夹板分别为每个电缆夹各提供一个开口。借此可在空间上将这些电缆夹固定在所述两个屏蔽夹板的容置区内,从而方便本发明插塞的组装。
根据本发明插塞的另一有利实施方式,每个屏蔽夹板的开口相对于所述接触板均凹陷布置在该屏蔽夹板上。通过这种方式可以更好地导引成组多芯屏蔽电缆穿过插塞外罩上的电缆出口。
本发明插塞的其他实施方案可从从属权利要求5至11中获得。

具体实施方式
图2展示的是本发明的插塞。本发明的这种插塞与前述同类型插塞之间的区别在于,屏蔽架8上设有两个屏蔽夹板30和32,而不是一个夹板。此外,这两个屏蔽夹板30和32之间设有三个电缆夹34。每个电缆夹34可接一组多芯屏蔽电缆10。
为方便理解本发明,图3以透视图形式仅展示了接触板6和按本发明设计的屏蔽架8。从该透视图中可以看出,这两个屏蔽夹板30和32形成一容置区36。在这个容置区内设有三个电缆夹34,它们相对于接触板6沿一凹线布置。这样可以更好地导引成组多芯屏蔽电缆10穿过插塞外罩2上的开口12。外罩2上的这个开口12构成插塞的电缆出口。
图3展示的是本发明插塞的一种有利实施方式,其中,屏蔽夹板30和32各具有多个开口38。这种实施方式采用三个电缆夹34,因此每个屏蔽夹板30或32均具有三个开口38,这些开口相对于接触板6沿一凹线布置,图4对其中一个电缆夹进行了详细图示。对所述插塞进行组装时,通过这些开口38将各电缆夹34予以固定,如此可方便组装。
在屏蔽架8如图3所示的实施方式中,屏蔽夹板32与两个连接板22和24构成一结构单元。屏蔽夹板30可拆卸地固定在这个结构单元上。两个屏蔽夹板30和32的这种结构产生了可容置多个电缆夹34的容置区36。在将各电缆夹34安装在该容置区36内并将其凸缘56和58分别卡入两个屏蔽夹板30和32的相应开口38后,除了用一螺钉40来连接这两个屏蔽夹板30和32外,还需进一步用两个螺栓42来连接它们。这些螺栓42将电缆夹34夹紧在屏蔽夹板30与32之间。由于各电缆夹34及两个屏蔽夹板30和32均由导电材料构成,这就增强了屏蔽夹板30或32与电缆夹34之间的电接触。
图4展示的是一种市场上有售的电缆夹34,其具有一固定半壳44和一活动半壳46。这两个半壳44和46包围形成电缆夹34的一套管48。这两个半壳44和46使得贯穿其中的电缆10的电缆护套导电相连,具体方式是移动活动半壳46来将插在套管48中的电缆夹紧。为此,电缆夹34具有两个转轴50和52,这两个转轴可以在合适工具的作用下发生转动。这两个转轴50和52的旋转运动会使得活动半壳46朝固定半壳44方向运动或朝相反方向运动。电缆夹34在其远离两个半壳44和46的一面具有一定位板54,这个定位板围绕该电缆夹34的套管48布置。定位板54在电缆夹34的宽度方向上侧向突出于电缆夹34之外。从而在其两端各形成一凸缘56和58,它们分别卡入所述用于大量多芯屏蔽电缆10的插塞的屏蔽架8的两个屏蔽夹板30和32的相应开口38中。电缆夹34的这些凸缘56、58将电缆夹保持在一预定的空间位置上。为了使任一电缆夹34的电缆10的电缆护套均与屏蔽夹板30和32的电位导电相连,这些电缆夹34均由导电材料构成。
借助电缆夹34可将一插塞(特别是多极插塞)的多个多芯屏蔽电缆10分成多组,并将这些电缆设置在该插塞的屏蔽架8的两个屏蔽夹板30和32之间。这样就可以在该插塞中使用极数较大的接触板6了。
Claims (9)
1.一种插式连接器的插塞,所述插塞用于复数个多芯屏蔽电缆(10),所述插塞包括:
接触板(6),所述接触板(6)的触点与所述多芯屏蔽电缆的导线导电相连;
复数个电缆夹(34),所述电缆夹(34)将复数个多芯屏蔽电缆(10)分成复数个组,其中每一组中的电缆护套通过复数个电缆夹中对应的一个彼此电连接;
屏蔽架(8),所述屏蔽架(8)与每一组多芯屏蔽电缆的电缆护套导电相连,并与所述插塞的一地线电性相连,所述屏蔽架(8)采用两个屏蔽夹板(30,32),所述屏蔽夹板以可拆卸的方式彼此相连且构成一用于容置多个电缆夹(34)的容置区(36),所述电缆夹可夹紧在所述这些屏蔽夹板(30,32)之间;和
外罩(2),所述接触板(6)与所述屏蔽架(8)保持一定空间距离地布置在所述外罩(2)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插塞,其特征在于,
每个屏蔽夹板(30,32)均为每个电缆夹(34)各提供一开口(38)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的插塞,其特征在于,
每个屏蔽夹板(30,32)的开口(38)相对于所述接触板(6)均凹陷布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的插塞,其特征在于,
设有两个螺栓(42)作为用于所述屏蔽夹板(30,32)的夹紧装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的插塞,其特征在于,
每个电缆夹(34)均由导电材料构成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的插塞,其特征在于,
所述外罩(2)具有一用作电缆出口的开口(12)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的插塞,其特征在于,
所述接触板(6)采用插座式接触板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的插塞,其特征在于,
所述接触板(6)采用插头式接触板。
9.根据权利要求1所述的插塞,其特征在于,所述插塞是多极插塞。
