Abstract

本发明涉及一种电线接头的安装方法,去掉电线端部的绝缘外壳,在安装电线到电线接头上时,裸露的导电线安装到主接线座的卡线槽和副接线座的卡线槽上,并使主接线座与副接线座之间的导电线留有一定长度;导电线被主接线座的卡紧装置和副接线座的卡紧装置卡住,导电线中隆起的部分不被卡住;将副接线座保持与主接线座一定距离,并绕圆柱旋转副接线座,旋转副接线座使副接线座相对于主接线座旋转,导电线就可绕在圆柱上;采用这种接头后,电线之间的连接更加快速、方便,节省成本。

一种电线接头的安装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能够实现电线的快速安装及连接的接头,属于电源连接的优化技术,尤其涉及这种结构的接头、采用这种接头的接线盒、接头的安装方法以及接线盒的安装方法。。
背景技术
如图1所示,目前市场上常用的开关和插座,通常都是采用螺丝固定的方式与电线连接,而这种连接方式的弊端在于接线需要花费较长时间,效率较低,特别是在接线较多时,且由于开关盒插座盒的空间有限,难以容纳这么多的接线。
因此,需要寻找一种能够实现开关、插座的电线的快速连接固定的接头,以及使用这种接头的接线盒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术现状,提供一种更快速、方便安装的接头。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种电线接头的安装方法,所述电线接头包括主接线座、副接线座;主接线座上设置有主体、圆柱和卡线槽;副接线座上设置有主体、圆柱孔和卡线槽;主接线座与副接线座配合使用时,圆柱伸进圆柱孔中,副接线座可以绕主接线座转动;电线包括绝缘外壳和导电线;导电线裸露在外面,并可被安装到主接线座卡线槽和副接线座卡线槽上,导电线还可以绕在圆柱上;所述电线安装到电线接头的步骤如下:
当电线安装到电线接头上时,首先需要去掉电线端部的绝缘外壳,以便在电线的端部将导电线露出;在安装电线到电线接头上时,裸露的导电线沿着X方向安装到主接线座的卡线槽和副接线座的卡线槽上,并使主接线座与副接线座之间的导电线留有一定长度;导电线被主接线座的卡紧装置和副接线座的卡紧装置卡住,导电线中隆起的部分不被卡住;将副接线座保持与主接线座一定距离,并绕圆柱旋转副接线座,由于主接线座的卡线槽和副接线座的卡线槽都分别不与圆柱、圆柱孔连通,旋转副接线座使副接线座相对于主接线座旋转,导电线就可绕在圆柱上。
所述主接线座和副接线座上的卡线槽都分别设置有主接线座卡紧装置和副接线座卡紧装置;当电线的导电线安装到卡线槽内时,卡紧装置卡住导电线。
所述一个主接线座与3个、4个、5个或者6个副接线座连接。
主接线座面对副接线座的一侧或者副接线座面对主接线座的一侧,还设置有凹槽,所述凹槽形成一个空间,该空间可以用于存放导电线;导电线绕在圆柱上后,绕在圆柱上的导电线被隐藏在凹槽内。
有益效果:
1、采用这种接头后,电线之间的连接更加快速、方便,节省成本。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图说明实施方式。
如图2所示,电线接头包括主接线座1、副接线座2;主接线座1上设置有主体11、圆柱12和卡线槽13;副接线座2上设置有主体21、圆柱孔22和卡线槽23;主体11和主体21都采用绝缘材料制成;圆柱采用导电材料制成;卡线槽13与圆柱12不是连通的;卡线槽23与圆柱孔22之间也不是连通的;主接线座1两侧的圆柱12之间是连通的(即一个圆柱12贯穿主接线座1)。
如图3所示,主接线座1与副接线座2配合使用时,圆柱12伸进圆柱孔22中,此时副接线座2可以绕主接线座1沿着Y方向转动(也可以沿着Y方向的反方向转动);电线3包括绝缘外壳31和导电线32;导电线32裸露在外面,并可被安装到主接线座卡线槽13和副接线座卡线槽23上,导电线32还可以绕在圆柱12上。
如图4、5所示,主接线座1和副接线座2上的卡线槽13和23都分别设置有主接线座卡紧装置14和副接线座卡紧装置24;当电线的导电线32安装到卡线槽13(或23)内时,卡紧装置14(或24)卡住导电线32。
将电线3安装到电线接头的步骤如下:
当电线3安装到电线接头上时,首先需要去掉电线3端部的绝缘外壳31,以便在电线的端部将导电线32露出;在安装电线到电线接头上时,裸露的导电线32沿着X方向安装到主接线座1的卡线槽13和副接线座2的卡线槽23上,并使主接线座1与副接线座2之间的导电线32留有一定长度(如图3中导电线中隆起的部分);导电线32被主接线座1的卡紧装置14和副接线座2的卡紧装置24卡住(导电线中隆起的部分不被卡住);将副接线座2保持与主接线座1一定距离,并绕圆柱12旋转副接线座2,由于主接线座1的卡线槽13和副接线座2的卡线槽23都分别不与圆柱12、圆柱孔22连通,沿Y方向(或者Y方向的反方向)旋转副接线座2,使副接线座2相对于主接线座1旋转,导电线32就可绕在圆柱12上;采用同样的方式,在主接线座1的另一端绕接导电线在圆柱上,即可实现两个电线之间的连接。
本发明中的电线接头,还可以采用如图6所示的方式,即一个主接线座1与3个副接线座2连接,这种电线接头可以使3个电线之间实现连接。本领域普通技术人员很容易就能想到,电线接头还可以实现4个、5个甚至6个电线之间的连接,只需将一个主接线座1分别与4个、5个和6个副接线座2连接即可。
本发明更优的方案,主接线座1面对副接线座2的一侧或者副接线座2面对主接线座1的一侧,还设置有凹槽,所述凹槽形成一个空间,该空间可以用于存放导电线;如图5所示的导电线32绕在圆柱12上后,绕在圆柱12上的导电线32被隐藏在凹槽内,这样可以确保导电线32不被暴露在外面,不会发生漏电的风险。

1.一种电线接头的安装方法,其特征在于:所述电线接头包括主接线座、副接线座;主接线座上设置有主体、圆柱和卡线槽;副接线座上设置有主体、圆柱孔和卡线槽;主接线座与副接线座配合使用时,圆柱伸进圆柱孔中,副接线座可以绕主接线座转动;电线包括绝缘外壳和导电线;导电线裸露在外面,并可被安装到主接线座卡线槽和副接线座卡线槽上,导电线可以绕在圆柱上;主接线座上的卡线槽与主接线座上的圆柱不是连通的;副接线座上的卡线槽与副接线座上的圆柱孔之间也不是连通的;主接线座两侧的圆柱之间是连通的;所述电线安装到电线接头的步骤如下:

4.如权利要求1所述的一种电线接头的安装方法,其特征在于:主接线座面对副接线座的一侧或者副接线座面对主接线座的一侧,还设置有凹槽,所述凹槽形成一个空间,该空间可以用于存放导电线;导电线绕在圆柱上后,绕在圆柱上的导电线被隐藏在凹槽内。
